Metode Preference Selection Index Dalam Menentukan Distribusi Alat Pelindung Diri di Yogyakarta
World Health Organization (WHO) telah menetapkan Coronavirus Disease 2019 atau COVID-19 sebagai sebuah ancaman pandemi. COVID-19 yang telah menginfeksi jutaan orang di Indonesia mengakibatkan stok Alat Perlindungan Diri (APD) di rumah sakit dan fasilitas kesehatan lain di berbagai daerah di Indonesia mulai menipis salah satunya Yogyakarta, Oleh sebab itu YARIN (Yayasan Al-Abrar Rashin Indonesia) yayasan yang bergerak di kemanusiaan dan pendidikan yang selalu berkomitmen sebagai penolong bagi masyarkat yang membutuhkan di sektor kemanusiaan dan pendidikan juga ikut andil dalam memberikan bantuan APD khususnya di daerah Yogyakarta.Dalam menentukan sasaran distribusi Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), maka perlu dibuat Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) agar mempermudah dalam mengambil keputusan. Dalam proses pengambilan keputusan melibatkan analisis serangkaian alternatif yang dipertimbangkan secara bersama sehingga ditemukan alternatif terbaik. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Preference Selection Index (PSI). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode PSI memiliki akurasi 90% dan lebih unggul jika dibandingkan beberapa penelitian terdahulu. Selain itu metode PSI juga dapat disebutkan sebagai metode dengan pengambilan keputusan yang lebaik daripada metode AHP, Topsis, Fuzzy, Promethee II, dan Fuzzypada studi kasus distribusi APD karena pada pengambilan keputusan tidak menentukan bobot masing-masing kriteria sehingga mempermudah pengambil keputusan dalam mengambil keputusan secara maksimal
Asset Management Information System Perfomance Analysis (SIMASET) Using IT Balanced Scorecard Case Study : Salatiga City Region Revenue Management Unit
Technological developments greatly influence the increasing disruption to the system and system used by the user. Therefore, it is necessary to see how optimal the system is being used by an organization. The Regional Revenue Management Unit (UPPD) of Salatiga City is also inseparable from the development of information technology. By using several information systems, they try to keep up one of the technological developments by using the Asset Management Information System (SIMASET) based website for data collection of goods in and out of the UPPD Salatiga City. In this study using the IT Balanced Scorecard method as a planning solution in terms of performance measurement and monitoring the realization of the value or business benefits and benefits of Information Technology which the IT Balanced Scorecard has four perspectives namely Company Contribution Perspective, User Orientation Perspective, Improvement Perspective Operations and Future Orientation Perspectives. Results and discussion of the 4 Perspectives on Balanced IT Scorecard in this study, it is expected that the User Orientation Perspective and the Future Perspective is doing some improvement because in the User Orientation Perspective the system used often has errors and is quite convoluted in use, the Future Orientation Perspective is almost the same as the User Orientation Perspective, where the quality of the new system still needs to be improved again
Analysis of Information Technology Governance In Bina Darma Foundation of Salatiga Using COBIT 5 Framework
Bina Darma foundation is a non-profit organization established by SWCU and GMKI. The main activities of the Bina Darma foundation are a leadership training program, journal publishing, and guesthouse rental. Problems that occur in the foundation include the management of human resources related to IT is not appropriate. To solve the problem, there needs to be control and evaluation to see how the condition of IT governance in Bina Darma Foundation uses the framework COBIT 5 domain DSS (Delivery, Service, and Support). The result of this research is capability level is currently at level 1 (Performed process), while the capability level is expected to be at level 2 (Managed process). Therefore, recommendations are given so that the IT governance in Bina Darma Foundation can work optimally to support the achievement of the organization's business objectives efficiently
Capability Level Measurement Using COBIT 5 Framework (Case Study: PT. Jasa Cendekia Indonesia)
