FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI STOP BUANG AIR BESAR SEMBARANGAN DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS SIMEULUE BARAT KABUPATEN SIMEULUE TAHUN 2019
Behaviour change in a community of open defecation free are done through triggering to encourage people to have healthy latrines so that they do not do open defecation free. The community has healthy latrines in working area of West Simeulue Health Centre as many as 1,024 families (64.8%) out of 1,581 households have not reached the target of 100% so that there are people defecating free in gardens, rice fields, house yards, beaches and rivers. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence open defecation free in the working area of the Health Centre.
This type of research was a mix-method with cross-sectional qualitative research and phenomenon approach. The population of this study were 1,581 households. The quantitative sample approach was 94 households. 6 informants consisted of 2 family heads, the head of the health Centre, environmental health workers, cadres, community leaders. Quantitative data are analyzed univariately, bivariate and multivariate, while qualitative data is through data reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing.
The results showed the knowledge (0.021), attitude (0.017), ownership of healthy latrines (0.036), the role of the head of the family (0.010), and the role of health workers (0.023) influencing the implementation of open defecation free, the most dominant role of the family. The results of the interviews found counselling factors, and sanctions to the community.
It is hoped to the community did not defecate free and carelessly through increased knowledge, attitudes, ownership of healthy latrines, the role of the head of the family, and the role of health workers
Analisis Mutu Pelayanan Perawat Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Inap Kelas III di Rumah Sakit Advent Medan Tahun 2018
Nurse services are the most services obtained by inpatients at the hospital, so nurse services are the spearhead of health services in hospitals and play a role in providing patient satisfaction. The satisfaction survey for inpatients in 2017 for the period of February to April shows the lowest satisfaction rates for Class III inpatients on nurse services compared to the satisfaction of class II, I and VIP inpatients with the lowest satisfaction rating in April of 71%. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the qualities of nurse services to the satisfaction of class III inpatients at Advent Hospital Medan.
The design of this study is a quantitative analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study was class III inpatients at Advent Hospital Medan with an average number of 168 people each month. This research used accidental sampling technique as many as 118 people. The data were analyzed by univariate, bivariate (chi square) and multivariate with logistic regression at significance level of 95%.
The results of the chi-square analysis showed that the variable completeness and accuracy of information provided by nurses (p value 0,000), skilled and professional nurse variables (p value 0.019), patient variables were comfortable (p value 0,000) and patient variables avoided danger (p value 0,000) has a relationship to the satisfaction of class III inpatients at Advent Hospital Medan. While the variable decrease in patient anxiety (p value 0.066) and friendly and empathetic nurses (p value 0.085) did not have a relationship to the satisfaction of class III inpatients at Advent Hospital Medan. The results of multivariate analysis using logistic regression showed that the patient variables avoided danger (p = 0.009; Exp (B) 76,851) and the patient felt comfortable (p = 0.035; Exp (B) 15.308) significantly affected the satisfaction of class III inpatients Advent Hospital Medan.
The conclusion of this study shows that efforts are needed to emphasize the implementation of patient safety while monitoring and evaluating, its implementation in the inpatient room and efforts are needed to improve the ability of nurses to perform pain management so that patients feel comfortable
ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN CLINICAL PATHWAY DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM dr. FAUZIAH BIREUEN TAHUN 2018
Hospital as one of the health institutions must provide services to all patients without decrease the service quality. To ensure this, a clinical pathway is needed. This study aims to analyze the obstacles and constraints in the implementation of the clinical pathway at dr. Fauziah Regional General Hospital Bireuen.
This type of research was qualitative descriptive, with in-depth interviews with the main informants, namely the medical committee, quality committee, and management, while the triangulation informants were case managers, doctors, nurses, pharmacies and nutritionists.
The results showed that the informants knew about the clinical pathway. The service felt by patients was still lacking, there was socialization but not optimal, there were no regular meetings and advanced training, lack of pharmaceutical staff and medicines that were not fulfilled, management did not follow up on any findings.
Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that good knowledge, service is still lacking, communication is not maximal, lack of human resources and pharmaceutical logistics and dissatisfaction with management causes a decrease in the level of compliance in the implementation of the clinical pathway. It is suggested to the related health workers to provide care in accordance with the clinical pathway and for management to recruit pharmaceutical personnel, provide budgets for pharmaceutical logistics needs, follow up on any existing findings and monitor further and periodic evaluations of the implementation of clinical pathways to improve quality hospital services
ANALISIS KUALITAS SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN RUMAH SAKIT DI RSUD dr. FAUZIAH BIREUEN TAHUN 2018
Hospital management information system (SIMRS) is a system that provides information to support decision making. At RSUD dr. Fauziah Bireuen SIMRS has been functioning since January 2018, the delay in implementing this system is because the new equipment and infrastructure are being met. So that the use of SIMRS is not comprehensive, only in the registration and laboratory counters, while in other parts still use HMIS. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of management information systems at the Hospital in RSUD dr. Fauziah Bireuen in 2018.
