PMA2020 Uganda Round 3 Service Delivery Point Survey (2015)
Uganda Round 3 Service Delivery Point (SQ) survey used a two-stage cluster design with urban-rural and sub-region as strata. A sample of 110 enumeration areas (EAs) was drawn by the Uganda Bureau of Statistics from its master sampling frame. Each EA was listed and mapped. Public facilities were included if a selected EA fell within the catchment area. Private facilities were included if they fell within the boundaries of the EA. Data collection was conducted between August and September, 2015. The final completed sample in Uganda Round 3 was 362 SDPs. Data associated with the publication: Taxonomy-based prompt engineering to generate synthetic drug-related patient portal messages
This dataset is a part of "Taxonomy-Based Prompt Engineering to Generate Synthetic Drug-Related Patient Portal Messages study". The dataset contains synthetic patient portal messages on drug related problems. The messages were generated using prompt engineering based on the taxonomy of patient-generated messages from the patient portal. This dataset aims to provide researchers with access to drug-related patient portal synthetic messages.
The dataset contains 450 generated messages, which can be categorized into 2 groups. The first group was generated from all prompt options, derived from the taxonomy, with no specific race of the patient (200 messages). The second group was generated using subset of prompt options with specific race information. This group contains 50 messages for each race, including White, American Indian or Alaska Native, Black or African American, Asian, and Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander (total 250 messages). All the messages are accompanied by prompt used for generating the message, taxonomy group, medication name, race, and urgency level. <p
Data associated with the publication: Long-term training alters response dynamics in the aging auditory cortex.
In vivo 2-photon imaging data of GCaMP6s expressed in layer 2/3 of the mouse primary auditory cortex. Tones were presented against a background of white noise. This was done in both trained and passively exposed mice. Behavioral training data from trained mice is also included
Data and software associated with the publication: Control and recalibration of path integration in place cells using optic flow
This repository includes the dataset and code used in the study of the influence of optic flow on rodent hippocampal place cells and in recalibrating the path integrator. The dataset contains post-processed CA1 place cell electrophysiology data, animal behavior data, and experiment control and sensor data recorded from 5 Long-Evans rats as they ran laps in the Dome VR apparatus. The experiment manipulation is described in the publication "Control and recalibration of path integration in place cells using optic flow”
PMA Nigeria (Kano, Lagos) Phase 1 Household and Female Survey (2020)
PMA Nigeria (Kano & Lagos) Phase 1 Household and Female Survey (HQFQ) includes a total of 77 clusters of enumeration areas (EAs) from Kano and Lagos. The EAs were drawn using the stratified cluster design with urban-rural strata from the National Population Commission’s master sampling frame. In each cluster of EAs, households and private health facilities were listed and mapped. Each cluster of EAs serves as the primary sampling unit from which 35 households and up to 3 private health facilities were randomly selected. Public facilities were included if a selected EA fell within the catchment area. The results are state-level representative. The final sample included 857 (98.0%) households and 1122 (99.5%) de facto women in Kano, and 1619 (88.9%) households and 1469 (96.6%) de facto women in Lagos which completed the interview. Data collection was conducted between December 2019 and January 2020. PMA2020 Burkina Faso Round 1 Household & Female Survey (2015)
Burkina Round 1 Household and Female (HQFQ) survey used a two-stage cluster design with urban and rural strata. A sample of 53 enumeration areas (EAs) was drawn from the INSD master sampling frame. Each EA was listed and mapped; 35 households were randomly selected. Occupants in selected households were enumerated and eligible females of reproductive age (15-49) were contacted and consented for interview. Data collection was conducted between November 2014 and December 2014. The completed sample included 1,760 completed household interviews and 2,094 female interviews. More information about this dataset can be found in the corresponding codebook, accessible at https://doi.org/10.34976/b88s-zx32</a
PMA India (Rajasthan) Phase 2 Household and Female Survey (2021)
PMA India (Rajasthan) Phase 2 (IN-RJP2) Household and Female Baseline Survey includes 134 enumeration areas (EAs) selected using a multi-stage stratified cluster design with urban-rural strata. The results representative at the state level and within urban/rural strata. The final sample included 4,421 (98.2%) households and 5,428 (97.9%) females which completed the interviews for the cross-sectional survey. Data collection was conducted between September and December 2021.Phase 2 panel data was conducted among females aged 15-49 at the time of the Phase 2 survey who were interviewed at the baseline survey between August-October 2020 and consented to follow-up (92.7% of baseline population). Of the 5071 eligible respondents, 8.9% were not reached for follow-up. Of those reached, 4544 (89.6%) completed the survey, for a response rate of 98.4% among contacted women. PMA2020 Democratic Republic of Congo (Kinshasa, Kongo Central) Round 7 Household & Female Survey (2018)
Democratic Republic of Congo (Kinshasa) Round 7 Household and Female survey (HQFQ) used a two-stage cluster design to draw a sample of 58 enumeration areas (EA) representative for the city of Kinshasa, using selection probabilities proportional to EA size. Sampling and listing of households occurred prior to the start of data collection. For each EA, 33 households were randomly selected, and all women of reproductive age (ages 15-49) within each selected household were contacted and consented to be interviewed. A total of 1,854 households, and 2,597 females were interviewed. Data collection was conducted between October and November 2018.Democratic Republic of Congo (Kongo Central) Round 7 Household and Female survey (HQFQ) used a two-stage cluster design to draw a sample of 52 enumeration areas (EA) representative for the city of Kongo Central, using selection probabilities proportional to EA size. Sampling and listing of households occurred prior to the start of data collection. For each EA, 33 households were randomly selected, and all women of reproductive age (ages 15-49) within each selected household were contacted and consented to be interviewed. A total of 1,682 households, and 1,751 females were interviewed. Data collection was conducted between October and November 2018.
