    [[abstract]]  本研究之目的係探討工作壓力、情緒耗竭、領導風格與離職傾向關係之研究。以台灣現役國軍人員為研究對象,並採用非隨機的便利抽樣法的方式進行問卷調查,共發出338份,回收338份,有效問卷為338份,有效問卷回收率100%。所得結論如下:(1)工作壓力對離職傾向具有顯著正向影響;(2)情緒耗竭對離職傾向具有顯著正向影響;(3)情緒耗竭在工作壓力與離職傾向之間具有部份中介效果;(4)轉換型領導風格會對人員工作壓力與離職傾向產生干擾影響;(5)交易型領導風格會對人員工作壓力與離職傾向產生干擾影響;(6)領導風格不會對人員情緒耗竭與離職傾向產生干擾影響。[[abstract]]  The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between Job Stress, Emotional Exhaustion, Leadership Style of superiors, and Turnover Intention in clubs. The study focuses on current and former military personnel in Taiwan and adopts a non-random convenient sampling method for questionnaire surveys. A total of 338 questionnaires were distributed and collected, with 338 valid responses, resulting in a 100% response rate. The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) Job Stress has a significant positive impact on Turnover Intention; (2) Emotional Exhaustion has a significant positive impact on Turnover Intention; (3) Emotional Exhaustion partially mediates the relationship between Job Stress and Turnover Intention; (4) Transformational executive Leadership Style interferes with the relationship between personnel Job Stress and Turnover Intention; (5) Transformational executive Leadership Style interferes with the relationship between personnel Job Stress and Turnover Intention; (6) Leadership Style does not interferes with the relationship between personnel Emotional Exhaustion and Turnover Intention

    [[abstract]]  本研究透過旅遊從業者獨特的角度探討了遊客對柬埔寨的旅遊意圖。隨著柬埔寨在全球旅遊格局中崭露頭角,了解影響遊客旅遊意圖的因素對於可持續的旅遊發展至關重要。現有文獻主要聚焦於遊客的觀點,而本研究則借鑑旅遊服務專業人士的見解,從塑造遊客體驗和促進其旅程的角度進行了新的探索。  本研究採用質性研究方法,通過與柬埔寨旅遊業內遊覽業者進行深入訪談,包括旅行社、旅行代理和導遊等。利用主題和內容分析技術提取和分析了這些業者提供的豐富見解。  研究發現,影響遊客對柬埔寨旅遊意圖的因素包括文化遺產、自然景點、價格可負擔性、安全感知和推廣工作等多方面因素。此外,旅遊服務從業者的角色在塑造遊客感知和體驗方面至關重要,通過個性化服務、目的地管理和信息傳播等方式。這些見解、經驗和觀察為制定有針對性的策略奠定了基礎,旨在提升柬埔寨作為旅遊目的地的吸引力並改善遊客的整體旅行體驗。[[abstract]]  This study investigates tourists’ travel intentions towards Cambodia through the unique perspective of tourism practitioners. With Cambodia emerging as a prominent destination in the global tourism landscape, understanding the factors influencing tourists’ travel intentions is critical for sustainable tourism development. While existing literature has predominantly focused on tourists' perspectives, Drawing upon insights from travel service professionals, this study provides a novel exploration from the viewpoint of travel service practitioners who play a pivotal role in shaping tourists’ experiences and facilitating their journeys.  Employing a qualitative research approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with a diverse range of travel service practitioners, including tour operators, travel agents, and tour guides, operating within Cambodia's tourism sector. Thematic and content analysis techniques were utilized to extract and analyze the rich insights provided by the practitioners.  Findings suggest that tourists' travel intentions towards Cambodia are influenced by a multitude of factors, including cultural heritage, natural attractions, affordability, safety perceptions, and promotional efforts. Additionally, the role of travel service practitioners is highlighted as essential in providing personalized services, managing destinations effectively, and disseminating valuable information. These insights, experiences, and observations provide a foundation for developing targeted strategies to enhance Cambodia's appeal as a tourist destination and improve the overall travel experience for visitors

