    [[abstract]]  臺灣在2022年底已有四個縣市提早步入超高齡社會,有鑑於人口老年化、失智人口的不斷的攀升,將藝術輔療應用在老人與失智者身上,是未來老年社會發展的重要方向。   中國文字的起源是象形文字,因此產生了以圖畫性為主的藝術表現,亦是一種視覺藝術的展現。本研究運用我國特有的書寫工具--毛筆,具有材質柔軟、含水量豐富、有彈性之優點,透過甲骨文具象又抽象之特點,依據簡易式智能評估(MMSE)設計符合失智症患者的藝術輔療課程。以嘉義市精忠新城失智服務據點內13位患有極輕微、輕度或中度之高齡長者,實施為期八週,每次120分鐘的甲骨文書法藝術輔療課程,作為延緩失智症認知退化之效益研究,除搜集失智症相關文獻,並結合簡易式智能評估項目(MMSE),採取行動研究實測並觀察,經由課程教學過程中觀察並檢測個案甲骨文書法書寫能力、專注力、互動意願、語言表達能力、長期與短期記憶。  本研究結果顯示13位個案中,有7位個案經過學習在書法書寫能力、專注力、互動意願、表達能力、短期記憶及長期記憶等方面均獲得不同程度的進步。另有1位個案未有顯著的影響。有1位個案因患有聽力障礙、2位個案因個人學習能力較慢,此3位因此出現緩慢退步現象,但個人平均分數仍優於團體平均分數。另有2位個案因個人身心問題(一位因衰弱症影響學習,另一位同時患有心智障礙)因此呈現退步現象。  整體而言,為失智症患者施以甲骨文書法藝術輔療課程,對延緩失智症認知退化具有積極正向意義,甲骨文書法藝術輔療課程可以訓練專注力、有助於視覺空間建構力的覺察、可促進互動意願及表達能力、具有刺激記憶力之效益,學習新的文字對失智症者腦部的活絡是有助益的。[[abstract]]  By the end of 2022, four Taiwanese counties and cities will have joined the super-aged society. The application of art-assisted treatment to the elderly and individuals with dementia is an essential direction for the future development of the elderly society, as the population ages and the number of people with dementia continues to rise.  This study uses a Chinese writing brush, which has the advantages of soft material, rich water content, and elasticity-using the concrete and abstract characteristics of oracle bone inscriptions to design an art auxiliary therapy course for people with dementia based on the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE).  A case study was conducted on 13 elderly people with different levels of dementia at the Jingzhong New Town Dementia Service Center in Chiayi City. Implement an eight-week, 120-minute oracle-bone calligraphy art auxiliary therapy course to conduct a study on the effectiveness of delaying cognitive decline in dementia. In addition to collecting literature related to dementia, and using the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), the action research method was used as the research design method. During the course, this study observed and tested the individual cases’ oracle bone calligraphy writing ability, concentration, willingness to interact, language expression ability, and long-term and short-term memory.  The results of this study show that 7 of the 13 cases have made varying degrees of progress in calligraphy writing ability, concentration, willingness to interact, expression ability, short-term memory, and long-term memory after learning. One case had no significant impact, and three cases showed slow regression (one case was due to hearing impairment, and two cases were due to slow personal learning ability). However, the individual average score of these three cases was still better than the group average score. Another two cases showed regression due to personal physical and mental problems (one suffered from frailty, which affected his learning, and the other one was disability).  Overall, the oracle bone calligraphy art auxiliary therapy course for patients with dementia is beneficial in postponing cognitive degradation. The oracle bone calligraphy art auxiliary therapy course can promote concentration, visual-spatial construction, willingness to interact, expression ability, and memory. Learning unfamiliar characters is beneficial to the brain activation of dementia patients

