Dos espaços da rapidez aos espaços da lentidão postal:: os limites da logística dos correios no Rio de Janeiro
No full textThe present paper aimed to demonstrate the different times of postal circulation express in a portion of the brazilian territory, the state of Rio de Janeiro. In order to do so, the territorial performance of the Brazilian Post and Telegraph Company (ECT), the Correios, was analyzed based on one of the postal services offered by it, SEDEX (Express Parcel Service). Comparing the different deadlines available for the delivery of express postal correspondence in the municipalities of Rio de Janeiro, it was possible to identify the existence of postal “spaces of speed” and “spaces of slowness” in the state. In addition, even the capital of Rio de Janeiro presents itself, in general, as a space readily served by express postal services - especially at a time when the E-commerce modality (Electronic Commerce) is growing in the country – it was also found that the urbanization process imposes limits on the activities of the Post Office, constituting an obstacle to the operation of express postal services in numerous places within the city of Rio de Janeiro.O presente artigo tem como objetivo demonstrar os diferentes tempos da circulação de cargas postais expressas numa porção do território brasileiro, o estado do Rio de Janeiro. Para tanto, analisou-se a atuação territorial da Empresa Brasileira de Correios e Telégrafos (ECT), os Correios, a partir de um dos serviços postais por ela oferecido, o SEDEX (Serviço de Encomenda Expressa). Comparando-se os diferentes prazos disponibilizados para a entrega de correspondências postais expressas nos municípios fluminenses, foi possível identificar a existência de “espaços da rapidez” e “espaços da lentidão” postal no estado. Além disso, mesmo a capital fluminense apresentando-se, de maneira geral, como um espaço prontamente atendido pelos serviços postais expressos – sobretudo num momento onde a modalidade do comércio eletrônico se expande no país – constatou-se também que o processo de urbanização impõe limites para a atuação dos Correios, constituindo obstáculos para a operação dos serviços postais expressos em inúmeros lugares dentro da cidade do Rio de Janeiro
The COLONIAL SCHOOL GEOGRAPHY IN MOZAMBIQUE
No full textThis text is framed within the history of school subjects within the field of the history of education and seeks to answer two fundamental questions. What is the genesis of school geography in Mozambique? For what purposes was geography introduced into schools? Therefore, studying the history of school geography allows us to understand not only the period in which this subject was introduced into primary and secondary education, but also its function within schools. The period of study is the Estado Novo (New State), between 1926 and 1974. To answer the questions posed here, geography syllabi, three geography textbooks, and official documents consisting of regulations and decrees on teaching from the period under analysis were analyzed. The results demonstrate that school geography was introduced with the establishment of schools during the colonial period in Mozambique, serving the colonial state.Este texto enquadra-se na história das disciplinas escolares inseridas no campo da história da educação e procura responder a duas questões fundamentais. Qual é a génese da geografia escolar em Moçambique? Com que finalidades a geografia foi introduzida na escola? Portanto, estudar a história da geografia escolar permite compreender, não só o período no qual esta disciplina foi implantada no ensino primário e secundário, mas também a função desta disciplina na escola. O período do estudo é o Estado novo, entre 1926 e 1974. De modo a responder as perguntas aqui colocadas foram analisados, programas de ensino de geografia, três compêndios de geografia, documentos oficiais constituídos por regulamentos e decretos sobre o ensino, do período em análise. Os resultados demonstram que a geografia escolar foi introduzida com a implantação da escola no período colonial em Moçambique, ao serviço do Estado colonial
AN INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACH TO THE LITERARY WORK A ÁRVORE, BY BARTOLOMEU CAMPOS DE QUEIRÓS: READING AND TEXTUAL PRODUCTION
No full textThis research is based on the principle that reading and writing are responsibilities shared by all areas of knowledge (Neves et al., 2001) and proposes a reflection on the subjects involved in the training of readers and the promotion of reading and textual production in schools. The first part discusses the ideas of Guedes and Souza (2001), who argue that reading and writing practices should be taken on by the school as a whole, and not just by the Portuguese language teacher. Next, the study presents a proposal for the interdisciplinary application of these precepts to the literary work A árvore, by Bartolomeu Campos de Queirós, aimed at basic education. Based on the contributions of Camara (2012), the study reinforces the importance of consolidating reading and writing as essential practices in all subjects, highlighting the difficulties students have in understanding texts in a meaningful way. Also inspired by Paulo Freire (1989), especially in A importância do ato de ler, the study concludes that schools and teachers play a fundamental role in training critical and sensitive readers. It is therefore argued that all teachers should be active readers, capable of interpreting texts in depth, establishing intertextual connections, and contributing to the construction of a reading that allows for the rewriting of the world.