    [[abstract]]  本研究先以文字探勘法分析網路文章和評論,瞭解遊客至嘉義旅遊的旅遊意象及旅遊體驗,再以Python程式來設計研究過程統計出關鍵詞,接著進行詞頻、共詞與多元尺度分析,並繪出圖像化的意象定位圖,最後以量化數據和意象定位圖來探討遊客到嘉義旅遊的旅遊意象與體驗價值。  研究結果發現:(1)大多遊客到嘉義遊玩的旅遊意象還是傾向於半日遊或一日遊,但阿里山、奮起湖及梅山太平等景點,遊客會單獨安排二日或一日遊行程,較少與其他半日遊景點共同安排在同一行程。(2)最受遊客喜愛的嘉義小吃是雞肉飯,受遊客喜愛的嘉義伴手禮有咖啡、方塊酥、茶葉、鳳梨酥,這些都是吸引遊客到訪及再訪嘉義的體驗價值。(3)到嘉義旅遊大多以開車為主,停車問題也會影響旅遊意象及體驗價值。(4)大多來嘉義旅遊都是半日或一日遊,「免費」是吸引遊客到嘉義旅遊的主要原因之一,故市區的城市小旅行及參訪觀光工廠成為嘉義旅遊的熱門行程。  根據上述研究結果,建議(1)多規劃深度旅遊,加上特色夜間活動,提高過夜率。(2)政府機關應該促進觀光地點連動發展及規劃停車位,形塑良好旅遊意象,帶來正向體驗價值。[[abstract]]  In this study, we first analyzed online articles and reviews by text mining method to understand tourists' travel imagery and travel experience when they visited Chiayi, then we used Python program to design the research process to statistically identify the keywords, then we conducted word frequency, co-occurrence, and multivariate scaling analyses, and drew graphical imagery positioning maps, and finally we used quantitative data and imagery positioning maps to explore the value of tourists' travel imagery and experience when they visited Chiayi.  The results of the study revealed that: (1) Most tourists' travel imagery when visiting Chiayi is still inclined to half-day or one-day tours, but for attractions such as Alishan, Fenqihu, and Meishan Taiping, tourists would arrange two-day or one-day tours alone, and seldom arrange the same itinerary together with other half-day tour attractions. (2) The most popular Chiayi snacks among tourists are chicken rice, and the most popular Chiayi souvenirs among tourists are coffee, square cakes, tea leaves, and pineapple cakes, all of which are the experiential values that attract tourists to visit and revisit Chiayi. (3) Most of the visitors to Chiayi drive, and the parking problem also affects the image and experience of traveling. (4) Most of the visitors to Chiayi are half-day or one-day tourists, and "free" is one of the main reasons for attracting tourists to Chiayi. Therefore, city tours in the urban area and visits to tourist factories have become popular itineraries for Chiayi tourists.  Based on the above findings, it is suggested that (1) more in-depth tours should be planned, together with special night activities, to increase the rate of overnight stays. (2) Governmental agencies should promote the development of tourist destinations and plan for parking spaces, so as to create a good image of tourism and bring positive experience value

    [[abstract]]  本研究旨在透過斷詞處理,分析網路文章內容,來瞭解旅客對嘉義美食的意象與體驗價值。蒐集網路上的部落文及影音媒體,採文字探勘法透過斷詞處理,擷取出文章內容中的關鍵詞語,再以頻率分析、共詞分析及多元尺度分析,繪出圖像化的意象定位圖。最後,以客觀的量化數據來探討旅客們到訪嘉義後,對當地美食與料理的意象、感受及體驗價值。  從研究結果中可以發現:(1)旅客到嘉義旅遊時,經常優先選擇較具知名度的美食,其中以火雞肉飯被提及到的次數最多。(2)旅客常使用正向文字來描述對當地美食與料理的感受。  建議相關單位對於嘉義美食與旅遊景點的推行能擬定更多元的計畫,將店家與周邊觀光資源做整合,以增加嘉義在臺灣的能見度。[[abstract]]  This study aims to analyze the content of online articles through word segmentation processing to understand tourists’ image and experience value of Chiayi food. Collect 200 blog articles on the Internet, use text mining method through word segmentation processing to extract key words in the article content, and then use frequency analysis, co-word analysis and multi-scale analysis to draw a graphic image positioning map. Finally, objective quantitative data is used to explore tourists’ images, feelings and experiential value of local food and cuisine after visiting Chiayi.  From the research results, it can be found that: (1) When traveling to Chiayi, tourists often give priority to the more famous food, among which turkey rice is mentioned the most. (2) Travelers often use positive words to describe their feelings about local food and cuisine.  It is recommended that relevant units develop more diversified plans for the promotion of Chiayi's food and tourist attractions, and integrate stores with surrounding tourism resources to increase Chiayi's visibility in Taiwan

