    非閉塞性腸管虚血を合併した腹部大動脈瘤の1手術例

    論文(Article)腹部大動脈瘤術後における非閉塞性腸管虚血(NOMI:non occlusive mesenteric ischemia)は致死的な合併症である。今回われわれは術中のアナフィラキシーショックが術後のNOMI発症に強く関与したと考えられる腹部大動脈瘤の1例を経験し救命し得たので報告する。症例は86歳男性、腹部大動脈瘤切迫破裂の診断で当院へ転院搬送された。CT上10cmの巨大嚢状腹部大動脈瘤を認め、準緊急に人工血管置換術を施行した。大動脈遮断解除し、止血操作中に突然治療抵抗性の低血圧が約15分間持続した。体幹と四肢に顕著な紅潮を認め、原因として同時投与していた新鮮凍結血漿によるアナフィラキシーショックが疑われた。術後2日後に腹痛、遷延するアシドーシス、血中乳酸値高値に加えて創部発赤の増悪からNOMIを疑い、緊急再開腹術を施行した。血性腹水貯留を認め、小腸、結腸ともに浮腫状であった。S状結腸壊死を認め、S状結腸切除及び人工肛門造設術を施行した。術後管理に難渋したが、全身管理を含めた集学的治療により救命し近医へリハビリ転院した。腹部大動脈瘤手術において、周術期低血圧を来した場合はNOMIの可能性を念頭においた周術期管理が必要である

    論文(Article)3次元vector算に於ける數値積,内積,外積等種々の積の逆算を考察し之に依り内零因子,外零因子,内逆元,内商,外商等を求め内逆元から内積に関しvectorの一般整数巾(ベキ)を定義しvector代數に除法を導入した,叉Hamilton作用素(演算子)∇ (nabla)の逆元∇^(-1)によつて従來Pot, New, Max, Lapとして知られていた積分演算子の法則をvector除法の代数に歸する事が出来た,就中[A[BC]]=(CA)B-(AB)Cに於てA=B=∇として ∇^2A=∇divA-rot rotAを得ると同様に, A=^(-1), B=D, C=Xとして[D^(-1)[DX]]=D(D^(-1)X)-(D^(-1)D)X=D(D^(-1X))--XからvectorXのDに平行,垂直兩成分への分解式X=X_Ⅱ+X_⊥=D(D^(-1)X)-[D^(-1)[DX]]を得,更に此Dを∇(nabla)と解釋して任意のvector場を泉成分X_dと渦成分X_γに分解する公式X=X_d+X_γ=∇(∇^(-1)X)-[∇^(-1)[∇X]=grad grad^(-1)X-rot^(-1)rotX=div^(-1)divX-rot rot^(-1)X=∇^(-2){∇divX-rot rotX}を得,之等の代数的同一性を示し,周知の逆vector系も本逆vecterの1種である事を示し,vectorは和と外積に関しLie環である事も指摘した

    論文(Article)Abstract This paper is concerned with a method for constructing the learning automata which selects the action so as to keep gradually oneself favorable under the interaction of the unknown environment. Simple and functional circuits mainly composed of the threshold logic elements are used for realizing such the stochastic automaton with learning function. For two unknown environments, the action of this automaton was experimentally investigated, and the performance such as adaptability was satisfactorily obtained. Consequently, it became clear that the learning automata can be simply constructed in the form of the fixed structure and possess a good adaptability

    論文(Article)可逆回路の位相幾何学的構成については本学紀要(工学)第五巻第一号に発表したが,ここでは線形非可逆回路の構成法への拡張を試みた。この回路では伝達アドミツタンス行列は一般に非対称となるので,任意に与えられた非対称行列を伝達アドミツタンスとするような回路を実現する方法について述べた。対称成分は抵抗,インダクタンス,キャパシタンスで交代成分はジャイレータで与えるのは他の方法と同様であるが,接続及び理想変成器の決定には与えられた行列の左右両側に同じ実数零因子を有することが条件で,その実数零因子の非特異変換(線形)によって得た行列の一部が接続行列となり即ち接続が決定され,他の一部が変成器の巻数行列となり即ち理想変成器の使用が決定される。トランジスタ回路,真空管回路等は一般の素子とジャイレータで表現できるのでそれらの構成法にもある特別な場合には応用できる。但し,普通の素子とジャイレータ素子とからできる回路はトランジスタ又は真空管回路にそのまゝ変えるにはその性質上接続に特殊の条件が入るのでその問の変換は又別の問題である

    論文(Article)This paper is concerned with the steady-state forced and free vibrations of a clamped beam to which a branched elastic arm carrying a concentrated mass is attached; this system is schematic representation of a supporting structure of machine. A system of two differential equations of motion is solved by using the Laplace transform method. The influences of transverse stiffness and location of the branched elastic arm on the frequency spectrum are investigated with the aid of the numerical results. Comparison between the experimental and theoretical results for free vibrations shows excellent agreement

    論文(Article)The thermal stress of polyurethane yarn was studied in the relation with heat setting conditions. In the previous paper we proposed the simple model in order to explain the thermal stress of drawn fibers. It was compsed of N springs which have a strain distribution. And it reproduced well some expriments of the thermal stress. But we did not discuss on the reasons why the model had the strain distribution. In this paper we discussed the relation between the strain distribution of the model and heat setting conditions. It was discussed qualitatively by the generalized Maxwell model

    論文(Article)The adsorption properties of clinoptilolite for gas mixture were studied by gas-solid chromatographic method. The results of the investgation were as follows. (I) Oxygen and nitrogen were separated with clinoptilolite column at ordinary temperature as same as with the synthetic zeolites, i.e. Molecular Sieve 5A and 13X. By examination comparing with Linde Molecular Sieve 5A, the results were obtained as follows: (1) As the H.E.T.P. of clinoptilolite column for oxygen and nitrogen were very high, the degree of resolution of two chromatographic peaks was about 1/5 of Molecular Sieve. (2) The degree of separation was almost similar value for Molecular Sieve. (3) The heats of adsorption of oxygen and nitrogen on clinoptilolite measured by the temperature dependence of retention volume were about 2.4 Kcal/mol and 4.0 kcal/mol respectively, and the separation coefficient (S) was showed by following experimental equation; S=0.15 exp (1.6×10^3/RT) (II) Argon was able to separate from oxygen and nitrogen by clinoptilolite column of 0.75m in length at ordinary temperature, but the quantitative analysis of these gases was difficult because of the high H.E.T.P. for nitrogen. Methane was scarcely separated from nitrogen at ordinary temperature. Carbon dioxide eluted above the temperature of 180℃, but the chromatogram was broad and asymmetry (at this temperature oxygen and nitrogen was not separated)
