El positivismo contable: una explicación sucinta de esta corriente epistemológica
Get PDFThrough a literature review, this article describes how the positivist current on the one hand, and accounting positivism on the other, were positioned worldwide and the way in which Watts and Zimmerman defined it; in other words, it tried to understand the evolution of this epistemological current focused on an accounting point of view. The literature review was applied to research related to the area of accounting, in order to define the role that this science began to have from the epistemological point of view. The results show that the thematic raised at the present time is still the most used by researchers worldwide, despite the fact that there are already other epistemological currents on the rise. The most relevant aspects in the studies carried out were the empathy with this current at a global level. As a final reflection, and after this discussion throughout this study, it can be established that positivism seen in the accounting field, refers to the observation of economic facts in an objective way, where accounting is visualized as it is, admitting knowledge based on experience, leaving aside any idealistic and absolutist conception.A través de una revisión bibliográfica, este artículo describe cómo la corriente positivista por un lado y, el positivismo contable por otro, se fueron posicionando a nivel mundial y, la manera en que Watts y Zimmerman la definieron; en otras palabras, se trató de entender el devenir de esta corriente epistemológica enfocado en un punto de vista contable. La revisión de la literatura fue aplicada a investigaciones relacionadas con el área de la contabilidad, con el fin de ir definiendo el papel que comenzó a tener esta ciencia desde el punto de vista epistemológico. Los resultados muestran que la temática planteada en los actuales momentos sigue siendo la más utilizada por los investigadores en todo el mundo, a pesar de que ya existen otras corrientes epistemológicas en auge. Los aspectos más relevantes en los estudios realizados fueron la empatía con esta corriente a nivel global. Como reflexión final, y luego de esta discusión a lo largo del presente estudio, se puede establecer que, el positivismo visto en el ámbito contable, hace referencia a la observación de los hechos económicos de una manera objetiva, en dónde la contabilidad es visualizada como es, admitiendo conocimientos con base en la experiencia, dejando de lado cualquier concepción idealista y absolutista

Get PDFThe purpose of this article is to establish strategies that focus mainly on raising awareness of good environmental practices and care for the environment, thus establishing an environmental culture within the community of the Universidad Tecnológica Israel, Ecuador, establishing references that allow it to have the necessary inputs and resources, and thus, adapt them to a common goal, which is the award of an environmental certification.
In accordance with the articulation of the Ministerial Agreement 140, Title I, which refers to the "Ecuadorian environmental green dot recognition for good environmental practices in administrative agencies of the public and private sector", a descriptive and analytical methodology is taken into account that seeks to establish results through the application of a survey. To this end, strategies were developed and implemented to improve environmental indicators such as electricity savings, water savings, proper use of waste generated, paper consumption, consumption of sustainable products, green spaces, marketing strategies and field research.El presente artículo tiene como fin establecer estrategias que se enfoquen principalmente en dar a conocer las buenas prácticas y el cuidado del entorno medio ambiental, logrando establecer una cultura ambiental dentro de la comunidad de la Universidad Tecnológica Israel, Ecuador, estableciendo referentes que le permitan contar con los insumos y recursos necesarios, y de tal manera, adaptarlos a un fin común que es la adjudicación de una certificación ambiental.