    [[abstract]]  潛艦國造是多年來持續推動的重大國防政策項目,2023年9月28日首艦海鯤號終於公開亮相,將初步成果展示在國人面前。不過在此同時,卻也牽扯出立委監督預算時的洩密疑雲,與前後任參謀總長之間的恩怨。究竟潛艦國造是否是正確政策呢?潛艦在可能的戰爭中能扮演什麼角色?加強國防當然沒有錯,但有什麼理由一定要用潛艦國造來加強國防呢?是否其實有更好的選擇呢?對此,本文主張,大部份民眾其實並不瞭解國防事務,也不清楚潛艦國造究竟有何利弊得失。需要提更多供資訊,才能讓民眾明暸,加強國防其實有更好的辦法。至於始終堅支持潛艦國造者,除了與個人利益直接相關,則應有其特定鮮明的政治意識形態。對此,本文將以網路問卷調查加以驗證。[[abstract]]  The domestic production of submarines is a major national defense policy project that has been continuously promoted for many years. On September 28, 2023, the first ship Haikun finally made its public debut, displaying the initial results . However, at the same time, submarine project also involves suspicions regarding the leaks in classified information when legislators supervise the budget, and grievances between the two former chiefs of staff also arouse. Is domestic submarines a correct policy? What role could submarines play in a possible war? There is certainly nothing wrong with strengthening national defense, but is there actually a better choice other than submarines? In this regard, this article contends that most people do not understand national defense affairs and do not know the pros and cons of domestic submarines. More information needs to be provided so that the public can understand that there are actually better ways to strengthen national defense. As for those who always insist on supporting the indigenious submarine, except for those with personal interests, they should have a specific and distinct political ideology. This article will verify this argument through an online questionnaire survey

    [[abstract]]  本研究以質性研究中的紮根理論來探討電信從業人員留任之影響因素,並以目前服務於該電信公司的工作者為研究對象,經由深入訪談來發掘研究因素,彙集訪談的資料從中逐步分析予以編碼,內容涵蓋了開放性編碼、主軸編碼以及選擇性編碼來分析樣本。本研究共訪談 8 位在職服務者,徵詢受訪者同意後,訪談同時予以錄音並做成紀錄,探究其對留任的影響因素。資料分析整理後歸納出16項開放編碼、9項主軸編碼以及5項選擇編碼。  研究結果顯示:充分的工作認同、生活與工作的平衡、學習成長、良好的工作環境、管理風格和激勵都是影響電信從業人員留任的重要因素。藉此研究可提供電信公司如何有效地留住人才之建議參考,並對未來在某電信公司人力管理方面上能有所助益。[[abstract]]  This study investigates the influencing factors of employee retention in the telecommunications industry using grounded theory from qualitative research. The research focuses on workers currently employed in the telecom company as the study participants. Through in-depth interviews, the research factors are explored, and the interview data is systematically analyzed and coded, including open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. A total of eight in-service workers were interviewed, and with their consent, the interviews were recorded and documented to examine the factors influencing retention. After data analysis and organization, 16 open codes, 9 axial codes, and 5 selective codes were identified.  The research findings indicate that sufficient job identity, work-life balance, learning and growth, a positive work environment, management style, and motivation are all significant factors affecting the retention of telecom practitioners.  This study aims to provide valuable recommendations for telecommunications companies on how to effectively retain talent, with the hope that the results will be beneficial for future human resources management in a telecommunications company

    [[abstract]]  茶葉被譽為世界三大飲品之一,台灣的優質茶葉更享有國際盛譽。然而,茶樹病害對其生長造成嚴重威脅,尤其是近年來隨著全球氣候變化,使問題更加嚴峻,影響病害的預防和控制,直接影響茶葉的產量和經濟損失。傳統的管理方式主要依賴於人工巡視茶園,茶農需要憑藉個人經驗肉眼辨識茶葉是否感染病害,既耗時又耗力。本研究實際於茶園進行專家知識與茶葉病害資料採集,利用深度學習演算法(ResNet-50、ResNet-101、VGG16和VGG19)建立茶葉病害分類模型。資料集包括茶餅病和其他兩個類別,透過限制對比度自適應直方圖均衡(CLAHE)增強圖片質量,同時進行資料擴增以提高多樣性。研究結果顯示模型四在平均訓練和驗證準確度方面相較ResNet-50、ResNet-101、VGG16與VGG19,均有明顯提升。最後期望能為未來相關研究提供有價值參考,同時為茶葉產業提供有效的管理工具,促進其健康發展,有所裨益。[[abstract]]  Tea is acclaimed as one of the world's three major beverages, and Taiwan's high-quality tea is highly regarded internationally. However, tea tree diseases pose a serious threat to its growth, especially in recent years, with global climate change exacerbating the problem. This affects the prevention and control of diseases, directly impacting tea production and causing economic losses. The traditional management approach relies heavily on manual inspection of tea plantations, where tea farmers must visually identify whether the tea leaves are infected based on personal experience, a process that is both time-consuming and labor-intensive. This study conducted expert knowledge and collected data on tea leaf diseases in actual tea plantations, using deep learning algorithms (ResNet-50, ResNet-101, VGG16, and VGG19) to establish a tea leaf disease classification model. Image quality was enhanced through Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE), and data augmentation was performed to increase diversity. The research results show that Model 4 has made significant improvements in both average training and validation accuracy. The results of this study are anticipated to provide relevant research references in the future, supply effective management tools for the tea industry, and stimulate the advancement of the tea industry