A árvore.A presente pesquisa parte do princípio de que ensinar a ler e a escrever é uma responsabilidade compartilhada por todas as áreas do conhecimento (Neves et al., 2001), propondo uma reflexão sobre os sujeitos envolvidos na formação de leitores e na promoção da leitura e da produção textual na escola. Na primeira parte, são discutidas as ideias de Guedes e Souza (2001), que defendem que as práticas de leitura e escrita devem ser assumidas pela instituição escolar como um todo, não apenas pelo professor de Língua Portuguesa. Em seguida, o estudo apresenta uma proposta, voltada para a Educação Básica, de aplicação interdisciplinar desses preceitos à obra literária A árvore, de Bartolomeu Campos de Queirós. A partir das contribuições de Camara (2012), o trabalho reforça a importância de consolidar a leitura e a escrita como práticas essenciais em todas as disciplinas, destacando as dificuldades dos alunos em compreender textos de forma significativa. Inspirado também por Paulo Freire (1989), especialmente em A importância do ato de ler, o estudo conclui que a escola e os professores têm papel fundamental na formação de leitores críticos e sensíveis. Defende-se, portanto, que todos os docentes sejam leitores ativos, capazes de interpretar profundamente os textos, de estabelecer conexões intertextuais, dessa forma, contribuindo para a construção de uma leitura que permita a reescrita do mundo
PEDAGOGIA ANTIRRACISTA E LETRAMENTO LITERÁRIO: A CONSTRUÇÃO DA IDENTIDADE NEGRA ATRAVÉS DE MEU CRESPO É DE RAINHA
No full textThe article reports on an action-research project conducted in a public school in São Gonçalo, focused on using literary and multimodal literacy, with an emphasis on anti-racist and decolonial practices, to strengthen the identity of Black children in the Elementary School I segment. Theoretically grounded in the works of Rildo Cosson (2006) , Paulo Freire (1996), bell hooks (2013), and Bárbara Carine (2023), the project sought to go beyond text decoding, transforming reading into a tool for critical emancipation. The central intervention, which used the book Meu Crespo é de rainha (2018) and the production of crowned self-portraits with digital filters, showed remarkable results, such as the reconstruction of students' self-esteem, who began to see their features and kinky/afro hair as symbols of beauty and pride, and the development of a critical sense of diversity. The conclusion reinforces the importance of literature, when articulated with an anti-racist pedagogy, for the formation of more critical and sensitive readers and for the construction of free and valued identities.O artigo relata um projeto de pesquisa-ação conduzido em uma escola pública em São Gonçalo, focado em utilizar o letramento literário e multimodal, com ênfase em práticas antirracistas e decoloniais, para o fortalecimento da identidade de crianças negras do Ensino Fundamental I. Baseado teoricamente em Rildo Cosson (2006), Paulo Freire (1996), bell hooks (2013) e Bárbara Carine (2023), o projeto buscou ir além da decodificação de textos, transformando a leitura em uma ferramenta de emancipação crítica. A intervenção central, que utilizou o livro Meu Crespo é de Rainha (2018) e a produção de autorretratos coroados com filtros digitais, evidenciou resultados notáveis, como a reconstrução da autoestima dos alunos, que passaram a enxergar seus traços e cabelos crespos como símbolos de beleza e orgulho, e o desenvolvimento de um senso crítico sobre a diversidade. A conclusão reforça a importância da literatura articulada a uma pedagogia antirracista para a formação de leitores mais críticos, sensíveis e para a construção de identidades livres e valorizadas. 