This type of research is qualitative descriptive with interview method. The main informants in this study were directors, SIMRS installation heads, SIMRS staff and SIMRS operators while triangulation informants were recipients of health services. Data analysis in this study uses stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification of data.
The results showed that the uneven supply of computers, connector cables, facilities and infrastructure, lack of programmer, server interruptions, lack of budget, incompatibility of applications, no routine training, indiscipline of officers, absence of reward and punishment, SOP and hospital cooperation with Telkom
From the results of the study it can be concluded that the lack of quality of SIMRS is reviewed from the infrastructure and HR. It is recommended that the management allocate special funds to RBA or collaboration with the Regional Budget in providing all infrastructure shortcomings, recruiting personnel, asserting firmness from the management to improve discipline, giving rewards for those who carry out their duties well and punishing those who neglect their duties
ANALISIS KINERJA PETUGAS PROGRAM GIZI DI PUSKESMAS PADANG BULAN MEDAN TAHUN 2019
Performance is an illustration of the level of achievement of the implementation of an activity program or policy in realizing the goals, objectives, vision, and mission of the organization as outlined through the strategic planning of an organization.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of nutrition program officers at Padang Bulan Health Center Medan. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research with a case study method. The study was conducted from July 2018 to January 2019. The informants in this study were 3 people.
The results showed that the performance of informants in the nutrition program both inside and outside the building was good enough, the informants also had sufficient ability to carry out tasks or daily activities both in making reports and also carrying out activities, informants had high motivation and its performance is quite good. The problem in the performance of officers was the lack of support from the head of the Health Center in implementing the nutrition program at the Health Center.
It is suggested to the head of the Health Center to pay attention to the nutrition program, both in the implementation and also in the planning that had been arranged by program officers

The results of this research is that work load (p=0,000), strees of work (p=0,000),competention (p=0,000), insentive (p=0,000),length of working (p=0,000) have influences for performance of nurse. After multivariate analysis the most influence variable is work load (p=0,000).
The result showed that there was correlation between work load, strees of work, competention, insentive, length of working has influences against work performances of nurse. Therefore, needs to improve nursing service that can be made to improving the performance of nurses with increased knowledge through education nursing sustainable and improving skills nursing is absolutely necessary. The arrangement of a work conducive environment so important, so that nurses can work effectively and efficiently. Creating a work that could lead to a nurse to do the best.
Perawat sebagai salah satu tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit memegang peranan penting dalam upaya mencapai tujuan pembangunan kesehatan. Keberhasilan pelayanan kesehatan bergantung pada partisipasi perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang berkualitas bagi pasien.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Dengan tujuan untuk menilai faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat instalasi gawat darurat RSU. Bunda Thamrin Medan tahun 2018. Dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampel atau exhaustic sampling serta pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data univariat, bivariat, dan multivariate menggunakan program SPSS.
Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa beban kerja (p=0,000), stress kerja (p=0,000), kompetensi (p=0,000), insentif (p=0,000), masa kerja (p=0,000) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat. Setelah analisis multivariate diperoleh variable yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat instalasi gawat darurat adalah beban kerja (p=0,001).
Kesimpulan diperoleh bahwa ada hubungan beban kerja, stress kerja, kompetensi, insentif, masa kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat instalasi gawat darurat. Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan peningkatan pelayanan keperawatan yang dapat diupayakan dengan meningkatkan kinerja perawat yaitu dengan peningkatan pengetahuan melalui pendidikan keperawatan berkelanjutan dan peningkatan keterampilan keperawatan sangat mutlak diperlukan. Penataan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif perlu diciptakan agar perawat dapat bekerja secara efektif dan efisien. Menciptakan suasana kerja yang dapat mendorong perawat untuk melakukan yang terbaik
ANALISIS KUALITATIF PERILAKU MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PENCEGAHAN PENYAKIT FILARIASIS DI DESA MATANG PELAWI PUSKESMAS PEUREULAK KABUPATEN ACEH TIMUR
Filariasis (elephantiasis) is a chronic infectious disease, caused by filaria worms and transmitted by mosquitoes. Filariasis can cause permanent disability in the form of enlargement of the legs, arms, testicles, breasts and genitals, attacking parents, children, men and women. Community behavior that is less hygienic is thought to be the cause of transmission of filariasis. The purpose of this study is to analyze community behavior towards the prevention of filariasis.
