CLIMATE CHANGE ADAPTATION IN INDIGENOUS VEGETABLE FARMING: A COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC IMPACTS AND RESILIENCE STRATEGIES IN INDIA
The cultivation of vegetables by indigenous peoples is an essential component of India\u27s agricultural landscape, as it helps to provide food security, preserve agricultural biodiversity, and support rural lives. However, climate change has had a huge influence on this industry, bringing about issues like as irregular rainfall, lengthy droughts, and variable temperatures. These challenges have had a negative impact on crop yields, farmer incomes, and food security. The purpose of this article is to examine the socio-economic effects that climate change has had on indigenous vegetable cultivation and to assess the efficiency of the adaption measures that smallholder farmers have used. The study underscores the significance that traditional ecological knowledge plays in managing climate-related difficulties. This knowledge includes techniques such as agricultural diversification, drought-tolerant cultivars, and water conservation. It delves deeper into the potential synergy that might exist between ancient farming practices and contemporary agricultural technology, highlighting the ways in which the combination of these two approaches can result in farming systems that are both climate-resilient and sustainable. The paper also assesses the role of policy and institutional support in promoting resilience among indigenous vegetable farmers. Inadequate funding channels, gender disparities, and restricted access to extension services are among of the primary challenges that have been cited as important hurdles to effective adaptation. Enhancing targeted policy interventions, strengthening agricultural extension services, and ensuring the involvement of women in climate adaptation activities are some of the recommendations that are presented here. It is possible for stakeholders to develop sustainability and resilience in indigenous vegetable farming by addressing these gaps, which will ensure the agricultural industry\u27s continued viability in the face of mounting risks posed by climate change.

The Impact of Digital Storytelling Tools on Mathematics Achievement in Secondary Education
This study examines how effective three storytelling teaching methods are. These methods include oral storytelling, AI-generated video storytelling using Narakeet, and augmented reality video storytelling with MetaSpark. The focus is on improving mathematics instruction for Class 7 students. Implemented in eight private schools in Delhi, the intervention engaged 16 mathematics pedagogy trainee teachers during their internship, who collectively instructed 561 students over three consecutive weeks. Each week addressed a distinct topic—Decimals, Fractions, and Ratio & Proportion—using one storytelling format. Employing a mixed-methods design, the study utilized standardized pre- and post-tests (MAT I–III) and student feedback instruments to evaluate learning gains and engagement.
Findings show that all three methods led to significant learning gains. However, AR storytelling resulted in the highest post-test improvements, engagement levels, and supervisor ratings. Clear instructional pace and clarity in instructional design were preferred for AI-produced videos, while oral storytelling maintained levels of cultural saliency and affective depth. The study highlights the teaching potential of blending storytelling with digital technologies for promoting conceptual mastery in mathematically dense material. Applications for teacher education involve incorporating digital storytelling skills in pre-service education to promote instructional creativity and student engagement
GREEN ON THE RISE: URBAN APPETITES FOR ORGANIC VEGETABLES IN INDIA
There has been a considerable movement towards consumption habits that are more ecologically sustainable and health concerned, and this is reflected in the increased demand for organic veggies in urban India. The purpose of this article is to investigate the complex dynamics of organic vegetable markets in metropolitan regions of India, with a particular emphasis on critical topics such as health awareness, economic issues, environmental concerns, urban lifestyles, and supply chain logistics. Consumers in urban areas are progressively placing a higher priority on organic veggies as a result of increased health consciousness. They associate organic vegetables with improved nutritional content and lower exposure to dangerous chemicals. Purchasing behaviour is heavily influenced by economic aspects such as income levels, pricing tactics, and affordability. This highlights the necessity of developing targeted methods to make organic products more accessible to a larger audience. Considerations pertaining to the environment play a significant part in the formation of consumer preferences, with a significant number of urban purchasers relating their decisions to sustainability objectives and ecological repercussions. Consumption patterns are further influenced by urban lives, which are characterised by convenience and a fast-paced way of life. Digital retail platforms are becoming increasingly prominent as a preferred buying channel. The inefficiencies that exist within the supply chain continue to be a significant obstacle, since they have an impact on the cost, quality, and availability of organic products in urban markets.
The findings highlight the importance of collaboration among stakeholders in order to solve these difficulties, encourage environmental education among consumers, and promote environmentally responsible agriculture methods. The following are some suggestions for future research: investigating digital marketing tactics, analysing patterns in consumer behaviour that are particular to an area, and doing comparative studies on the effects of organic farming against conventional farming. It is the intention of this study to encourage the expansion of sustainable organic vegetable markets in urban India by providing essential information for policymakers, urban planners, marketers, and consumers.