    [[abstract]]  從新聞案件中可看到,很多火災案件常常造成人命財產的重大損失,但其實大部分的火災損失,都是可以避免的。本研究目的旨在探究志工接受YouTube執行防火宣導的效果。希望可以藉此研究論文,能提供消防機關施行消防防火宣導時之考慮,能提升防火宣導的觀念,進一步降低新北市發生火災時, 民眾生命財產的損失。  視頻和音樂串流平台從2006年開始持續進軍市場,成為當今觀眾主流的收視來源之一,各大企業爭相追趕市場領頭羊。 在眾多競爭者中,只有掌握最多觀眾注意力的視頻串流平台才能成功。 以現時最受關注的視頻串流平YouTube進行了個案分析。分別訪問來自各行各業的十位宣導志工人員,透過志工的平常宣導經驗分享,進行文獻分析是一種重要的方法,可以提升強化創意影片宣導的成效。研究結果發現,YouTube較少與宣導融合相關的影片,但每年都能看到新的內容,政府投入大量人力和資金拍攝影片。因此,政府有效運用這些影片,打破以往的傳統宣導模式,讓志工利用自己熟悉的YouTube觀看,讓更多的人注意到防火安全的議題,利用YouTube的影響可以傳遞融合宣導的知識。[[abstract]]  It can be seen from the news cases that many fire cases often cause heavy losses of life and property, but in fact most of the fire losses are avoidable. The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of volunteers accepting YouTube to implement fire protection propaganda. It is hoped that this research and investigation can be used as a reference for the fire department to implement fire prevention publicity, so as to enhance the concept of fire prevention publicity, and further reduce the loss of life and property of the people in the event of a fire in New Taipei City.  Video and music streaming platforms have continued to enter the market since 2006, and have become one of the mainstream viewing sources for audiences today. Major companies are scrambling to catch up with market leaders. Among the many competitors, only the video streaming platform that holds the attention of the most viewers will succeed. A case analysis is carried out with YouTube, which is currently the most popular video streaming platform. Interviewed ten advocacy volunteers from all walks of life, shared their daily advocacy experience, and then used literature analysis to support the theory of the research. The research found that YouTube does not have a lot of information related to advocacy integration. There are many videos, but new content can be seen every year, and the government invests a lot of manpower and funds to shoot videos. Therefore, the government has effectively used these videos to break the traditional publicity model, allowing volunteers to use the YouTube they are familiar with to watch, so that more people can pay attention to the issue of fire safety, and the influence of YouTube can be used to pass on the knowledge of integrated propaganda

    [[abstract]]  本研究旨在探討軍訓教官電影賞析情形、管道、類型以及降低工作壓力研究,教官目前是屬於即將沒落的職業,本質上是屬於軍人,應在部隊參與訓練及戰訓本務,而教官身處校園,所以有著校園安全守護神之稱號,校園裡雖然不像部隊中存在高危險性但在校園中協處各項事務,學生事務及管教方式不如以往,充滿許多挑戰,在下班或假日卻依然具備全天候待命協處學生事務。  本文透過蒐集工作壓力及藝文活動相關文獻瞭解其關係呈正相關,以質性研究方式,訪談軍訓教官利用工作之餘時間參與藝文活動或電影賞析,瞭解軍訓教官在參與藝文活動後,可以培養興趣、增強經驗、強化反應及降低工作壓力等效益。[[abstract]]  The purpose of this study is to explore the situation, channels, types and work stress reduction of military training instructors.     [[abstract]]  本研究為探討在這科技日新月異的時代,越來越多的新興科技可以搭配電子書平台使用,然而過多的創新服務是否會導致消費者的迷思,因此主旨在探討電子書平台結合新興科技是否會被消費者所接受,並以科技接受模型為理論的基礎,運用網路問卷的方式在各大學生經常使用的社群平台進行調查,總共回收了455份問卷,有效問卷共計為393份,有效問卷率86%,以SPSS18.0進行統計分析。  研究結果表示:一、外在變數(創新服務)對知覺有用性具有正向顯著影響 二、外在變數(創新服務)對知覺易用性具有正向顯著影響 三、知覺易用性對該平台的知覺有用性具有正向顯著影響 四、知覺易用性對該平台的使用態度具有正向顯著影響 五、知覺有用性對該平台的使用態度具有正向顯著影響。  依據研究結果提出以下建議:建議電子書平台相關業者可持續推出新穎的服務,藉此吸引讀者使用該平台;持續將平台的功能進行優化,讓複雜的操作流程簡化,使讀者更加方便使用;並針對不同的年齡層推出不同的服務,例如:對於年輕族群推出較為輕鬆的休閒娛樂的服務。[[abstract]]  This study explores the acceptance of e-book platforms integrated with emerging technologies in an era of rapid technological advancement. While numerous innovative features can be paired with e-book platforms, there is a concern that an excess of such features may confuse consumers. Therefore, this study aims to investigate whether consumers accept e-book platforms combined with new technologies, using the Technology Acceptance Model as the theoretical framework. An online survey was conducted on social platforms frequently used by college students, yielding a total of 455 responses, with 393 valid responses (an effective response rate of 86%). Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 18.0.  The research results indicate the following:1. External variables (innovative services) have a significantly positive impact on perceived usefulness.2. External variables (innovative services) have a significantly positive impact on perceived ease of use.3. Perceived ease of use has a significantly positive impact on the perceived usefulness of the platform.4. Perceived ease of use has a significantly positive impact on the attitude towards using the platform.5. Perceived usefulness has a significantly positive impact on the attitude towards using the platform.  Based on the research findings, the following recommendations are made: e-book platform providers should continue to introduce innovative services to attract users to the platform; continually optimize platform functionalities to simplify complex operational processes for easier user access; and offer different services tailored to various age groups, such as more relaxed and entertaining services for younger audiences

    [[abstract]]  臺灣自2001年開始完全實施周休二日,周休二日帶動觀光旅遊迅速發展。作家者鍾文榮提到臺灣宮廟密度、數量之多是世界宗教中罕見的現象(鍾文榮,2014),廟寺於鄰里廣布,因此宗教文化觀光是重要的。大村鄉大庄慈雲寺是一座有兩百多年歷史的觀音媽廟,有獨特的廟宇建築、有黑米傳奇的故事、台中梧棲¬-大庄浩天宮、彰化大村-大庄慈雲寺「姐妹情深相見歡;同為大庄喜相逢」民俗節慶活動…..等等都可為宗教文化觀光資源。  自2019年首次出現新冠肺炎(COVID-19)起到今已肆虐於全球各角落,許多國家因而受影響,人們生活也有所改變。新冠肺炎疫情封鎖措施期間,觀光旅遊損失嚴重,當新冠肺炎疫情解禁後,因而有「報復性旅遊」。許多廟宇凸顯自身特殊性吸引更多遊客,開始運用行銷策略,展現廟宇特色吸引觀光客。  本研究以事件行銷、關係行銷、公益行銷三個面向為主軸,探討彰化縣大村鄉大庄慈雲寺民俗節慶活動的行銷策略,本研究實際參加「大庄慈雲寺」的民俗節慶活動,經由參與觀察法、深度訪談法、次級資料分析,瞭解「大庄慈雲寺」的事件行銷、關係行銷、公益行銷策略,經由這個案的探討,締造廟方、社區、遊客信眾三贏,藉由研究結果給予建議,使慈雲寺的宗教文化觀光價值增強,促進地方發展。  本研究建議包括:寺廟經營應加強與社區、縣府合作,加強與廟方各利害關係人的關係,建立強而有力的品牌等,希望能吸引更多觀光人潮。[[abstract]]  Taiwan has fully implemented two days off every week since 2001. Two days off every week has driven the rapid development of tourism. Write Zhong Wenrong mentioned that the density and number of temples in Taiwan is a rare phenomenon among world religions (Zhong Wenrong, 2014), Temples are widely spread in the neighborhood, so religious and cultural tourism is important. Ciyun Temple in Dazhuang, Dacun Township, is a Guanyin Mother temple with a history of more than 200 years. There are unique temple buildings, the legendary story of black rice, Taichung Wuqi-Dazhuang Haotian Temple, Changhua Dachun-Dazhuang Ciyun Temple "Sisters meet in love: Happy reunion in Dazhuang"folk festivals Animals, etc. can all be used as religious, cultural and tourism resources.  Since the first outbreak of COVID-19 in 2019, it has ravaged every corner of the world, affecting many countries and changing people's lives. During the COVID-19 lockdown, tourism suffered serious losses. When the COVID-19 lockdown was lifted, there was "retaliation tourism". Many temples highlight their uniqueness to attract more tourists and begin to use marketing strategies to show the characteristics of the temple to attract tourists.   This study focuses on event marketing, relationship marketing, and charity marketing to explore the marketing strategies of Dazhuang Ciyun Temple folk festivals in Dacun Township, Changhua County. This study actually participated in the folk festival activities of "Dazhuang Ciyun Temple". Through participant observation method, in-depth interview method, and secondary data analysis, it understood the event marketing, relationship marketing, and charity marketing strategies of "Dazhuang Ciyun Temple". Through this case The research will create a win-win situation for the temple, thance the religious, cultural and tourism value of Ciyun Temple and promote local development.  The recommendations of this study include: temple management should strengthen cooperation with communities and county governments, strengthen relationships with temple stakeholders, and establish a strong brand, hoping to attract more tourists

