    Patient satisfaction is the result of the gap between the expected and the characteristics felt by the patient from the service received. Good drug service is one of the basic needs needed by everyone in their treatment. Health Center is a health service organization which is basically a public service organization. This study aims to determine patient satisfaction regarding pharmaceutical services at Melati Health Center in Serdang Bedagai Regency in 2019. This research is a non-experimental research with a descriptive approach. The type of data collected includes primary and secondary data, where data was collected by collecting questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that patients were satisfied with pharmaceutical services at Melati Health Center in Serdang Bedagai Regency based on five dimensions including (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and appearance), with an average value of 60.39%. The conclusions from the results of research on the level of patient satisfaction with pharmacy services at Melati Health Center in Serdang Bedagai Regency showed that the perception of the greatest level of satisfaction was on the Reliability dimension (52.92%), responsiveness dimension (52.45%), guarantee dimension (66.25%), empathy dimension (66.25%), and appearance dimension (57.75%) thus, the average percentage of patient satisfaction with pharmacy services at Melati Health Center Serdang Bedagai Regency as a whole is 63.59% with the classification of satisfaction is satisfied

    Ripe papaya contains higher antioxidants compared to raw papaya. One of the cosmetic preparations that can be used for facial treatments is a gel peel off mask. This research aims to formulate a peel off gel mask from California Papaya (Carica papaya L extract). This research was experimental methods. The manufacture of California Papaya extract is obtained by stripping, washing, cutting, and filtering. The study was conducted at Semi-Solid Formulation Technology Laboratory of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Health in May-August 2019. The results showed formulation of peel off gel mask with California Papaya extract as an active ingredient, after testing the results of organoleptic test results did not change in color, the pH test results ranged from 6.7-7.0. it is safe to use, the results of the homogeneity test of the mask have a homogeneous arrangement, the results of irritation test on 4 volunteers do not cause skin irritation, the results of the dry time test range from 15-20 minutes have good drying time and the results of the preferred concentration test of 15% more loved by volunteers. The conclusion of the research is Papaya extract can be formulated in gel mask preparations with a concentration variation of 5%, 10% and 15%. And the 15% concentration is a better preparation of peel off gel masks and is preferred because it has a thicker, more fragrant mask texture and has a color that is almost the same as skin color

    The need for nutrients for babies aged up to two years is very important to be noticed by mothers. BREAST-feeding in infants is the best way to increase the quality of human resources from an early age that will be the successor of the nation. Breast milk is the most perfect food for babies. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Breastfeeding Father's implementation of nursing mothers in the midwives of Rosdiana Jeunieb's independent practice year 2019. The design of this research is an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. This study was conducted at the self-practice midwives Rosdiana Jeunieb District Bireuen. The population in this study is all nursing mothers who are in the shade of BPM Rosdiana Jeunieb District Bireuen as much as 84 nursing mothers in infants 0-6 months. Sampling technique is a total population of 84 breastfeeding mothers. The Data is analyzed by univariate and sufficient using a simple linear regression test. The results of the study showed from 84 nursing mothers majority of the Breastfeeding Father category of less well as many as 48 respondents (57, 1, 5%), the majority of the readiness of nursing mothers ready for as many as 60 respondents (71.4%) And the chi-square test results indicate there was an influence on the application of Breastfeeding father (P value = 0.005 < α = 0.05) against the readiness of nursing mothers in the self-practice midwives Rosdiana Jeunieb District Bireun in 2019. The conclusion of the study was the influence of the application of breastfeeding father to the readiness of nursing mothers in the self-practice midwives Rosdiana Jeunieb District Bireun in 2019. It is hoped that the owner of the self-practice midwife Rosdiana Jeunieb District Bireun to provide information about the importance of breast milk through counseling in every activity in her village

    Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) is the condition of individuals in the household (family) of Indonesian people who have implemented PHBS in order to prevent the emergence diseases, cope with diseases and other health problems, improve health status, utilize health services, develop, and administer community-based health efforts. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and roles of parents with school PHBS actions to students at State Elementary School 100116 Sigumuru, West Angkola South Tapanuli Regency in 2019.The research was a descriptive-analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study was 91 students and were taken as sample. Data collected used primary and secondary data with univariate and bivariate analyses and used the computerization program.From the results of the chi-square test results showed in knowledge 015<05, attitude 009<05, and the role of parents 018<05, it can be stated there is a relationship of knowledge, attitudes, and role of parents with PHBS school actions in state elementary school 100116 Sigumuru, West Angkola District, South Tapanuli Regency in 2019.It can be concluded that the Knowledge, Attitudes, and Roles of parents are related to the actions of school PHBS. It is expected that teachers and parents will improve and provide knowledge, attitudes about PHBS actions, so that students always live healthy lives

    Teaching and promoting various clean and healthy living habits such as how to brush teeth with children with special needs is indeed different. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of health promotion on how to brush teeth in children with special needs. The type of research is quasi experimental with group pretest posttest design. A population of 60 people and all of them used as samples (exhaustive sampling or total sampling). The instrument uses an observation sheet. Data analysis was performed univariately and continued with bivariate analysis using paired samples t test. The results showed that before being given audiovisual media counseling (pretest) most children brushing their teeth in the sufficient category were 66.7%, in the first cycle the category was 76.6% enough. After being given counseling most of their toothbrushing was good 56.7%. Significant influence of health promotion using audiovisual on the way to brush teeth in children with special needs in Smart Aurica School Medan in 2019, from pretest to cycle I (p = 0,000), from cycle I to posttest (p = 0,000), and from pretest to posttest (p = 0,000) p = 0,000). The teachers and management at Smart Aurica School Medan can implement tooth brushing activities and use audiovisual media as an alternative learning media so that children with special needs do not get bored or bored when learning

    he family planning program as an effort to increase awareness and community participation through maturing marriage age. The main problem in achieving the family planning program targets is the low participation of EFA especially male / husband participation in the implementation of family planning programs, both supporting wives in the use of contraception, as a motivator / promoter , planning the number of children for the maintenance of maternal and child health as an early effort to prevent maternal deaths. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of factors (knowledge, attitudes, husband support, health workers, socio-cultural) on EFA decisions in participating in the family planning program in Sijambi Village, Datuk Bandar Kota Tanjungbalai District in 2019. This type of research is an analytic survey with cross sectional approach. This research was conducted in January-November 2019. The population of this study was 1359 people. The number of samples in this study were 93 people with random sampling techniques. Multivariate data analysis using binary logistic regression test. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge factors (p value 0,000), social culture (p value 0,002), attitude (p value 0.017), husband's support (p value 0,000) with EFA decision making in participating in the KB program. The husband's support factor was the variable the most dominant influence on EFA participation in the KB program with an Exp (B) value of 7,232 (CI: 95% 2,380-21,978). The conclusion of this study is that the most dominant factor is the husband's support factor influencing EFA participation in the family planning program. It is expected that health workers in the Sijambi Village can improve the quality of services, especially regarding health promotion services or family planning counseling programs launched by the government through cross-program, cross-sectoral and increasing the extension media to EF

    Non-communicable diseases are one of the main causes of death in the world with 36 million morbidity and 57 million deaths in the world population caused by non-communicable diseases. Data from the East Simeulue Health Center from 2017 to 2018, shows an increase in the percentage of non-communicable diseases, especially in hypertension (5.42%) in 2017 to (5.72%) in 2018 and Diabetes Mellitus (4.19%) in 2017 to (4 , 42%) in 2018. The research objective was to determine how to evaluate the implementation, constraints and solutions in the non-communicable disease program at the East Simeulue Health Center in 2019. The research design used in this research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The research informants were 2 main informants, namely the Head of the Puskesmas and PTM Managers and 6 additional informants, namely the PTM Manager of the Health Office, a cadre and 4 patients. Data collection methods are primary, secondary and tertiary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are reduction, display and conclusion or verification. The results showed that the evaluation of the implementation of the PTM program at the East Simeulue Health Center was not optimal due to the lack of community empowerment, the role of PTM managers, PTM managers workload, too little allocation of funds, limited facilities and infrastructure, the role of cadres, the number of active cadres, cooperation with leaders. community and cross-sectoral support. For the East Simeulue Puskesmas it is recommended to empower the community in changing their behavior through the role of cadres, religious leaders and community leaders, adding facilities and infrastructure through submitting BOK funds to the Health Office, collaborating with cross-sectoral and proposing training and adding human resources