Epistemology of Psychology: Is Psychology a Science? What Are Its Limits in Legal Psychology?
No full textA number of psychologists find themselves in the situation of having to explain concepts at any faculty meeting. These bases are considered essential but, obviously, all their colleagues do not have them at their disposal. This is precisely the objective of this work. Based on my training in excellence as a Psychologist at the University of Granada, this text is used to synthesize the essential foundations of the Philosophy of Science that were transmitted to me. Likewise, a parallelism is made with Psychology in which it is substantiated how this discipline synchronizes with these foundations, highlighting the significance of the status of Psychology as a Science in the legal field. This synthesis could contribute to the teaching of future Psychology students with the excellence that should be demanded in the discipline. We will review here both the foundations and clear examples of application of the scientific method for obtaining epistemological knowledge in Psychology. The text will help new Psychology students to understand and be able to better support their discipline, be aware of its status and prevent professional negligence in Legal Psychology.Por desgracia, actualmente, ciertos psicólogos nos encontramos en la situación de tener que explicar en cualquier reunión de claustro conceptos que se consideran básicos pero de los que, evidentemente, todos sus compañeros no disponen. Éste es precisamente el objetivo de este trabajo. Basándome en los aprendizajes de mi formación en excelencia como Psicólogo en la Universidad de Granada, en este texto se aprovecha para sintetizar los fundamentos esenciales de la Filosofía de la Ciencia que me fueron transmitidos. Igualmente, se realiza un paralelismo con la Psicología en el que se pone de manifiesto cómo esta disciplina se articula para sincronizarse con estos fundamentos; marcando la trascendencia del status de la Psicología como Ciencia en el ámbito jurídico. Esta síntesis podría aportar a la enseñanza de futuros alumnos con la excelencia que le es propia a la disciplina. Repasaremos aquí tanto los fundamentos como ejemplos claros de aplicación del método científico para la obtención de conocimiento epistemológico en Psicología. El texto ayudará a los nuevos estudiantes de Psicología a entender y poder defender mejor su disciplina, ser conscientes del estatus de la misma y prevenir la negligencia profesional en la Psicología jurídica
The bike lanes in the city of Buenos Aires. Tensions between planned and unplanned uses of urban space (2009–2018)
No full textThis article examines the gaps, conflicts, and tensions that arise between public spaces planned “on paper”, public spaces “as they actually exist”, and the concrete uses of those spaces. It does so through the study of the bike lane public policy implemented in the City of Buenos Aires since 2009 as part of the dynamics of space production. The working hypothesis is that such policies influence the configuration, restructuring, and transformation of urban public spaces, while also imposing new urban rules that are internalized by pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers. These rules aim to normalize and regulate the use of public space. What urban transformations do bike lanes generate, and how do they impact street use? What kinds of conflicts emerge between urban spaces planned for bicycle circulation and the uses and itineraries of city inhabitants? Is it possible to view this type of policy as part of a sustainable urban mobility strategy within a framework of structural transportation planning—and, by extension, city planning? The fieldwork was conducted between 2010 and 2018 as part of a research project funded by the University of Buenos Aires. It involved analyzing interviews with city residents living in neighborhoods where bike lanes were implemented and conducting observations in those neighborhoods.Este artículo analiza las distancias, los conflictos y las tensiones que aparecen entre los espacios públicos planificados “en el papel”, los espacios públicos “realmente existentes” y los usos concretos de esos espacios a partir del estudio de la política pública de ciclovías implementada en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires desde 2009 como parte de las dinámicas de producción del espacio. La hipótesis de trabajo es que este tipo de políticas inciden tanto en la configuración, reestructuración y transformación del espacio urbano de uso público como en la imposición de nuevas reglas del juego urbano que son internalizadas por peatones, ciclistas y