The type of this study is qualitative research. The study was conducted in Matang Pelawi Village, Peureulak Health Center. The research informants were 9 people. Qualitative data analysis with stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion or verification.
The results showed that the knowledge of the Matang Pelawi community about filariasis and its prevention, some had known and understood the occurrence of filariasis in patients, while some other people did not understand about the causes, transmission, signs and symptoms, prevention and treatment. The attitude of the Matang Pelawi Village community about filariasis disease, some consider medical diseases because they can affect anyone and some consider non-medical diseases or because of mystical things such as karma, voodoo, and witch. Some people have a negative attitude by mocking, insulting and wanting that filariasis sufferers be removed (exiled) from their villages because it can bring bad luck to other residents. The actions of the Matang Pelawi Village community are partly about filariasis disease, by making a preventive effort to maintain the cleanliness of the environment at the time of stay, sleeping using mosquito nets, and drinking medication in the month of Giant Feet Elimination (BELKAGA) on October in each year.
The conclusion of the study is that community behavior is related to knowledge, attitudes, and actions, some have been good because they have received counseling from health workers. Peureulak Health Centre needs to improve health promotion activities about filariasis and its prevention so that all people in the Peureulak Community Health Center work area can understand filariasis and take appropriate precautions

Implementation of Healty Indonesian Program is Organized through family approach,that Integrated Individual Healthy Effort and Community Healty Effort continously, with target of family, bassed of date and information of Family Healty Profile. This research means to know implementation barries program of Indonesian healthy by Family Approach in Kota Juang Subdistric of Bireuen Regency in the year 2018 in financing, Facilities and infrastructure and government support.
Types of resecrch used be mix method. Numbers of samples is this research are 33 respondent. Informan in this research as much 10 person covers consists of 5 key informants. Which is the health workers who conducts PIS-PK activities. Supporting informants numbered 5 people. Research for quantitative the date were analyzed by using univariate analysis, bivariate analysis with chi-squre test. Research for qualitative the date were analyzed by interactive continously to completion.
Bassed of result quantitative research available thatfinancing, facilities infrastructure and government support related by PIS-PK in Kota Juang Subdistric of Bireuen Regency. Result qualitative research in the funding sector, source of funds allready available from BOK, because of the budget has not been disbursed so that implementation to be delayed, sector stakeholder, local government level has implemented well, but at the village level there are still obstacle from the village head who have not socialized to the entire community. Sector of human resources, admin in the implementation was only one person.While facilitaties and infrastrukture has been fulfilled just enough. In the sector of community condition, community is not all ready for the PIS-PK, which coused the by lack of socializatoin the PIS-PK. Sector of relations with the center, the are still internet net worksthat are often disrupted.

PENGARUH PENERAPAN HEALTHCARE INFECTION CONTROL PRACTICES ADVISORY COMMITTEE TERHADAP KEJADIAN INFEKSI SALURAN KEMIH TERKAIT PENGGUNAAN KATETER DI RUMAH SAKIT DELIA LANGKAT TAHUN 2018
The incidence of Catheter Associated Urinary Tract Infections (CAUTI) is estimated at around 0.2-4.8 per 1,000 catheter-days. The CAUTI incident not only affects patients but also becomes a burden on hospitals. Therefore, various prevention guidelines/strategies have been developed, one of which is issued by the Healthcare Infection Control Practices Advisory Committee (HICPAC).
This study aims to evaluate the success of applying the HICPAC guidelines to reduce the incidence of CAUTI. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a two group pretest-posttest approach for patients who used the catheter before and after the application of the HICPAC guideline of 150 samples. Before the implementation, socialization and training of the guidelines were carried out for all medical personnel. Knowledge, attitudes, and actions of medical personnel are assessed before and after application. The data analysis was performed by chi-square and Wilcoxon Test.
Based the 300 samples, there were 13 CAUTI incident, with details of 11 cases (84.6%) occurring before the application of 2 cases (15.4%) occurred after application (p-value: 0.02). Knowledge, attitudes, and actions of medical personnel increased after implementation of 5.6 points, 2.4 points, and 10.4 points (p-value <0.05). The results show that the application of the HICPAC guideline has a significant effect on reducing CAUTI incidence. In addition, the dissemination and application of the HICPAC guidelines significantly increased the knowledge, attitudes, and actions of medical personnel.