Acorde con la articulación del Acuerdo Ministerial 140, Título I, que se refiere al “Reconocimiento ecuatoriano ambiental punto verde por buenas prácticas ambientales en dependencias administrativas del sector público y privado” se toma en cuenta una metodología descriptiva y analítica que busca establecer resultados mediante la aplicación de una encuesta. Para ello se desarrolló e implementaron estrategias para mejorar los indicadores medioambientales como son el ahorro de energía eléctrica, ahorro de agua, el uso adecuado de los desechos generados, consumo de papel, consumo de productos sustentables, espacios verdes, estrategias de marketing e investigaciones de campo
La narración oral como herramienta pedagógica en la promoción de la ficción breve
Get PDFThe literature has represented for many students the least attractive subject, those in which usually relegate it there is a higher level of activity, in which the body as a whole is in constant motion (sports, manuals, games). The student shows a great disinterest in reading and writing, because they find that the teaching methodology is “boring”, “obsolete” or simply “classical”. Delivery of texts that only aim at a conventional verification of the reading act. There is no deeper, more revealing, more meaningful link between reader and text. A relationship that leads to the search for other references, other landscapes, other visions on the same or several topics. Two questions arise: How to positively approach students to literary discourse? How to spread the taste for literary discipline? It may be that the answer to both questions is difficult to find, but oral narration, as a means between the approach and understanding of these texts, is an ideal way to start fostering the desire for literature, or in this case, the short fiction. When one speaks of oral narration, one speaks of the exploration of the body, of the accumulation of gestures and expressions that integrate orality, not only with the act of saying, but not saying. Narrating a text implies that the subject connects with the characters, with the events surrounding those characters, with their conflicts and interests. Rate text with voice.La literatura ha representado para muchos estudiantes la asignatura menos atractiva, casi siempre es relegada por aquellas en las que hay un nivel de actividad mayor, en las que el cuerpo en su totalidad está en constante movimiento (deportivas, manuales, lúdicas). El estudiantado manifiesta un gran desinterés por la lectura y la escritura, porque encuentra que la metodología de enseñanza es “aburrida”, “obsoleta” o simplemente “clásica” con la impartición de textos que solo tienen como objetivo una convencional comprobación del acto lector, por lo que no existe entre lector y texto una vinculación más profunda, más reveladora o significativa. Una relación que desemboque en una búsqueda de otras referencias, de otros paisajes, otras visiones sobre un mismo o varios temas. Este estudio tiene como objetivo facilitar un puente teórico y práctico entre los estudiantes y el texto breve, a través de la narración oral como una herramienta clave en este proceso. Ante esta problemática surgen dos interrogantes ¿Cómo acercar positivamente a los estudiantes al discurso literario? ¿Cómo contagiar el gusto por la disciplina literaria? Puede que, la respuesta a ambas cuestiones sea difícil de encontrar, pero, la narración oral, como un medio entre el acercamiento y la comprensión de estos textos es un camino ideal para comenzar a fomentar el deseo por la literatura, o en este caso, por la ficción breve
La vinculación con la colectividad bajo la perspectiva académica
Get PDFHigher Education Institutions fulfill the function of strengthening the link with the community, therefore, it is a process that depends on the state, in this research it aims to describe the synergy that must exist between the state, the university and the community, established using the triple helix model. The study focused on describing the state of the relationship with the university community in Ecuadorian and European cases, a legal, technical and strategic analysis was carried out and, in addition, it analyzes the Higher Education Institutions of Ecuador and compliance with legal regulations. The methodology that was applied is of a documentary type, especially working with documents of legislation, decrees, statutes, social or legal prescription. The research concludes with compliance with regulations aimed at linking with society, considering the active entities in the process, such as the strategic alliance between the State, University and CommunityLas Instituciones de Educación Superior cumplen la función de potenciarla vinculación con la colectividad, por ello, es un proceso que va en función del estado, en la presente investigación tiene el objetivo de describir la sinergia que debe existir entre estado, la universidad y la colectividad, establecido mediante el modelo triple hélice. El estudio se centró en describir el estado de la vinculación con la colectividad universitaria en casos ecuatorianos y europeos, se realizó un análisis legal, técnico y estratégico y en complemento analiza a las Instituciones de Educación Superior del Ecuador y el cumplimiento de la normativa legal. La metodología que se aplicó es de tipo documental, en especial se trabajó con documentos de legislación, decretos, estatutos prescripción social o de derecho. La investigación concluye con el cumplimiento de normativas direccionadas a la vinculación con la sociedad, considerando los entes activos en el proceso como es la alianza estratégica entre el Estado, Universidad y Colectividad
