An Exploration of Nurses' Perceptions of the Usefulness and Easiness of Using EMRs
EMRs play an essential role in documenting clinical information. Nurses are integral to the success of an EMR implementation, as they are the largest group of employees in a hospital and provide patient care. A major factor in the success of EMR implementation is nurses' acceptance of the system. This study is designed to measure nurses' willingness to use EMRs in clinical practice, determine factors influencing nurses' acceptance of EMR documentation in clinical practice, and gain an understanding of the nurses' perspective on EMRs to encourage the adoption and implementation of EMRs in other health facilities in Saudi Arabia. This study included nurses from Hail General Hospital, Maternity and Children Hospital, King Khalid Hospital, and Hail General Hospital. Study results indicate that perceived usefulness and ease of use are strongly correlated, resulting in nurses' greater acceptance of EMRs. According to the study results, nurses are willing to use EMRs. Our result shows that overall, nurses find the EMR useful in their jobs, with 40.9% agreeing and 24.4% strongly agreeing. Whereas the overall easiness was 9.4% agreed and 24 strongly agreed. Nurses need to be prepared for a demanding workplace through their nursing curriculum. Nursing students and professionals should understand the importance of EMRs in ensuring high-quality, effective, and efficient patient care. It is imperative that nurses continuously improve their computer skills to keep up with technological advancements

A Scoping Review: Accuracy in Early Detection of Breast Cancer Using a Clinical Breast Examination Method
Both globally and in Indonesia, cancer continues to be a serious health issue. The early detection program for breast cancer with the clinical breast examination method is one of the indicators of the success of health development contained in the RPJMN. According to WHO data, the incidence of cancer increased from 12.7 to 14.1 million in 2013, and the specific cause of breast cancer is still unknown. The aim of this study is to review the clinical breast examination method's accuracy for early breast cancer detection is the goal. The method is using the a scoping review method covering Population, Exposure, Outcome, Study Design (PEOS). It approach is to construct a review topic and search strategy. Eight papers from three databases were analyzed (Pubmed, Science Direct, and EBSCO). Articles chosen using Prism Flowcharts and Hawker's Critical Appraisal. Results shows that the eights publications analyzed, five articles used a cohort research design, two articles used an RCT study design, and one article used a cross-sectional study design. The clinical breast examination (CBE) approach is for early diagnosis of breast cancer has low accuracy. It is due to the influence of CBE implementation skills. However, when used in tandem with mammography, CBE can produce more sensitive results. The CBE method is seen as less complicated and more affordable, making it one of the suggested early detection techniques for breast cancer in developing nations
The Relationship between Environmental Sanitation and the Incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in Indonesia
Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) was a disease caused by dengue virus belonging to the Arthropod-Borne Virus, which were transmitted through the bite of misquitoes of the genus Aedes, especially Aedes aegypti. The Indonesian Ministry of Health noted that the number of dengue cases in Indonesia from 2018 to 2019 increased significantly. The number of dengue cases as of January 2018 was 6,800 cases with a death toll of 43 people. In early January 2019, there were 13,683 cases with 132 deaths. Cumulatively as of June 21. 2020 there were 68,753 cases. The emergence of dengue disease were related to environmental conditions and community behavior. Research purposes known a relationship between environmental sanitation and the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) in Indonesia. Reseacrch methodology was a secondary research with a literature review design by doing a search on Google Scholar through the stages of research according to the eligibility criteria. Research result obtained 7 journal that discuss environmental sanitation related to the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF). Of the 7 journals that discuss water reservoirs (TPA) there were 3 journals, 2 journals for garbage disposal, and 4 journals for 3M plus action. The results showed that there were a relationship between when the variable and the occurrence of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF). There were a relationship beteween environmental sanitation (water storage, garbage disposal, and 3M Plus measures) with the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF)
Investigation of the Relationship Between Eating Behavior and Student Learning Achievement
The desire to eat is one of the dimensions of the eating environment. It is mainly seen in attitude, skill, and knowledge. This study aims to investigate the relationship between attitudes, skills, and eating knowledge with student learning achievement. This research is analytical observational research with a cross-sectional design. The subjects were university students in Lampung. The sampling of 196 students was collected using a non-probability with snowball sampling techniques. The data include respondents' characteristics, learning achievements, and eating desires (attitudes, skills, and knowledge). The data analysis was carried out using the Chi-square test to determine the relationship between eating attitudes, eating skills, and eating knowledge, with the student learning achievement. The results showed that most of the subjects (91.33%) had a good eating attitude, (69.90%) had less eating skills, and (51.53%) also had less eating knowledge. In this study, it is revealed that there is no significant relationship between eating attitudes, eating skills, and eating knowledge with the student learning achievement
The Use of Personal Protective Equipment and The Risk of Facial Pressure Sores among Nurses in Covid Isolation Rooms
This study aimed to determine the relationship between the use of personal protective equipment and the risk of facial pressure injury among nurses in the Raudhah 5 room of Muhammadiyah Hospital Bandung (RSMB). This study is a quantitative correlation study with a cross-sectional research design. The research population is 15 COVID-19 isolation nurses in RSMB with a total sampling technique. Bivariate analysis used is the contingency coefficient correlation test. Nurses who use level 3 of PPE, especially in the facial area, should use dressings to prevent the risk of facial pressure injury
Artificial Intelligence for Human Life: A Critical Opinion from Medical Bioethics Perspective – Part II
Healthcare and medical fields are among the areas of AI applications that require serious attention when it comes to ethical and trustworthy AI. In the medical field, artificial intelligence is applied in laboratory research, regulation-policy making, and clinical intervention. Several factors need to be seriously accounted for in the AI-empowered healthcare system, including algorithm transparency, bias mitigation, domain-expert involvement, privacy and data protection, and informed consent. In this article, we summarized the applications of AI in the field of medical and healthcare sectors. We also presented the possible ethical issues in AI applications in mentioned sectors. These issues include transparency and safety, informed consent and right to information, algorithmic fairness and biases, and data privacy and sharing regulation. We then present the basic principles of AI ethics and the existing AI guidelines, especially for the fields of medicine and healthcare. Based on the existing issues and guidelines, we believe that there are still many factors that need to be perfected, such as how we can generalize these guidelines worldwide and how these guidelines can be legally-binding. Detailed clauses in the guideline and law enforcement are another issue that should be addressed such that no loophole can be addressed. Ethical consideration is critical in AI applications, especially in the medical and healthcare fields. Until these issues can be totally addressed, we believe that AI applications in healthcare should be very strictly monitored
