    Analisis Kepuasan Pengguna Aplikasi Wisata Brebes Dengan Metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)

    Smartphone sebagai perangkat yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh sebagian besar masyarakat saat ini, membuat semakin pesatnya aplikasi berbasis android mendorong masyarakat beralih dan menggunakan. Sistem informasi pariwisata berbasis android Wisata Brebes yang merupakan salah satu alternatif tepat dan bermanfaat untuk sarana mempermudah pengguna dalam melakukan pencarian wisata di Kabupaten Brebes secara instan. Masalah yang terjadi apakah pengguna aplikasi merasa aplikasi wisata Brebes dapat mempermudah pencarian informasi wisata Brebes. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kepuasan pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi Wisata Brebes menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Hasil pengujian analisis kepuasan pengguna menggunakan responden lokal (Brebes) maupun non lokal (luar kota) dan dianalisis dengan TAM, dalam TAM terdapat 2 pengujian uji t (partial) dan uji f (simultan), pada pengujian partial hanya variabel behavioral intention (variabel independen) yang mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel attitude toward using (variabel dependen) menghasilkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.005 1.992, selanjutnya pada pengujian simultan semua variabel independen pada penelitian berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen menghasilkan nilai signifikansi adalah 0.000 2.49. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa sistem informasi pariwisata ini memiliki pengaruh dalam membantu wisatawan mengetahui wisata yang ada dengan lebih mudah, cepat, dan efisie

Sistem transportasi yang efektif dan efisien serta terpadu antar moda transportasi, merupakan hal yang penting untuk menciptakan pola distribusi nasional yang handal dan dinamis. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa sarana transportasi laut di Negara kepulauan seperti Indonesia telah menjadi tulang punggung utama pergerakan distribusi barang dalam skala besar dengan menggunakan kapal laut dan semakin banyaknya peluang untuk menyewakan kapal laut kepada customer untuk pendistribusian barang atau jasa. Ketatnya persaingan bisnis mengharuskan perusahaan perlu meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap customer dengan memperbaiki permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada saat penyewaan. Menggunakan PHP,MYSQL dan framework Bootstrap dibuatlah sistem informasi penyewaan berbasis web. Sistem yang dibangun dapat membuat customer melakukan penyewaan kapal melalui website serta dapat melihat informasi kapal yang disediakan dan biaya sewa dari tiap kapal yang tersedia tanpa harus menghubungi bagian marketing perusahaan

    Pemilihan Metode dan Algoritma dalam Analisis Sentimen di Media Sosial : Sistematic Literature Review

    This article use Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to classify sentiment analysis based on case studies, methods, social media, and platforms. The coding stage is divided into three stages, namely the open, selective and axial coding. The literature study on sentiment analysis is divided into two parts: identifying gaps based on case studies and data sources and identifying gaps based on the methods or algorithms used. The gap identification results based on case studies and data sources show that popular review topics are synonymous with entertainment, economic and political content. Therefore, the quantity of research with review topics related to the implementation of education, the dynamics of the bureaucracy, health facilities and services, and non-governmental organization’s activities need to be increased. Meanwhile, the most dominant platforms used as data sources are website and mobile-based applications. The results of the gap identification based on the method and algorithm show that the quantity of research with the Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) and Support Vector Machine (SVM) method or algorithm is more dominant than the k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) and Lexicon-based. Thus, it is necessary to increase the number of other classification methods such as Particle Swarm Optimization, BM25, Decision Tree, K-Means, and Neural Networks

    Utilisation of Information and Communication Technology for Environmental Sustainability: A Global Perspective

    There has been a rapid development of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) globally, and ICT have been used as a tool to attain environment sustainability all over the world. There are diverse environmental challenges faced by developing countries such as ecosystem deterioration, pollution, resource depletion, loss of biodiversity and climate change and the management of above problems is difficult because they involve multiple actors and its occurrence is over time and space. Environmental Scientists have raised concerns on how these environmental challenges can be tackled bringing into lamplight, how ICT and environmental science research can be used to wedge these challenges in developing countries. The study is exploratory and employed the use of survey questionnaires as an instrument to collect data. Findings revealed that a lot needs to be done for ICT to be effectively used in the environment, factors such as inadequate facilities, problem of acceptance and adaptation of technology, lack of awareness and illiteracy, mismanagement, lack of technical know-how and unstable internet service are challenges that should be looked at to leverage ICT in the environment. The study also noted the fact that ICT has affected the society and its environments in other negative ways such as the production of unwanted by-products called pollution and depletion of natural resources

    Campus or college is a place of education for people to seek knowledge. One of the essential components of campus sustainability is the existence of students. For this reason, each campus must have the right strategy in carrying out promotions, especially during the Covid-19 Pandemic as it is today. Because in a pandemic like this, many people are inevitably aware of the economy and health. So, the campus must have a strategy where the community continues to respond to the campus's promotions. Among the several promotional strategies to be right on target in this pandemic are conducting webinars, television broadcasts, radio broadcasts, advertisements on social media, placing banners, distributing pamphlets, and distributing campus marches. In carrying out promotions, wherever possible, keep prioritizing health by reducing the risk of covid-19 transmission. The promotion strategy in this pandemic must also pay attention to several factors for its implementation including available costs, human resources involved, the location of the activity implementation, the number of activities, and the risks associated with covid-19. From several promotional strategies and factors that support the smooth running of activities, a decision support system can be made that can help determine the campus promotion strategy. Decision Support Systems made using the TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method approach.Furthermore, the developing of decision support systems using the waterfall system development method. Based on the results and discussion of this study, it concluded that the TOPSIS method could be used to determine campus promotion strategies during the Covid-19 pandemic by building a decision support system. The results of determining the promotion strategy with a decision support system obtained  the greatest value lies in V4, which means that the strategy for using social media is the most suitable for campus promotion during the Covid-19 pandemic