PT. Jasa Cendekia Indonesia is a company engaged in the field of recruitment, training and consulting in the provision of human resources. Currently PT. Jasa Cendekia Indonesia has more than 500 outsourcing employees, puts hundreds of Indonesians into the job market and serves more than 30 multinational companies, of course companies need systems that are able to manage and carry out company work operations. This research study aims to conduct an assessment of Information Technology Governance at PT. Jasa Cendekia Indonesia which focuses on the DSS01 domain (manage operations) is measured using the Capability Level in the Cobit 5 Framework. The results obtained from this assessment are needed as an evaluation and input for improvements to Information Technology Governance at PT. Jasa Cendekia Indonesia in the future. The level of ability of PT. Jasa Cendekia Indonesia in the DSS01 process is at a value of 2.80 while the expected level of ability is at level 3 (established process). The recommendation to reach level 3 is expected to be implemented to improve the performance of PT. Jasa Cendekia Indonesia according to the DSS01 process
Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi Dan Teknologi Informasi Pada Perusahaan PT. Grahamedia Informasi
Grahamedia Informasi merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan produk-produk IT dan jasa layanan akses internet. Perusahaan ini merupakan perusahaan IT yang tentu saja pasti sudah menjalankan penerapan sistem informasi dalam proses bisnisnya. Terlebih lagi perusahaan ini juga menerapkan ERP dalam membantu jalannya proses bisnis yang ada, dimana ERP ini sudah terintegrasi dengan beberapa sistem informasi yang ada di perusahaan. Namun ada beberapa bagian yang masih belum menerapkan sistem informasi, oleh karena dari itu diperlukan sebuah perencanaan strategis sistem informasi yang tepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Ward and Peppard yang berisi analisis SWOT, analisis PEST, analisis Value Chain, dan hasilnya dipetakan menggunakan McFarlan Strategic Grid. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi sistem informasi yang nantinya dapat digunakan bagi perusahaan untuk mengembangkan perusahaanya berdasarkan dari analisa lingkungan internal dan eksternal yang sudah dianalisis sebelumnya
Analisis Sentimen dan Pemodelan Topik dalam Optimalisasi Pemasaran Destinasi Pariwisata Prioritas di Indonesia
This article analyzes a theoretical perspective on sentiment analysis approaches and topic modeling to optimize tourism destination marketing using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The analysis consists of planning, implementation, and reporting stages. This Review Literature focuses on tourism destinations in Indonesia, in particular the ten priority destinations. The results of this study are that the sentiment analysis approach and topic modeling can optimize the marketing strategy of ten priority destinations in Indonesia. Nevertheless, the sentiment analysis results need to be explicitly described based on tourist attraction, tourism supporting accommodation, tourism support accessibility, and tourist activities. Furthermore, modeling topics about tourism destinations need to be classified in-depth based on tourism support, accessibility of tourism support, tourist activities, tourist attractions, and the context of vulnerability
Perencanaan Sistem Informasi Strategis Menggunakan Model Ward and Peppard (Studi Kasus : Klinik Yulia Asniati)
Purpose: This article aims to make strategic planning of information systems and application requirements in health clinics so that they can provide optimally, integrated, and innovative contributions that can unite all supporting aspects in achieving clinical business strategies to increase their competitiveness value in health services in Pagar Alam City.
Research Methodology: This article uses a case study at the Klinik Yulia Asniati in Pagar Alam City using the Ward and Peppard strategic planning model. Based on multi-disciplinary literature, the Ward and Peppard Model uses a strategic planning framework and process that includes the external business environment analysis stages using the PEST method, the internal business environment analysis using the value chain method, internal and external IS/IT environmental analysis.
Results: This analysis produces an IS/IT strategic planning using McFarlan Strategic Grid Analysis, this stage produces 13 application portfolios that are arranged based on the priority of business needs and information system strategies.