Through interview analysis, this study evaluates the team's strategies to effectively enhance brand loyalty through organizing local events, strengthening community interaction, and using social media platforms. This study found that the localization measures of the Lotte Monkey Baseball Team, including cooperation with local companies, support of charity activities, and the organization of various theme days, can help strengthen the emotional connection between fans and the brand, thereby increasing fan loyalty.   This study suggests that in order to further enhance fans’ loyalty to the team, the Lotte Monkey Baseball Team should continue to conduct in-depth research on the needs and expectations of the local community, explore more diversified local business strategies, and strengthen interaction and participation with fans. . In addition, regular evaluation of brand image and popularity and timely adjustment of business strategies to adapt to changes in the market environment and consumer demand are also key to enhancing the brand's sustainable competitiveness.  The local operation of Lotte Peach Baseball Team not only enhances the team's brand image and market influence, but also focuses on enhancing consumers' trust and loyalty to the brand, which will help Lotte Peach Baseball and other professional teams in the future.     [[abstract]]  在疫情爆發的情況下,該如何保護學生的受教權,又能同時兼顧學生免受疫情的危害,教育部發布命令,進行遠距離線上教學,本研究要探討關於線上課程教學是否會影響學生的學習互動、學習滿意度和學習成效之因果關係。  本研究為高職學生為對象,透過問卷調查法,蒐集樣本資料並進行統計分析,針對不同背景變項的高職生線上課程中對學習成效影響因素,蒐集樣本資料運用統計方法進行分析與處理,根據分析結果,提出結論與建議,提供相關單位參考,共發出285份,回收285份,,有效問卷為285份,有效問卷回收率100%。  本研究所得結論如下:(1)學習互動對學習滿意度與學習成效有正向顯著因果關係 (2)學習滿意度對學習成效有正向顯著因果關係(3)學習滿意度在學習互動與學習成效之間具有中介效果[[abstract]]  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Taiwan’s Ministry of Education required all students to stay at home and study through online courses for about half a semester, which is the policy to maintain continuity of student learning and prevent the spread of coronavirus. An attempt was made to explore the relationships among three constructs, learning interaction, learning satisfaction and learning performance, regarding to online courses.  This study collected sample data from national vocational high school students by a questionnaire survey. 285 valid responses were obtained, and analyzed by descriptive, factor, reliability, independent samples t test, one-way ANOVA, and regression analysis. The conclusions and suggestions were provided according to the result of statistical analyses. The main conclusions are: (1) learning interaction and learning satisfaction significantly positively affect learning performance; (2) learning interaction significantly positively affects learning satisfaction; (3) learning satisfaction partially mediates the causal relationship of learning interaction on learning performance

