No full textThe present contribution has a didactic aim, especially with regard to the operators of the lower ecclesiastical courts, with regard to the singular dynamics of the drafting of the sentence concluding the canonical processes in declaration of nullity of the marriage. The argument may seem repetitive because of the details of the legislation in force concerning it (c. 1612 and art. 252 of the Dignitas connubii). Yet one must be aware of one’s complexities and many delicateness in one’s practical phases. The important thing is that this article in the field is presented as a working tool, allowing one to grasp not only the utility and relevance of all the rites performed in the material conception of the act, but also the proper technics, used to adjust these to one another, starting from the rational dynamics that support it to the conclusive administrative obligations they entail. In the sentence declaring the nullity of the canonical marriage in fact, the requirements of the procedures are at the service of the pastoral scope of the act. This is why it requires greater dexterity in terms of editorial know-how.La présente contribution a une visée didactique, surtout à l’égard des opérateurs des tribunaux ecclésiastiquesinférieurs, en ce qui concerne les dynamiques singulières de la rédaction de la sentence concluant les procès canoniques en déclaration de nullité du mariage. L’argument pourrait sembler répétitif à cause des précisions du c. 1612, CIC et art. 252 de la Dignitas connubii. Pourtant force est de reconnaître ses nombreuses subtilités dans ses phases pratiques. L’important est que cet article s’offre comme un instrument de travail, permettant de saisir non seulement l’utilité et la pertinence des rites exécutés dans la conception matérielle de l’acte, mais aussi les techniques employées pour ajuster ceux-ci les uns aux autres, en partant des dynamiques rationnelles qui la soutiennent aux obligations administratives conclusives qu’elles comportent. Dans la sentence déclarant la nullité du mariage canonique en effet, les exigences des procédures sont au service de la portée pastorale de l’acte. C’est la raison pour laquelle elle requiert une plus grande dextérité en termes de savoir-faire rédactionnel