    PHYTOCHEMICAL SCREENING OF ETHANOL EXTRACT, ETHYL ACETATE, ONIONS N-HEXANE AS IDENTIFICATION OF Plants that are often used as traditional medicine are onions that grow easily in almost all climates such as shallots (Allium cepa L.), dayak onions (Eleutherine americana), garlic (Allium sativum Linn), black onions (Allium sativum), onions (Allium cepa L. Var.), and Batak onions (Allium Chinense). The use of onion plants as traditional medicine varies greatly because all parts of the onion can be used as traditional medicine. This research was a qualitative study used to examine natural objective conditions. The purpose of this study was to determine the content of active compounds in alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, anthraquinones, glycosides, cardiac glycosides and triterpenoids/steroids in onions as identification of secondary primary bioactive compounds in traditional medicine research. From the results of this study obtained plants of onion, red onion, garlic, The results of this study indicated that the extract of Batak onions contains alkaloids and saponins. Shallot extract contains alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins and cardiac glycosides. Garlic extract contains alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins and saponins. Dayak onion extract contains alkaloid compound, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, anthraquinones and cardiac glycosides. Onion extract contains alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, glycosides, anthraquinones and cardiac glycosides and black onion extracts contain alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, glycosides, anthraquinones and cardiac glycosides.     Background; The high maternal mortality rate is caused because pregnant women ignore the importance of the dangers in pregnancy. Antenatal care (ANC) services carried out during pregnancy are very important which aim to be able to detect and manage disorders and complications early. Objectives; This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women in completing antenatal care visits at the Siti Hajar R.Am.Keb Medan Clinic in 2019. Method; This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was the whole number of Trimester III pregnant women 37-40 weeks gestational age who visited for antenatal care (ANC). Sampling technique with purposive sampling was obtained by 32 respondents, primary and secondary data types. Data were processed by univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square statistical tests. The results; The results showed amounted 18 respondents (56.3%) lacked knowledge, amounted 14 respondents (43.8%) did not make a complete visit. Chi-square statistical test results obtained p-value (p = .020). A total of 17 respondents (53.1%) had a positive attitude, as many as 11 respondents (34.4%) made a complete visit. Chi-square statistical test results obtained p value (p = .029). Conclusion The conclusion is that there is a relationship between the knowledge of pregnant women with the completeness of antenatal care visits (ANC) and there is a relationship between the attitude of pregnant women with the completeness of antenatal care visits at Siti Hajar R. Am. Antenatal Care (ANC) and enhance counselling activities about the importance of pregnancy examination

    Posyandu is a form of community-based health effort, which is managed from, by, for and with the community. In providing posyandu, facilities are provided to the public in obtaining basic health services so that the MMR and IMR decline. To build a good posyandu, cadre guidance is needed by health workers to increase the role of cadres in posyandu. This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge and motivation with the activeness of cadres in posyandu activities in the Rasau Health Center in 2019. The research design was an analytic survey with cross sectional approach. The population of this study were all posyandu cadres in the Rasau Health Center in Torgamba District in 2019 totaling 50 and the sampling technique used a total population of 50 people. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The instruments used were checklist and questionnaire using univariate, bivariate analysis using Chi-square test with p <0.05. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship of knowledge with the activeness of cadres in posyandu activities with the results of statistical tests using chi-square. -square get p-value 0,004 <0,05. The conclusion in this study there is a relationship of Knowledge, motivation with the Activist Cadre in Posyandu activities in Rasau Health Center, Torgamba District, Labuhan Batu Selatan Regency in 2019. It is recommended to Puskesmas to provide training in increasing cadre knowledge and motivation so that the implementation of Posyandu is better