Limitations: This article uses the Ward and Peppard model with PEST analysis methods, Michael's Porter value chain, and McFarlan Strategic Grid analysis. This article only uses data and cases at the Klinik Yulia Asniati, Pagar Alam Cit
Perbandingan Algoritma Fuzzy Saw Dan AHP untuk Penentuan Siswa Terbaik Pada Aplikasi E-Report Sekolah
Tujuan Penelitian ini membangun system pendukung keputasn dengan membandingkan dua metode untuk menentukan metode yang terbaik dengan aplikasi berbasis web. Dalam penerapan SPK di bangun sebuah aplikasi berbasis WEB yang dirancang menggunakan metode fuzzy SAW dan AHP yang bertujuan dalam membandingkan algoritma SAW dan AHP untuk menentukan siswa terbaik yang selanjutnya di uji akurasinya menggunakan metode Confusion Matrix. Sehingga dihasilkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan pada aplikasi E-report berbasis Website menggunakan Metode fuzzy AHP dan fuzzy SAW yang dapat menentukan siswa terbaik dan menyediakan layanan dalam mengelola data keseharian siswa di sekolah. Penelitian ini menghasilkan hasil dari perbandingan metode AHP dan SAW dalam menentukan siswa terbaik, perbandingan tersebut dilakukan dengan menghitung hasil akurasi dari hasil perangkingan siswa tersebut dengan menggunakan metode confusion matrixs
Komparasi Metode Klasifikasi Batik Menggunakan Neural Network Dan K-Nearest Neighbor Berbasis Ekstraksi Fitur Tekstur
Batik tulis adalah hasil seni budaya yang memiliki keindahan visual dan mengandung makna filosofis pada setiap motifnya. Batik tulis memiliki morif yang sangat beragam dan memiliki tingkat kompleksitas yang tingi sehingga menjadi kesulitan tersendiri dalam pengelompokan kelas batik tertentu. Klasifikasi citra ke dalam kelas tertentu juga menjadi permasalahan yang pelik dalam bidang pengenalan pola. Metode machine learning dapat digunakan untuk mengenali kelas batik melalui pengenalan citra batik. Namun belum banyak penelitian terkait studi komparasi klasifikasi citra batik. Sehingga penelitian ini berfokus pada data set citra batik tulis yang menggunakan dua motif yaitu motif klasik dan motif kontemporer. Pada penelitian ini, fitur ekstraksi menjadi dasar klasifikasi dengan metode Backpropagation Neural Network dan k-Nearest Neighbor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menemukan pola baru dalam data dengan menghubungkan pola data yang sudah ada dengan data yang baru. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini melakukan perbandingan metode klasifikasi antara Backpropagation Neural Network dan k-Nearest Neighbor untuk mencari metode klasifikasi terbaik untuk klasifikasi Batik tulis Bakaran. Hasil dari studi komparasi menunjukkan bahwa metode Backpropagation Neural Network memperoleh nilai akurasi 90,11% sedangkan metode k-Nearest Neighbor mendapatkan nilai akurasi 96,00%. Sehingga dapat di simpulkan bahwa metode k-Nearest Neighbor merupakan metode terbaik untuk klasifikasi citra batik
Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Dosen Terbaik Dengan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Berbasis Web
Lecturers are academic staff in charge of planning and implementing the learning process, assessing learning outcomes, conducting guidance and training, as well as conducting research and community service. Lecturers are entitled to promotions and awards according to their academic performance. The selection of the best lecturers at STIKES Al Su'Aibah Palembang was carried out using several factors. The assessment is based on the performance assessment of each lecturer, namely knowledge of work, creativity, planning, quality of work, cooperation, attendance and attitudes towards other lecturers/employees. This study aims to build a decision support system that has the ability to analyze the selection of the best lecturers using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, where each criterion in this case the assessment factors and alternatives in this case the lecturers are compared with one another. so as to provide output values that produce a system that provides an assessment of each lecturer. This decision support system helps evaluate each lecturer, changes the criteria, and changes the weight value. This is useful to facilitate decision makers related to the problem of selecting the best lecturers, so that the lecturers who are most worthy of being given rewards or awards will be obtained