Hábitos cognitivos, ejecutivos, afectivos y éticos modificados durante la cuarentena en Ecuador
Get PDFGlobally, the appearance of Covid-19 has generated a worrying situation. The present study focuses on Ecuador, being one of the most affected Latin American countries, both in terms of the number of deaths and contagions. In this sense, the research aims to provide information on cognitive, executive, affective and ethical habits during crisis situations. A quantitative exploration of descriptive scope was carried out, with the objective of knowing the perception of modification in the types of habits from the perspective of cognitive psychology and learning. The sample consisted of 173 people between 24 and 60 years of age living in Ecuador. A survey with semi-structured questions was applied, the results showed a modification in certain cognitive and affective habits. However, executive and ethical habits have remained intact, without any modification. It was concluded that in the modification of cognitive habits, the perception of preoccupation with disaster and lack of attention prevailed. Likewise, in affective habits, there was evidence of a modification related to feelings of sadness, anxiety, sensitivity to change and dominant fear during confinement.Globalmente la aparición del Covid-19 ha generado un estado preocupante. El presente estudio se enfoca en Ecuador, siendo uno de los países latinoamericanos más afectados, tanto por el número de mortandad, como de contagios. Es en este sentido que la investigación pretende aportar con información sobre hábitos cognitivos, ejecutivos, afectivos y éticos durante situaciones de crisis. Se realizó una exploración cuantitativa de alcance descriptivo, con el objetivo de conocer la percepción de modificación en los tipos de hábitos desde la perspectiva de la psicología cognitiva y del aprendizaje. La muestra estuvo constituida por 173 personas con un rango de edad de 24 a 60 años que residen en Ecuador. Para ello se aplicó una encuesta con preguntas semi-estructuradas, los resultados evidenciaron una modificación en ciertos hábitos cognitivos y afectivos. No obstante, los hábitos ejecutivos y éticos han quedado intactos, sin modificación alguna. Se concluyó que en la modificación de hábitos cognitivos prevalece la percepción de preocupación por el desastre y falta de atención. Asimismo, en los hábitos afectivos se evidenció una modificación relacionada a sentimientos de tristeza, ansiedad, sensibilidad al cambio y miedo dominantes durante el confinamiento

Get PDFThe investigative article of systematic review proposes to identify the innovative technological strategies through the TPACK model, plus the active methodology in the teachers of the third years of basic general education for the chair of subtraction with regrouping. With the theoretical basis of the work of (Contreras, Tristancho, & Fuentes, 2017); who managed to evolve the type of teaching, with a greater intervention of the students, strengthening a different and punctual learning, increasing the analysis and development in mathematics, with the aim of working with the technological and content pedagogical model (TPACK). The methodological support chosen was qualitative research where the documentary research model of Hoyos (2000) is applied, which highlights the process of the preparatory, descriptive, interpretative phases by thematic nucleus, of global theoretical construction and extension. As a conclusion, it is established that digital teaching tools facilitate new knowledge mechanisms, the improvement of learning times and levels of effectiveness in solving problems. Various types of digital resources are exposed, which can be implemented inside and outside the classrooms as needed.El artículo investigativo de revisión sistemática plantea identificar las estrategias innovadoras tecnológicas mediante el modelo TPACK, más la metodología activa en los docentes de los terceros años de educación general básica para la catedra de restas con reagrupación. Con la base teórica del trabajo de Contreras, Tristancho, & Fuentes (2017); quienes consiguieron evolucionar el tipo de enseñanza, con una mayor intervención de los estudiantes, fortaleciendo un aprendizaje distinto y puntual, acrecentando el análisis y desenvolvimiento en matemática, con el objetivo de trabajar con el