automovilistas, y que intentan normalizar y regular el uso del espacio público. ¿Cuáles son las transformaciones urbanas que generan las ciclovías y de qué modo impactan en los usos de la calle? ¿Qué tipo de conflictos aparecen entre los espacios urbanos planificados para la circulación de bicicletas y los usos e itinerarios urbanos de los usuarios de la ciudad? ¿Es posible considerar este tipo de políticas como parte de una política de movilidad urbana sostenible en el marco de una planificación estructural del transporte y, con ello, de la ciudad? El trabajo de campo fue realizado entre 2010 y 2018 en el marco de un proyecto de investigación financiado por la Universidad de Buenos Aires y consistió en el análisis de entrevistas a residentes de la ciudad que habitan en barrios donde se implementaron las ciclovías, y observaciones en esos barrios

No full textEste artículo presenta un recorte de investigación realizado en el Programa de Posgrado en Psicosociología de Comunidades y Ecología Social de la Universidad Federal de Río de Janeiro (UFRJ), cuyo objetivo es reflexionar sobre las relaciones entre género y sexualidad en el contexto escolar de la juventud periférica urbana, utilizando el Teatro del Oprimido como herramienta pedagógica para una educación decolonial. Los talleres se llevaron a cabo en una escuela pública de educación secundaria en Río de Janeiro. La metodología consistió en aplicar prácticas corporales y dramatizaciones para abordar las opresiones que los estudiantes experimentan en su vida cotidiana, con un enfoque en las problemáticas que afectan a la población LGBTI+. Los resultados indican la creación de un espacio de escucha, apoyo y compartición colectiva, promoviendo el desarrollo de estrategias críticas para enfrentar las opresiones interseccionales. La conclusión es que el uso del Teatro del Oprimido, como herramienta pedagógica, fortaleció la educación antirracista y decolonial, fomentando reflexiones colectivas sobre el género, la sexualidad y sus implicaciones en el entorno escolar.Este artigo apresenta um recorte de pesquisa de mestrado desenvolvida no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Psicossociologia de Comunidades e Ecologia Social da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). O objetivo é refletir sobre as relações de gênero e sexualidade no contexto escolar de juventudes urbanas periféricas, utilizando o Teatro do Oprimido como ferramenta pedagógica para uma educação decolonial. As oficinas foram realizadas em uma escola pública de ensino médio no Rio de Janeiro. A metodologia consistiu na aplicação de práticas corporais e dramatizações para a problematização das opressões vivenciadas cotidianamente pelos estudantes, com ênfase nas experiências da população LGBTI+. Os resultados apontam para a criação de um espaço de escuta, acolhimento e partilha, favorecendo a articulação de estratégias críticas de enfrentamento às opressões interseccionais. Conclui-se que a utilização do Teatro do Oprimido, enquanto ferramenta pedagógica, possibilitou o fortalecimento de uma educação antirracista e decolonial, promovendo reflexões coletivas sobre gênero, sexualidade e suas implicações no ambiente escolar.This article presents an excerpt from a research conducted within the Postgraduate Program in Psychosociology of Communities and Social Ecology at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). The aim is to reflect on the relationships between gender and sexuality in the school context among urban peripheral youth, using Theatre of the Oppressed as a pedagogical tool for decolonial education. The workshops were held in a public high school in Rio de Janeiro. The methodology involved the application of bodily practices and dramatizations to address the oppressions experienced by students in their daily lives, with a focus on issues affecting the LGBTI+ population. The results indicate the creation of a space for listening, support, and collective sharing, promoting the development of critical strategies for confronting intersectional oppressions. The conclusion is that the use of Theatre of the Oppressed, as a pedagogical tool, strengthens anti-racist and decolonial education, fostering collective reflections on gender, sexuality, and their implications in the school environment
Análise crítica das regras fiscais tendentes a garantir a sustentabilidade da dívida subsoberana na Argentina: O caso Córdoba 2016-2020