    [[abstract]]  本研究在探討南部某大學的學生團體平安保險理賠認知對服務品質和滿意度之研究,透過問卷調查方式得知學生基本資料、理賠認知與服務品質對服務滿意度對校內、校外服務人員資料,進行實證研究問卷發放時間為2023年10月13日至2023年12月13日,共發放198份問卷,扣除填寫不完全與無效問卷等,有效樣本為164份,回收率為82.8%,並根據問卷調查所得的資料進行統計分析。  採用SPSS統計軟體進行資料分析,使用的統計方法包含敘述性分析、信度分析、T檢定、ANOVA分析、Pearson積差相關分析、迴歸分析。探討學生基本資料的變項對於理賠認知與服務品質與校內、校外對於滿意度之研究。  研究實證分析結論如下:一、 學生團體平安保險的人口變項對校內、校外服務人員的服務品質有顯著相關。二、 學生團體平安保險的人口變項對校內、校外服務人員的滿意度有顯著相關。三、 學生團體平安保險理賠認知對校內、校外服務人員的服務品質有顯著相關。四、 學生團體平安保險理賠認知與服務品質對校內、校外服務人員的服務滿意度有顯著相關。[[abstract]]  In this study, we explored the research on the service quality and satisfaction of student groups in a southern university, and obtained the basic information of students, the perception of claims and the data of service quality on service satisfaction on campus and off-campus service personnel, and the questionnaire was issued from October 13, 2023 to December 13, 2023, and a total of 198 questionnaires were obtained, 164 valid samples were included, and the questionnaire return rate was 82.8% statistical analysis to carry out statistical analysis.  SPSS statistical software was used for data analysis, and the statistical methods used included descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA analysis, Pearson product difference correlation analysis, and regression analysis. Investigating the variables of students' basic information, and study the claims awareness and service quality, as well as the satisfaction of both on-campus and off-campus students.  The empirical conclusions of the study are as follows:1. The demographic variability of student group safety insurance has a significant correlation with on-campus and off-campus service personnel quality.2. The demographic variability of student group safety insurance is significantly related to the on-campus and off-campus service personnel satisfaction.3. The claim awareness of student group safety insurance has a significant correlation with on-campus and off-campus service personnel quality.4.     [[abstract]]  本研究主題主要是為了探討臺灣企業併購宣告效果,支付方式,溢價與併購前後績效。此次研究取樣期間介於2012年到2022年間,並以臺灣國內上市與上櫃公司作為實證樣本,透過資料庫分析取得實證資料。進行本次研究的主要目的在於探討併購消息在宣告期間,對於主併公司與目標公司股價異常報酬率的影響;比較對比主併公司,目標公司是否擁有更優異的報酬率表現。不僅如此,本研究也透過迴歸分析探討併購宣告效果與溢價的關聯性,併購支付方式與溢價之間的關聯性。最後使用每股盈餘,資產報酬率,股東權益報酬率,市場附加價值法來檢視併購前後績效。從實證結果來總結,目標公司的異常報酬率優於主併公司,併購宣告效果與併購溢價之間無顯著影響,但併購支付方式與溢價之間存在顯著性。最後,企業併購後的績效僅有每股盈餘與資產報酬率出現顯著影響。[[abstract]]  The main theme of this study is to investigate the M&A behavior, payment methods, premiums/discounts, and performance before and after M&A of Taiwanese enterprises. The sampling period for this study ranges from 2012 to 2022, using listed and OTC companies in Taiwan as empirical samples, and obtaining empirical data through regression. The primary purpose of this study is to explore the impact of M&A announcement periods on the stock returns of acquiring and target companies; comparing whether target companies have better performance than acquiring companies. Furthermore, this study quantitatively explores the relationship between M&A announcement effects and premiums/discounts, as well as the relationship between M&A payment methods and premiums. Finally, earnings per share, return on assets, return on equity, and market value added are used to examine performance before and after M&A. In summary of the empirical results, the returns of target companies are superior to those of acquiring companies. There is no significant impact between M&A announcement effects and M&A premiums, but there is significant relationship between M&A payment methods and premiums. Finally, only earnings per share and return on assets show significant effects on post-acquisition performance