The HICPAC guidline can be used integrated with medical records so that it is easily implemented by all medical personnel. Commitments in implementing all these guidelines are also needed to reduce the incidence of CAUTI.
Insidensi infeksi saluran kemih terkait penggunaan kateter (Catheter associated Urinary Tract Infection/CAUTI) diestimasikan sekitar 0,2-4,8 per 1.000 kateter-hari. Kejadian CAUTI tidak hanya berdampak kepada pasien namun juga menjadi beban bagi rumah sakit. Oleh karena itu, berbagai macam panduan/strategi pencegahan telah banyak dikembangkan salah satunya dikeluarkan oleh Healthcare Infection Control Practices Advisory Committee (HICPAC).
Studi ini bertujuan mengevaluasi keberhasilan penerapan panduan HICPAC untuk menurunkan angka kejadian CAUTI. Studi ini menggunakan desain kuasi eksperimental dengan pendekatan two group pretest-posttest pasien yang menggunakan kateter sebelum dan sesudah penerapan panduan HICPAC masing-masing 150 sampel. Sebelum dilakukan penerapan, dilaksanakan sosialisasi dan pelatihan tentang panduan tersebut kepada seluruh tenaga medis. Pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan tenaga medis dinilai sebelum dan sesudah penerapan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji chi-square dan Wilcoxon Test.

Panduan HICPAC dapat digunakan terintegrasi dengan rekam medis sehingga dengan mudah dilaksanakan oleh seluruh tenaga medis. Komitmen dalam melaksanakan seluruh panduan tersebut juga diperlukan untuk menurunkan kejadian CAUTI

Work accidents are important things that need to be considered because these events can be known hazards that are often experienced by nurses as a reference to prevent work accidents that cause injuries at work. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with work accidents in nurses at RSUD Dr.R.M Djoelham Binjai in 2019.
The study design used descriptive analytical with cross sectional approach. The populations in this study were 35 nurses and samples were taken that was all nurses in the ER. The data collection methods were primary and secondary data. Analyses of the data used in this study were univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-square Test.
The results showed the length of service (Sig = .022), K3 training (Sig = .007) means that there was a relationship between the period of work and K3 training with workaccidents, while the use of PPE (Sig = .081) means there was no relationship between the use of PPE and work accidents. So it can be stated there was a relationship between work period and K3 training with work accidents in nurses at RSUDDr.R.M Djoelham Binjai in 2019.
The conclusion in this study shows that there is a relationship between work period and K3 training with work accidents in nurses at RSUD Dr.R.M Djoelham Binjai in 2019, whereas there is no relationship between the uses of PPE with work accidents at RSUD Dr. R.M Djoelham Binjai in 2019. It is suggested that this research can be use as an input for the K3RS management and for RSUD Dr.R.M. Djoelham Binjai to provide information on K3 training such as the use of PPE to avoid the risk of work accidents while working.

Kecelakaan kerja merupakan hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan karena kejadian tersebut dapat diketahui risiko-risiko bahaya yang sering dialami perawat sebagai acuan untuk mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan kerja yang menimbulkan cedera atau luka dalam bekerja. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kecelakaan kerja pada perawat di RSUD Dr.R.M Djoelham Kota Binjai tahun 2019.
Desain penelitian menggunakan deskristif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 orang perawat dan sampel diambil yaitu seluruh perawat di IGD. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan Uji Chi-square.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masa kerja (Sig = 0,022), pelatihan K3 (Sig=0,007) artinya ada hubungan antara masa kerja dan pelatihan K3 dengan kecelakaan kerja, sedangkan penggunaan APD (Sig = 0,081) artinya tidak ada hubungan penggunaan APD dengan kecelakaan kerja. Maka dapat di nyatakan ada hubungan masa kerja dan pelatihan K3 dengan kecelakaan kerja pada perawat di RSUD Dr.R.M Djoelham Kota Binjai tahun 2019.
Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara masa kerja dan pelatihan K3 dengan kecelakaan kerja pada perawat di RSUD Dr.R.M.Djoelham Kota Binjai tahun 2019, sedangkan tidak ada hubungan penggunaan APD dengan kecelakaan kerja di RSUD R.M Djoelham Kota Binjai tahun 2019, disarankan dalam penelitian ini sebagai bahan masukkan bagi pihak manajemen K3RS. Disarankan bagi RSUD Dr.R.M. Djoelham Kota Binjai agar memberikan sosialisasi pelatihan K3 seperti penggunaan APD agar terhindar dari resiko kecelakaan kerja saat bekerja.