modelo pedagógico y tecnológico de contenidos (TPACK). El sustento metodológico elegido fue la investigación cualitativa en donde se aplica el modelo de investigación documental de Hoyos (2000), el cual resalta el proceso de las fases preparatoria, descriptiva, interpretativa por núcleo temático, de construcción teórico global y de extensión. Como conclusión se establece que las herramientas didácticas digitales facilitan nuevos mecanismos de conocimiento, la mejora de los tiempos de aprendizaje y los niveles de efectividad en la resolución de problemas. No full textChild psychomotor development and the factors that affect it are the subject of interest in many studies, particularly by experts involved in the protection and improvement of children\u27s health. It is extremely important to know the normal mental and motor development of the child to determine deviations that can vary from mild to extremely severe, the data from the international literature yields a multitude of screening tests. Therefore, the objective of this research is to compare the effectiveness of the Denver and PRUNAPE instruments. A comparative study was performed through a bibliographic review, using various databases, where the search was segmented with the Denver Scale and PRUNAPE, the search was carried out in one phase, which focused on searching for information published between 2010 and in 2020. It is concluded that despite the Denver test, that there are records of specificity and sensitivity between 50% there is a majority predominance, therefore, it is interpreted that it is optimal for the evaluation of possible problems in development, on the other hand, the Prunape test has an estimate of sensitivity of 80%, specificity and predictive value are found with parameters above 90%. It is estimated that the Prunape test even exceeds the Denver test in specificity, since the Denver test has a superior representation in certain contexts in comparison.El desarrollo psicomotor infantil y los factores que lo afectan son objeto de interés en muchos estudios, en particular, por parte de los expertos involucrados, en la protección y mejora de la salud de los niños. Es extremadamente importante conocer el neuropsicológico y motor normal del niño, para determinar las desviaciones que pueden variar, desde leves hasta extremadamente graves, los datos de la literatura internacional arrojan una multitud de pruebas de detección. Por lo descrito, el objetivo de esta investigación es comparar la efectividad de los instrumentos Denver y Prunape. Se realizó un estudio comparativo mediante una revisión bibliográfica, utilizando varias bases de datos, en donde se segmento la búsqueda con la Escala Denver y Prunape, la búsqueda se realizó en una fase, la cual se centró en información publicada entre el año 2010 y el 2020. Se concluye que el test Denver, a pesar de que existe registros de especificidad y sensibilidad entre el 50%, existe una predominancia mayoritaria, por lo mismo, se interpreta que es óptima para la valoración de posibles problemas en el desarrollo, por otro lado, el test Prunape cuenta con estimación de sensibilidad del 80%, la especificidad y valor predictivo se encuentra con parámetros superiores al 90%. Se estima que el test Prunape incluso supera en especificidad al test de Denver, debido que, en comparación, el test de Denver posee una representación superior en ciertos contextos

This investigation has as an objective to know if the use of a educational software conducts through every one of the stages of cognitive development proposed by Bruner. The learning strategy proposed by the author through the educational software Wiris, includes the development of representation systems, as means of information treatment and the appropriation of the knowledge of the parable. Through controlled scientific observation, the investigator integrantes himself into the group of study and examines it from the inside and out; applying the observation technique recording the results in a binnacle that contains information with useful details for interpretation and analysis. The research results validate that the use of the educational software Wiris in the learning of the parable leads the student through the three experiences that Bruner\u27s proposed cognitive development allows.Para Bruner es indispensable tener una experiencia personal con la información que se desea aprender de manera significativa, los tres tipos de experiencias para obtener el conocimiento corresponden a groso modo, a las tres formas de representación: activa, icónica y simbólica. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo conocer si el empleo de un software educativo conduce por cada una de las etapas del desarrollo cognoscitivo propuestas por Bruner. La estrategia de enseñanza propuesta por el autor a través del software educativo Wiris, incluye el desarrollo de sistemas de representación, como medios para el tratamiento de información y la apropiación del conocimiento de la parábola.