    [[abstract]]  隨著臺灣社會結構的改變,異國婚姻讓臺灣呈現多元文化的樣貌,新住民配偶與其子女的生活教育也逐漸被重視。然而因個人成長背景或國家文化差異,衍生出潛在家庭問題,影響新住民幼兒的發展學習。幼兒進入校園後,親師間如能建立情感連結,對幼兒的能力提升及適應是有利的;反之,如因其他主觀或客觀因素影響對話交流,則會造成親師溝通的阻礙。  本研究旨在探究公立幼兒教師與新住民家長之間的親師溝通關係,採用質性的深度訪談對研究主題進行瞭解。透過蒐集資訊,從分析層面提出近一步建議,增進親師溝通關係效能,達成老師與家長雙贏局面。自編訪談內容做為研究工具,分別從「個人背景認知」、「親師溝通目的與方式」、「親師溝通關係」與「親師溝通時的困難點與解決方式」四個方向,分別訪談六位公立幼兒園教師與六位新住民家長。 透過訪談後的整理與分析,列出十點研究發現:一、 親師溝通的目的以幼兒為主軸,為了掌握幼兒的行為表現。二、 溝通方式多元,但面對面溝通在親師互動上是優勢的選擇。三、 親師雙方教育主體引導方向的不同,養育VS教育。四、 新住民子女入園後有多數動作不協調與反應稍弱的表現出現。五、 新住民家長與幼兒共同語言能力的落差與不足。六、 親師溝通的議題偏重於生活自理與同儕互動關係,教育理念與觀念較少溝通。七、 親師雙方均認為語言的再學習是必要的。八、 親師互動關係不冷也不熱,個人特質影響親師溝通的積極度,即使積極度不足,也不會要求再更近一步。九、 語言落差與社會階層弱勢的刻板印象仍然存在。十、 本國籍另一半的被動參與教養問題。  根據以上發現,研究者分別對幼兒園教師、新住民家長、幼兒園與政府單位分別提出相關建議,最為後續研究計畫參考。[[abstract]]  With the changing social structure in Taiwan, international marriages have brought a multicultural landscape to Taiwan. The lives and education of new immigrant spouses and their children are gaining increasing attention. However, due to individual backgrounds or cultural differences, potential family issues may arise, affecting the development and education of new immigrant children. Establishing emotional connections between parents and teachers can significantly benefit children’s abilities and adaptation when they enter school. Conversely, existing subjective or objective factors can create barriers to parent-teacher communication.  This study aims to investigate the relationship between public kindergarten teachers and new immigrant parents regarding parent-teacher communication through in-depth interviews. By gathering and analyzing data, practical recommendations are proposed to enhance the effectiveness of parent-teacher communication, achieving a win-win situation for both teachers and parents. The self-edited interview content, used as a research tool, covers four dimensions: “Personal Background Cognition,”“Purpose and Methods of Parent-Teacher Communication,”“Parent-Teacher Communication Relationship,” and “Difficulties and Solutions in Parent-Teacher Communication.” Interviews were conducted with six public kindergarten teachers and six new immigrant parents.  Based on the organization and analysis of these interviews, ten research findings are listed as follows:1.The primary goal of parent-teacher communication centers on understanding children’s behavior.2.Communication methods are diverse, with face-to-face interactions being the most effective.3.There is a difference in educational approaches between parents and teachers, focusing on nurturing versus educating.4.Children of new immigrants often exhibit uncoordinated movements and slower reactions after enrolling in kindergarten.5.A significant language gap exists between new immigrant parents and their children.6.Communication topics tend to revolve around self-care and peer interaction, with less emphasis on educational philosophies and concepts.7.Both parents and teachers believe that further language learning is necessary.8.The parent-teacher interaction is neither overly close nor distant. Personal traits influence the degree of proactive communication. However, even if the activeness is insufficient, there is no request for closer interaction. 9.Language gaps and stereotypes about disadvantaged social classes still exist.10.Passive participation of the local spouse in child-rearing is a concern.  Based on the above-mentioned findings, several recommendations and suggestions are put forward to offer a practical reference for kindergarten teachers, new immigrant parents, kindergartens, government agencies, and future researchers