    Abstrak Manajemen Layanan TI sangat diperlukan dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan TI agar kebutuhan bisnis dapat berjalan selaras dengan tujuan organisasi. Sejauh ini aplikasi Salatigaku yang dikelola oleh DISKOMINFO sudah cukup baik, namun dalam penerapannya DISKOMINFO masih menjumpai beberapa kendala yang menghambat kinerja operasional. Kurangnya SDM yang mampu menangani setiap permasalahan khususnya di bidang TI menjadi salah satu kendala yang dihadapi oleh DISKOMINFO. Adapun masalah lain seperti belum adanya backup data secara rutin yang dilakukan untuk menjaga aset perusahaan dari kebocoran data. Penelitian ini menggunakan framework ITIL V3 domain service operation yang berfokus pada kegiatan operasional bisnis. Dari hasil penelitian ini, maka terdapat beberapa rekomendasi yang diberikan seperti penambahan SDM yang ahli di bidang TI, agar setiap permasalahan yang timbul dapat terselesaikan dengan cepat tanpa mengganggu kegiatan layanan. Adapun rekomendasi lain yaitu dengan menyediakan SOP terkait arsip data agar backup data dapat dilakukan secara terstruktur untuk menjaga aset berharga seperti data. Diharapkan dengan adanya penelitian ini, DISKOMINFO dapat mengurangi adanya insiden berulang sehingga penggunaan aplikasi Salatigaku dapat berjalan secara optimal serta dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kinerja bisnis organisasi

    Translator Mobile App for Teaching Children of Beginner-Level -French.

    Living in the digital era and in a society that recognises the importance of technology, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) plays a major role in almost every point of life and particularly in education. Teachers play a major role in the teaching and learning of foreign languages. Mobile applications open new opportunities for learning how to read and speak different languages. One such mobile application that is used in education to facilitate learning of new language is the mobile translator. Although, there are numerous language translator applications that are freely available online, most of them have different shortcomings. This study focused on filling the gap of different shortcomings presented by different translator applications and specifically cater the mobile application for the FNCC curriculum. The main objective of this study was to design and develop a mobile translator application to facilitate the effective teaching of beginner level French for children at FNCC. Interviews were carried out as a data collection method to identify the requirements for the mobile translator application. The French teachers at the FNCC (Franco Namibia Cultural Centre) served as a sample group. Purposive sampling method was used to identify the participants and two teachers were selected. The application was developed following the incremental process model, an android mobile application was designed and developed, the application was evaluated using the PACMAD usability model, the incremental testing were adopted. The findings of the research show that there are different teaching strategies used in teaching and learning of French. Features were incorporated on the mobile application that are believed to enhance teaching and learning of French at beginner level. The PACMAD usability model determined what other French applications (which were purposively selected) lack and a comparison was carried out between the selected applications. The results of the comparison determined what should be included in the French mobile application for beginner level for children at the FNCC

    Information technology in the field of transmission that is currently developing, one of which is Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi devices provide user convenience in carrying out their activities. The quality of Wi-Fi network performance can be known by the reception of the signal received by the user. If the placement of an access point (AP) is done correctly, the network will be optimized. There are several propagation models in the room that can be used as a guideline in determining the placement of the AP, one slope model is a way to measure the average level of a building and only depends on the distance of the transmitter and receiver. This research was conducted in order to overcome the problem of Wi-Fi network area coverage at the Office of Communication and Information of the City of Palembang. This study conducted an experiment to change the layout of AP's placement, measure and calculate data in priority with the one slope model. The results of measurements and calculations carried out analysis and comparison in order to determine the results of the experiments conducted. The results of this study indicate that an attempt to change the AP layout with one slope model can overcome existing problems and get better Wi-Fi coverage area performance. In the calculation with the one slope model of the 2-trial access point placement results in a decrease and an increase in signal. The signal reduction occurred in experiment 1, whereas in experiment 2 (design 2) the signal increased by 1.46dBm

    The use of information technology system in managing data of various company activities, especially in the warehouse, is an important part for every company. From the observation that have been made, the information system for recording goods flow in PT Global Infotech Solution is still done manually. During this time, employees carry out the process of recording data of goods at the warehouse using paper, so that the risk of data loss is easily caused by tearing, wet or tucked with other data. The system development method that used is the FAST (Framework for Application System Thinking) Method. This study aims to design an information system for recording goods flow which is expected to make it easier for employees to record goods in the warehouse. Using a computerized system can shorten the time and protect all data items from the risk of theft. The result of this study is designing an information system for recording goods in the form of information systems using the Unified Modeling Language and User Interface. This item recording information system is expected to be able to change the process from a manual recording system to a computerized recording system, so that it can speed up every recording process and minimize the possibility of mistakes in entering the data of goods in the warehouse

Therefore this research was conducted to design an Information System at the Semarang City Public Works Department using the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) method which includes a SWOT analysis and Value Chain analysis. The existing framework in the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) method can help align the data architecture and application architecture to get the expected results, which is achieving the business objectives of the City of Semarang Public Works Department so that business functions can run by the desired business processes. This research resulted in several proposals for the development of Information Systems and Information Technology in organizations including the development of several applications in the next 5 years
