MORPHOFUNCTIONAL CHANGES OF THE STOMACH WALL UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ENERGY DRINKS
Changes in the function of laboratory markers in the blood serum of the stomach were determined during the consumption of energy drinks at different periods of time. This experimental study examines morphofunctional changes in the stomach wall. The experiment was performed on 30 three-month-old white male rats weighing 130 ± 20 g. To obtain the experimental model, the energy drink (ED) "Gorilla" was administered intragastrically for 4, 8, 12 weeks through a plastic tube in the vivary department in Bukhara, during the period February 2022 -June2022. The level of the tumor marker CA 74-2 varied from 0.2 to 4.02 U/ml in rats that received EN for 4 weeks. In blood samples from rats that consumed EN for 8 weeks, the tumor marker level varied from 1.36 to 5.38 U/ml, and when exposed to ENfor 12 weeks, the tumor marker level varied from 2.1 to 24.15 U/ml. Only in 1 case (9%), in rats administered EN for 12 weeks, the tumor marker concentration increased to 24.15 U/ml.When assessing the studied parameters that determine the functional state of the stomach in the blood serum, it was revealed that as a result of long-term action of EN, the secretory function of the stomach decreases and the risk of gastrointestinal diseases increases
World of Medicine : Journal of Biomedical Sciences,Vol. 2No. 2(2025), ISSN 2960-935627Journal of Biomedical Sciences
Women's Health and Modern Gynecology
Nongenetic environmental factors contribute to maternal morbidity and mortality from chemical exposures through air, water, soil, food, and consumer products. Pregnancy is a particularly sensitive period of susceptibility during which physiological changes in every major organ system increase sensitivity to chemicals that may affect a woman’s long-term health. Nonchemical stressors, such as low socioeconomic status, may exacerbate the effects of chemicals on maternal health. Racial/ethnic minorities are disproportionately exposed to both chemical and nonchemical stressors, which likely contribute to observed disparities in maternal morbidity and mortality. Epidemiologic studies linking exposures to adverse maternal health outcomes highlight the importance of environmental exposures on health, and mechanistic studies in model systems reveal how chemicals disrupt biological pathways and processes. Environmental stressors have been linked to a range of immediate maternal health effects, including hypertension disorders during pregnancy, fibroids, and infertility, as well as long-term maternal health effects, such as increased risk of breast cancer and metabolic disorders. Identifying and reducing a pregnant woman’s environmental exposure is not only beneficial for her offspring, but is also important for her short-and long-term health

Uzbek Spelling Rules: History, Principles, and Modern Applications
This study examines the spelling rules of the Uzbek language, focusing on their historical development, fundamental principles, and contemporary applications. The research traces the evolution of Uzbek spelling from the pre-Soviet era to modern reforms, analyzing key transitions from the Latin alphabet to Cyrillic and back to Latin. Despite significant advancements, challenges persist in standardizing spelling rules, particularly in integrating foreign terms and simplifying complex phonetic representations. The study identifies gaps in the literature regarding the impact of recent reforms and the practical difficulties of implementing new orthographic standards. A qualitative research approach was employed, involving a comparative analysis of historical documents, linguistic policies, and contemporary usage patterns. Findings highlight inconsistencies in the application of spelling rules, issues in phonetic and morphological adaptations, and challenges faced by educators and learners. The results suggest that while the transition to the Latin alphabet enhances accessibility and international alignment, unresolved complexities in diacritical marks and compound word structures hinder uniform adoption. The study implies the necessity of continued linguistic research and policy adjustments to refine Uzbek orthography. These findings are particularly relevant for educators, linguists, and policymakers aimingto develop effective language instruction methods and orthographic guidelines
Mechanisms and Tasks of Implementation of Pedagogical Technologies in Training Lessons of Non-Government Higher Education Institutions
The research investigates the implementation processes of pedagogical technologies in non-government higher education institutions specifically regarding their impact on lesson structure and student learning activities. The increasing focus on modern teaching approaches has not filled the knowledge gap about structured uses of pedagogical technology within lesson planning and assessment processes.A qualitative research design serves to evaluate critical strategies which include Bloom’s taxonomy and cognitive learning frameworks and structured goal-setting approaches. Pedagogical technologies serve as major contributors to educational goal clarity and structured lesson planning that leads to better student cognitive learning outcomes and affects student understanding in psychomotor and affective domains. The study demonstrates that educational taxonomies give teachers the ability to enhance their instructional delivery and evaluation approaches efficiently. Non-government institutions need to provide continuous educational support and training to teachers who need help implementing pedagogical technologies smoothly. Future research needs to conduct longitudinal assessments of technological impact on academic achievement and teaching efficiency since this study reveals educational requirements for such investigation

Quantum-Inspired Algorithms for Secure Communications under Extreme Solar Phenomena
In this paper, we delve into the pressing need for robust, secure communications under the severe conditions posed by extreme space-weather events, notably solar flares and coronal mass ejections. Such phenomena can dramatically compromise terrestrial and satellite-based links through electromagnetic interference, sudden ionospheric changes, and partial hardware failures. Traditional cryptographic and error-correction schemes often focus on algorithmic security or moderate noise environments but do not comprehensively address the potential for intense, transient disruptions capable of overwhelming standard channel models. Our approach leverages quantum-inspired algorithms-mathematically grounded techniques inspired by quantum principles yet implementable on classical hardware-to achieve a dual objective: maintaining high levels of cryptographic security while tolerating sporadic but substantial spikes in noise