Synchronous vs. Asynchronous: A Critical Analysis of Learning Outcomes and Student Well-being
The global pandemic worldwide forced a sharp transition to learning online, which has changed the face of education irreversibly. We had to take an important decision between synchronous (real-time) and asynchronous training in this new setting. Using our firsthand experiences at a women\u27s college in India, India, this paper is beyond a direct technical comparison to provide an important examination of methods in which both these methods affect students\u27 learning and welfare. We say that student welfare is an equally important success criteria, which is in the form of academic achievement, which L. On special focus on. Our findings, which come from a mixed-methods study, highlight a remarkable contradiction with our graduate students: synchronous classes promote community spirit, but can often increase stress and individual students who are experiencing digital. On the other hand, asynchronous learning provides essential flexibility, but may result in the feelings of loneliness. We argue that a carefully balanced academic approach is not only an option, but also needs to make education effective in both egalitarian and our settings.

Social Emotional Learning for Peace
Teaching peace is a means to education rather than an end in itself. Therefore, making peace education always relevant. To educate is to prepare young humans to live sustainably and not just excel academically to form future workforce. The virtuous cycle of peace education requires not only self understanding but also valuing other person’s thoughts and emotions. This can be done through the medium of social emotional learning. Social Emotional Learning helps in achieving emotional intelligence which paves the way for peaceful coexistence. Peaceful nations come from peaceful societies and to build a peaceful society, individuals need to be at peace with themselves. For this, one needs to achieve social harmony and emotional understanding of self as well others in order to live their life upto fullest potential and capability. Amid rising cases of poor mental health and increased crimes, peace needs to be restored at all levels. Social Emotional Learning must acquire a centre stage in academic curriculum to nurture compassionate individuals, making peace more relevant and natural to follow.Teaching peace is a means to education rather than an end in itself. The Attitude-Anxiety Relationship: Influences of Family, Peer Group, and School Environment
Attitudes and anxiety co-evolve within the nested social ecologies of family, peer groups, and schools. This paper synthesizes theory and evidence to explain how these contexts shape the attitude–anxiety nexus across adolescence. Drawing on ecological systems theory, social learning, expectancy–value, and cognitive models of anxiety, we propose a mediated–moderated framework in which family climate, peer norms, and school climate influence anxiety indirectly through attitudes (e.g., academic value, self-beliefs) and emotion-regulation skills, and directly via social comparison, evaluation threat, and assessment pressure. We review findings indicating that cohesive, autonomy-supportive parenting predicts more adaptive attitudes and lower trait and test anxiety; that peer acceptance, bullying exposure, and perceived norms recalibrate attitudes and social anxiety via comparison orientation; and that teacher support, psychological safety, and low-stakes assessment practices buffer anxiety while sustaining positive academic attitudes. Methodological implications include the need for multi-level, longitudinal designs (e.g., cross-lagged SEM, HLM), measurement invariance testing across demographic strata, and integration of qualitative narratives to capture lived mechanisms. We conclude with a practice agenda: parent meta-emotion coaching and home–school compacts; peer-mentoring and anti-victimization protocols; classroom routines that embed brief CBT-informed strategies (reappraisal, exposure, skills for uncertainty tolerance) and formative assessment. Policy recommendations prioritise whole-school mental-health frameworks, counselor–student ratios, and coordinated data systems to monitor climate, attitudes, and anxiety over time. Clarifying how attitudes transmit and transform within everyday relationships can guide scalable, culturally responsive interventions that reduce anxiety while promoting equitable engagement and achievement. Future research should test mechanism-specific interventions via preregistered, multi-site randomized trials with equity outcomes.