A través de la observación científica controlada, el investigador se integra al grupo de estudio y lo examina por dentro y por fuera; empleando la técnica de observación y registrando los resultados en la bitácora que contiene información con detalles útiles para la interpretación y análisis. Los resultados de la investigación validan que el uso del software educativo Wiris en el aprendizaje de la parábola conduce al estudiante por las tres experiencias que le permite el desarrollo cognoscitivo propuesto por Bruner
Satisfacción de los servicios académicos en la educación superior
Get PDFThe objective of this research is to know the degree of satisfaction of university students with the content of the study and with the academic conditions. The methodology of the present investigation was of a qualitative approach with a non-experimental descriptive type of investigation. The population of this study were active university students and under a non-probabilistic sampling, 60 students from the sixth semester of the basic education career of the State University of Bolívar were selected as a study sample. The questionnaire was applied to measure the importance and satisfaction of university services from the student perspective of Zambrano et al. (2019), the instrument measures the satisfaction and importance of university services. The main results show that the degree of satisfaction of the students in 100% was high. It is concluded that students are satisfied with higher education, in addition, the educational environment, experience with teachers, resources and facilities are the most significant aspects for students in higher education.El objetivo de la presente investigación es conocer el grado de satisfacción de los estudiantes universitarios con el contenido del estudio y con las condiciones académicas. La metodología de la presente investigación fue de enfoque cualitativo con un tipo de investigación descriptivo de carácter no experimental. La población de este estudio fueron estudiantes activos de la universidad y bajo un muestreo no probabilístico se seleccionó como muestra de estudio a 60 los estudiantes del sexto semestre de la carrera de educación básica de la Universidad Estatal de Bolívar. Se aplicó el cuestionario para medir la importancia y satisfacción de los servicios universitarios desde la perspectiva estudiantil de Zambrano et al. (2019), el instrumento mide la satisfacción y la importancia de los servicios universitarios. Los resultados principales evidencian que el grado de satisfacción de los estudiantes en el 100% fue alto. Se concluye que los estudiantes están satisfechos con la educación superior, además, el ambiente educativo, experiencia con los docentes, los recursos y las instalaciones del son aspectos más significativos para los estudiantes en la educación superior
Ciencia y tecnología en Ecuador. Una revisión al estado del arte
Get PDFThe disruptions caused by globalization, the realities and complexities of the different markets that are part of the world economic ecosystem, have aroused a special common interest; especially in developing countries, to strengthen strategic alliances focused on endogenous and exogenous factors, related to innovation (R&D), the development of scientific and technological studies; that directly contribute to solving difficulties (unemployment, quality of life, exports, imports, etc.); which have been increased, to a large extent, by the neglect of some States to invest strategically in programs that encourage exploration and scientific development. The objective of the research is to reveal the behavior and development of science and technology between the years 2012-2014, as an instrument of Ecuadorian socioeconomic transformation. The study approach is mixed, descriptive and correlational, incorporating clarifying notes generated from the exploratory review of research related to the thematic axes. The results indicate the existence of inconsistencies in investment expenses, producing uncertainty about budget management in relation to Science and Technology. The conclusions reflect a low level of productivity and technological growth, which leads to highlighting certain limitations and imbalance in terms of competitiveness and social welfare. The State must reinforce its socioeconomic policy, by virtue of strengthening the educational, health and social welfare areas.Las disrupciones provocadas por la globalización, realidades y complejidades de los diferentes mercados que forman parte del ecosistema económico mundial, han despertado un especial interés común; sobre todo en países en vías de desarrollo, para fortalecer alianzas estratégicas enfocadas hacia factores endógenos y exógenos, relacionados con la innovación (I+D), el desarrollo de estudios científicos y tecnológicos; que coadyuvan de manera directa a solventar dificultades (desempleo, calidad de vida, exportaciones, importaciones, etcétera); que se han acrecentado, en gran parte, por la desatención de algunos Estados de invertir de manera estratégica en programas que incentiven la exploración y desarrollo científico. El objetivo de la investigación, es develar el comportamiento y desarrollo de la ciencia y tecnología entre los años 2012-2014, como instrumento de transformación socioeconómica ecuatoriana. El enfoque del estudio es mixto, de tipo descriptivo y correlacional, incorporando notas aclaratorias generadas de la revisión exploratoria de investigaciones relacionadas con los ejes temáticos. Los resultados indican la existencia de inconsistencias en los gastos de inversión, produciendo incertidumbre sobre el manejo presupuestario en lo referente a Ciencia y Tecnología. Las conclusiones reflejan un bajo nivel de productividad y de crecimiento tecnológico, que conlleva a destacar ciertas limitantes y desequilibrio en materia de competitividad y bienestar social. El Estado debe reforzar su política socioeconómica, en virtud de fortalecer los ámbitos educativos, salud y bienestar social