En 2016, Córdoba se convirtió en la segunda ciudad de Sudamérica en emitir un bono en el mercado internacional de capitales. Pese a haber cumplido con los requisitos previstos en el ordenamiento jurídico argentino para tal emisión, su deuda se tornó insustentable y debió ser reestructurada en 2020. No se trató de un caso aislado, sino semejante al de otras 12 provincias argentinas. El artículo efectúa un análisis crítico de las salvaguardas previstas en dicho ordenamiento para evitar ciclos de sobreendeudamiento a la luz de la dinámica de la deuda externa de Córdoba 2016-2020. Exhibe que las salvaguardas previstas no activaron ninguna alarma que pudiese alertar de los riesgos de default existentes. Se argumenta que este resultado hunde sus raíces en la propia concepción fiscalista del endeudamiento sobre la que estas salvaguardas se asientan, que, entre otras cuestiones, invisibiliza la naturaleza, costos y riesgos diferenciales de las deudas internas y externas, impidiendo desde allí diagnosticar y planificar soluciones adecuadas para prevenir o solucionar situaciones de insustentabilidad.https://doi.org/10.1590/2179-8966/2026/89807
Em 2016, Córdoba se converteu na segunda cidade da América do Sul a emitir um título no mercado internacional de capitais. Apesar de haver cumprido com os requisitos previstos no ordenamento jurídico argentino para tal emissão, sua dívida tornou-se insustentável e teve que ser reestruturada em 2020. Este não foi um caso isolado, mas semelhante ao de outras 12 províncias argentinas. O artigo analisa criticamente as salvaguardas previstas no referido ordenamento para evitar ciclos de sobreendividamento à luz da dinâmica da dívida externa de Córdoba 2016-2020. El trabalho exibe que as salvaguardas em vigor não ativaram nenhum alarme que pudesse alertar sobre os riscos de insustentabilidade existentes. Argumenta-se que esse resultado está enraizado na concepção fiscalista do endividamento em que essas salvaguardas se baseiam, que, entre outras coisas, invisibiliza a natureza, custos e riscos diferenciais das dívidas internas e externas, impedindo, a partir daí, diagnosticar e planear soluções adequadas para prevenir ou resolver situações de insustentabilidade.https://doi.org/10.1590/2179-8966/2026/89807
In 2016, Córdoba became the second city of South America in issuing a bond on the international capital market. Despite Córdoba have complied with the legal requirements for such an issue, its debt became unsustainable and had to be restructured in 2020. This was not an isolated case, but similar to that of other 12 Argentinean provinces. The article critically analyzes the safeguards provided in the Argentinean legal system for avoiding over-indebtedness processes in light of the dynamics of Córdoba's external debt 2016-2020. It shows that the safeguards in force did not activate any alarm that could alert of the existing default risks. The paper argues that this result is rooted in the fiscalist conception of the indebtedness upon which these safeguards are based, which, among other things, makes invisible the differential nature, costs and risks of internal and external debts, avoiding, from there, to diagnosis and planner adequate solutions to prevent or solve unsustainable events
A palavra da vítima e os discursos controladores do campo jurídico penal: entre a hipótese da confiança e a tese da desconfiança

O presente artigo discute os discursos jurídicos sobre os modos pelos quais a “palavra da vítima”, ou seja, a prova testemunhal de uma vítima, é abordada em processos criminais. A partir do diálogo com a bibliografia, o artigo à pergunta: o que o discurso dos juristas sobre “palavra da vítima” nos fala sobre as disputas do campo jurídico? Argumento que o discurso do campo apresenta uma falsa dicotomia: de um lado, a hipótese de excessiva confiança nas palavras de vítimas do processo penal, organizada por percepções de experiência de profissionais e pela discussão dogmática sobre direitos e garantias no processo; de outro, uma tese de desconfiança estrutural do sistema de justiça criminal na palavra de vítimas mulheres, defendida a partir de acúmulos empíricos do campo de pesquisas com enfoque de gênero. Na sequência, entendo que ambas as teses agregam em contribuições para o campo, mas têm insuficiências derivadas do tipo de produção e do contexto de cada uma. Proponho que o avanço na discussão sobre o tema pode se beneficiar de dois reposicionamentos epistemológicos. Primeiro, que por meio da pesquisa empírica sejam mapeados os déficits de investigação dos processos e as dinâmicas contemporâneas de produção, registro e apropriação decisória da prova testemunhal de vítimas. This article discusses legal discourses on how the "victim's testimony," that is, the witness evidence provided by a victim, is addressed in criminal proceedings. Engaging with the existing literature, the article focuses on the question: