    A Analysis Of Information Technology Governance In Department of Communication And Informatics of Salatiga Using COBIT 5 Framework DSS Domain

    Technological advances and strategic environmental changes encourage the government sector to improve bureaucratic performance and services. Salatiga's Department of Communication and Informatics (Diskominfo Kota Salatiga) is a service that provides communication and informatics, statistics and coding services. However, in carrying out their duties and functions, there are still problems which indicate that the IT governance process is still not optimal, so that there is a need for identification and assessment efforts. This study aims to analyze  the maturity level of IT governance using the COBIT 5 framework domain Deliver, Service and Support (DSS). The results of this study indicate that the level of capability of the DSS01, DSS03 and DSS06 processes is at level 2 (Managed process). While the DSS02 and DSS04 processes are at level 1 (Performed process). The recommendations in each process may be an input for Diskominfo in improving the quality of public services and for realizing good governance

    The development of technology in the telecommunications sector is now easier to be enjoyed by the community. Almost all regions have been able to enjoy the ease of access to information through telecommunications networks. Telecommunications service providers certainly have competed in such a way as to be able to hold users to remain loyal to the provider used. From several surveys conducted, there are still many users who cannot be loyal to use the services of these providers. The increasing number of communication network providers makes users more choices. Various ways are carried out by communication network providers to maintain their users such as giving bonuses, providing cheap rates, increasing services to the regions. In this study will focus on the level of customer satisfaction with cellular operators with a variety of criteria that have been prepared which will be a consideration for users in using these cellular operators. This research will use the AHP method (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to find out which cellular operators are the most superior based on the judgment of the user with various criteria each. So that in the end it will be known which cellular operators will be selected and purchased by consumers according to their respective needs. The results of this study show that based on the bonus, IM3 is the best with a weight of 0.21712. Then based on the price rate, a tri card with a weight of 0.16565. Furthermore, the service criteria show a better Sympathy card with a weight of 0.2131

    Anak jalanan di Jakarta banyak yang tidak dapat merasakan pemenuhan kebutuhan belajar secara penuh dan meninggalkan bangku sekolah dikarenakan anak harus bekerja untuk ikut membantu menunjang ekonomi keluarga. Sekolah Kolong Cikini merupakan organisasi non profit yang memfasilitasi anak jalanan untuk memberikan pendidikan alternatif agar anak jananan tersebut tetap dapat memperoleh haknya dalam pendidikan. Namun adanya keterbatasan media bagi para relawan untuk berbagi informasi menimbulkan informasi yang dibagikan tidak diterima dengan baik oleh anggota komunitas lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang aplikasi yang mampu menjadi sarana komunikasi antar anggota komunitas. Alur penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall serta identifikasi masalah dengan menggunakan tahap analisis PIECES. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu komunitas sekolah kolong cikini dalam mengorganisir kegiatan, berbagi informasi, dan pengetahuan serta menjaga keakuratan data anggota pengajar dan data anak jalanan yang tergabung dalam sekolah kolong cikini

Data mining uses pattern recognition technology that is similar to statistical techniques and mathematical techniques. The patterns found can provide useful information for generating economic benefits, effectiveness and efficiency. Algorithm Naive Bayes Classifier is one method of data mining that can be used to support effective and efficient promotion strategies. The Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm is used to predict the interest of the study based on the calculations performed. The data used are new student registration data from 2014 until 2016 at Bina Darma University. The results of this study are new models that are expected to provide important information can be used to assist the Marketing Team of Bina Darma University Palembang in policy making and implementation of appropriate marketing strategy. The Legal Section of the Regional Secretariat of Salatiga City as part of a government organization has built E-Legal Drafting information system to develop the functions of making regional legal products as well as the realization of e-government development in the legal field. The COBIT framework supports IT governance by providing work support to regulate IT alignment with the organization's business objectives. The results of this study are expected to show an overview of the implementation of IT governance in E-Legal Drafting information system from APO domain within the COBIT 5 framework, show the current system information level of capability and performance that is obtained from the measurement of capability levels, and also providing evaluation and recomendation based on the results of the gap analysis to help obtain the quality of information systems expected by the Legal Section of the Regional Secretariat of Salatiga City

They tried to use gold with value back by gold , which gold itself is famous for its exchange rate stability. From abu bakar There is a need for monitoring organization of the cryptocurrency, to controlling from Riba (Interest), Maysir (gambling) and ghahar (Uncertainty). To solve this problem there is a need a tool that can predict with certainty based on valid historical data, to produce accurate prediction results and produce Economic value estimations that are close to Gold real value. With the results we can monitoring day by day, see next day value and continuously based on Cryptocurrency with value back by gold, and see what other impact influences the value by looking the factor negative or positive with sentiment analysis.     Computer networks have penetrated into various fields including education for the learning process which is used as a medium for delivering scientific concepts to be more attractive and easily accepted. The Muhammadiyah University of Palembang currently has very high mobility, both used for browsing information, downloading data and using other facilities. For the need for bandwidth management to manage each passing data so that the distribution of bandwidth becomes evenly distributed by using the queue tree method that is applied to the proxy. To evaluate internet bandwidth analyze QoS (Quality of Service) using typhoid standardization in terms of measurement of throughput, delay, and packet loss. The results of this study show that the quality of the network with the hierarchical token bucket method is more optimal, this is because the bandwidth will be divided according to the rules applied to bandwidth management and does not cause clients to fight over bandwidt
