    Kenya Round 3 Service Delivery Point (SQ) survey used a two-stage cluster design with county as strata. A sample of 120 enumeration areas (EAs) was drawn by the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics from its master sampling frame. Each EA was listed and mapped. Public facilities were included if a selected EA fell within the catchment area. Private facilities were included if they fell within the boundaries of the EA. Data collection was conducted between June and July, 2015. The final completed sample in Kenya Round 2 was 348 SDPs.     PMA Burkina Faso Phase 1 Client Exit Interview Baseline Survey includes a total of 167 enumeration areas (EAs). The EAs were drawn using the stratified cluster design with urban-rural strata from the l’Institut National de la Statistique et de la Démographie (INSD) master sampling frame. The results are nationally representative. The region, Centre, is representative of urban area only, and Hauts-Bassins is representative for both region and urban/rural levels. The final sample included 938 (99.2%) clients who completed the interview. Data collection was conducted between January and February 2020.     PMA Ethiopia Panel Cohort 1: Household and Female (HQFQ) Baseline survey used a two-stage cluster design with urban-rural, major regions as strata. A total of 206 enumeration areas (EAs), located within Panel regions described above, are selected from the master sample frame of the Central Statistical Agency. All pregnant women and post-partum women (age 15 - 49) residing in households, located within the Panel survey regions, were asked to participate in the Panel Survey. A total of 32,614 households completed the census with 32,791 women being screened for the Panel survey. A total 2,902 women (99.3%) completed the Panel survey. A sample of 84 enumeration areas (EAs) was drawn by Niger’s National Statistics Institute (INS) from its master sampling frame. Each EA was listed and mapped. Public facilities were included if a selected EA fell within the catchment area. Private facilities were included if they fell within the boundaries of the EA.     Uganda Round 5 Household and Female (HQFQ) survey used a two-stage cluster design with urban-rural and region as strata. For this survey round, a new set of 110 enumeration areas (EAs) were selected, adjacent to EAs used in the previous four rounds, drawn by the Uganda Bureau of Statistics from its master sampling frame. In each EA, households and health facilities were listed and mapped, with 44 households randomly selected. Households were surveyed and occupants enumerated. All eligible females age 15 to 49 were contacted and consented for interviews. The final sample included 4,503 households and 4,122 de facto females.     PMA Burkina Faso Phase 3 Household and Female survey collects data on knowledge, practice, and coverage of family planning services in 167 enumeration areas (EAs) selected using a multi-stage stratified cluster design with urban-rural strata. The results are representative at the national level and in the urban/rural areas. Results from Centre region are representative of the urban environment only and results from the Hauts-Bassin region are representative of the region and the urban/rural areas. The final sample included 5,927 households and 6,605 de facto women who completed the interviews for the cross-sectional survey. The data was collected between December 2021 and March 2022.Phase 3 panel data collection was conducted among women from Phase 1 and Phase 2 who consented to follow-up and aged 15-49 at the time of the Phase 3 survey. Of 7,439 eligible women, 81.2% of women were enrolled in the panel survey at Phase 1 between December 2019 and February 2020; and 18.8% of women were enrolled in the panel survey at Phase 2 between December 2020 and March 2021. Of those eligible, 20.3% were not reached for follow-up at Phase 3. Of those reached, 5650 (76.0%) women completed the Phase 3 survey, for a response rate of 96.6% among contacted women.     Côte d’Ivoire Round 1 Service Delivery Point (SQ) survey data provide representative estimates at the national and urban and rural level. A total of 73 enumerations areas (EAs) were selected by Côte d’Ivoire’s National Statistics Institute, using probability proportional to size, from a sampling frame provided by the Fourth General Census of Population and Housing in 2014. Structures, households, and service delivery points (SDPs) were enumerated in each selected EA. The SDP sample included three public SDPs that serve an EA and up to three private SDPs within the EA. Data collection occurred from September-October 2017. The final sample included 140 complete SDP interviews.     PMA Uganda Phase 2 Household and Female survey collects data on knowledge, practice, and coverage of family planning services in 141 enumeration areas (EAs) selected using a multi-stage stratified cluster design with urban-rural strata. Of the 141 enumeration areas, 19 new enumeration areas were added for a CIFF (Children’s Investment Fund Foundation) sponsored study that are now part of the PMA Uganda cross-sectional sample. The results are representative at the national level and in the urban/rural areas. The results are representative at the national level and within urban/rural strata. The final sample included 4,399 (96.0%) households and 4,346 (96.0%) women who completed the interviews for the cross-sectional survey. The data was collected between September and November 2021.Phase 2 panel data collection was conducted among females aged 15-49 at the time of the Phase 2 survey who were interviewed at the baseline survey between September and October 2020 and consented to follow-up. Of the 3,843 eligible respondents, 20% were not reached for follow-up. Of those reached, 3,042 (98.5%) completed the survey, for a response rate of 97.3% among contacted women.