what do legal scholars' discourses on the "victim's testimony" reveal about disputes within the legal field? I argue that the field's discourse presents a false dichotomy: on one side, the hypothesis of excessive trust in victims' testimonies in criminal proceedings, shaped by professional experience perceptions and dogmatic discussions on procedural rights and guarantees; on the other, a thesis of structural distrust by the criminal justice system toward female victims' testimonies, defended based on empirical research in the field of gender-focused studies. I contend that both theses contribute to the debate, yet each has limitations stemming from its type of production and specific context. I propose that advancing discussions on this topic can benefit from two epistemological repositionings. First, empirical research should be used to map investigative deficits in legal proceedings and contemporary dynamics of production, recording, and decision-making regarding victims' witness testimonies. Second, a reconceptualization of the research object regarding the victim's testimony is needed, moving beyond a discussion exclusively centered on gender-based crimes
“De que adianta escrever certo se a gente nem sabe se chegou ao destino?”: cartas, afeto e política na vida de mulheres trans e travestis encarceradas em Florianópolis/SC.

Based on an ethnographic study conducted with transgender women and travestis whowere serving time in Penitenciária Masculina de Florianópolis, in Santa Catarina, this workaims to reflect on how records, particularly letters and documents, fit into the routines ofthese individuals whose movements are tied to the prison institution. In this sense, weintend to examine the different representations expressed in these written recordsproduced by the research participants. During the fieldwork carried out by one of theauthors, it was possible to observe the fundamental role that letters played in the dailylives of the participants and to analyze their contents, which express bonds of affectionand material demands related to their legal processes, connecting from within the prison and creating networks of contact among the participants, family members, andresearchers. At the same time, the letters do not escape the control exercised by theState, through the reading of what was written by prison officers, under the justificationthat such records could contain information that might jeopardize the State’s control overthe movement of these incarcerated individuals. Finally, the study seeks to highlight thespecificities created by the State of Santa Catarina in the realm of Public Security andprison investment, which does not extend to travesti and transgender women. Thus, inthis article, we will reflect on the relationship between the writing and circulation ofletters produced by incarcerated transgender women and travestis, considering thecontrols to which they are subjected and the communication methods they employ.https://doi.org/10.1590/2179-8966/2026/93679
A partir de uma pesquisa etnográfica realizada com mulheres trans e travestis que cumpriam pena na Penitenciária Masculina de Florianópolis, em Santa Catarina, este trabalho tem por objetivo refletir sobre como registros, em especial cartas e documentos, se articulam nas rotinas dessas pessoas cuja circulações estão vinculadas à instituição prisional. Neste sentido, pretendemos refletir as diferentes representações expressas nesses registros escritos produzidos pelas interlocutoras desta pesquisa. Durante o trabalho de campo realizado por uma das autoras, foi possível observar o papel fundamental que cartas exerciam no cotidiano vivenciado pelas interlocutoras e analisar seus conteúdos que expressam vínculos de afeto e demandas materiais relativas a seus processos judiciais, que conectam desde a prisão produzindo redes de contato entre interlocutores, familiares e pesquisadores. Ao mesmo tempo, as cartas não escapam do controle promovido pelo Estado, através da leitura feita pelos agentes policiais penais daquilo que foi escrito, sob a justificativa de que tais registros poderiam conter informações que colocassem sob risco o domínio estatal sobre a circulação dessas pessoas presas. Por fim, o trabalho busca apresentar as especificidades produzidas pelo Estado de Santa Catarina no âmbito da Segurança Pública e do investimento prisional, o qual não alcança mulheres travestis e transexuais. Dessa forma, neste artigo iremos refletir acerca da relação entre escrita e circulação de cartas produzidas por mulheres trans e travestis presas, considerando os controles a quais estão submetidas e os modos de comunicação por elas acionados.