    [[abstract]]  本研究探討台灣住宅屋頂型太陽能發電系統的可行性評估及其個案滿意度,綜合分析技術、經濟、環境和社會層面的影響。研究動機源於小規模家庭太陽能系統能帶來顯著的積極影響,透過在嘉義縣自家頂樓安裝的9.8KW太陽能光電系統,展示經濟效益和環境效益,預計7-8年內回收建置成本,並顯著降低室內溫度,提升居住舒適度。  研究結果顯示,台灣政府的政策支持,如財政補助、稅收優惠和躉購費率制度,有助於推動太陽能系統安裝,但法規限制和補助不足仍是挑戰。技術方面,太陽能技術成熟度高,發電效能穩定,維護需求低。經濟效益方面,多數用戶對初期投資和回收期表示滿意,財政補助提高投資回報率。環境效益方面,太陽能系統減少屋頂日照,降低室內溫度,減少冷氣使用,提升居住環境舒適度。  此外,研究中的個案顯示,用戶對系統的滿意度高,部分鄰居開始考慮安裝太陽能系統。研究結論明確指出,住宅屋頂型太陽能發電系統在技術成熟、經濟效益顯著、環境效益明顯的基礎上,具有高度可行性。建議包括優化政策連貫性和長期性,簡化申請程序,增加補助,提升公眾教育與宣傳,加強技術創新,完善法律與監管框架。期望本研究能促進太陽能技術的發展,推動台灣的綠色能源轉型和永續發展。[[abstract]]  This study explores the feasibility assessment and case satisfaction of residential rooftop solar power systems in Taiwan, comprehensively analyzing the impacts from technical, economic, environmental, and social perspectives. The motivation for this research stems from the significant positive effects that small-scale household solar systems can provide. By installing a 9.8 KW photovoltaic system on the rooftop of a home in Chiayi County, this study demonstrates economic and environmental benefits, projecting a payback period of 7-8 years and significantly reducing indoor temperatures to enhance living comfort.  The results indicate that Taiwanese government policies, such as financial subsidies, tax incentives, and feed-in tariff schemes, are instrumental in promoting solar system installations. However, regulatory constraints and insufficient subsidies remain challenges. Technically, solar technology is highly mature, with stable power generation efficiency and low maintenance requirements. Economically, most users express satisfaction with the initial investment and payback period, with financial subsidies increasing the return on investment. Environmentally, solar systems reduce rooftop sunlight exposure, lower indoor temperatures, decrease air conditioning usage, and enhance residential comfort.  Additionally, the case study shows high user satisfaction with the system, prompting some neighbors to consider installing solar systems. The study concludes that residential rooftop solar power systems are highly feasible based on their technical maturity, significant economic benefits, and evident environmental advantages. Recommendations include optimizing policy consistency and longevity, simplifying application procedures, increasing subsidies, enhancing public education and awareness, strengthening technological innovation, and improving legal and regulatory frameworks.     [[abstract]]  本研究透過對大潤發蔬果袋產品進行碳足跡盤查,依據 ISO 14067:2018 標準,從原物料取得、製造、配銷到最終處置等各階段進行分析。結果顯示,原物料階段的碳排放量占總排放量的57.79%,製造階段占33.94%,配銷階段占1.20%,產品使用階段因無使用之能資源投入,無溫室氣體排放,最終處置階段占7.07%。建議加強原物料管理,採購環保材料或再生材料,提升製造效率,使用清潔能源,優化配銷物流,選擇低碳排放的運輸工具,加強廢棄物管理,推動廢物再利用,並建立持續改進機制,定期監測和評估碳排放情況,調整減碳策略,提升企業環保形象。通過這些措施,企業能有效降低產品碳足跡,實現永續發展目標,增強市場競爭力和品牌價值。[[abstract]]  This study conducted a carbon footprint inventory of the RT-MART vegetable bag product, based on the ISO 14067:2018 standard, analyzing all stages from raw material acquisition, manufacturing, distribution, to final disposal. Results indicate that the raw material stage accounts for 57.79% of total carbon emissions, the manufacturing stage accounts for 33.94%, the distribution stage accounts for 1.20%, there are no emissions during the product use stage due to lack of energy resource input, and the final disposal stage accounts for 7.07%. Recommendations include enhancing raw material management by sourcing eco-friendly or recycled materials, improving manufacturing efficiency by using cleaner energy, optimizing distribution logistics by choosing low-emission transport methods, strengthening waste management through promoting recycling and collaborating with local recycling facilities, and establishing a continuous improvement mechanism to regularly monitor and assess carbon emissions, adjust reduction strategies, and enhance the company’s environmental image. By implementing these measures, the company can effectively reduce the product’s carbon footprint, achieve sustainable development goals, and enhance market competitiveness and brand value
