陽極酸化アルミナを絶縁層としたセレン化カドミウム薄膜トランジスタの経時変化
論文(Article)The shelf test in the atnmosphere (18-22oC, 65-75% humidity) and the DC bias test were performed on the CdSe TFT which utilized the anodized Al_2O_3 as the insulating layer. According to the shelf test, the depletion mode CdSe-Al_2O_3 TFT showed initially the decay of the drain current and pinch off voltage, approaching enhancement mode operation. But after about twenty hours, the drain current began to increase gradually. On the contrary, the drain current of the enhancement mode CdSe-Al_2O_3 TFT drifted increasingly from the beginning. In the DC bias test, the drain current of CdSe-Al_2O_3 TFT coated with protecting resin (Dow-Corning 643 Semiconductor coating resin) showed far less drift than the one without the protecting resin. 論文(Article)With the advance of the computer control, the nondestructive read-out analog memory is of ever-increasing necessity as one of devices which combine the computer with the controlled system. The usefulness of ferroelectric elements and of various magnetic cores to form the memory function have already been suggested. Particularly, the multi-hole ferrite cores called the transfluxor excel others in performance and cost. The authors used the multi-hole cores of laddic structure made of Fe-Ni 50% permalloy steel for realizing an analog memory. This paper describes fundamental experiments of the pulse width modulator which can read out nondestructively by the square wave voltage of comparatively low frequency, and describes the relation between the flux level and the flux path of each leg at the time of writting in and reading out
Radical polymerization of Bihenylterazonium Complex Salt within DMF and Alkaline Solution
論文(Article)要旨 筆者らはベンジジンデトラゾニウムクロライド(BTC)の塩化第1銅による錯塩が,DMFなどの有機溶媒および濃厚アルカリ水溶液の作用で重合し,べンゼン,DMFなどに溶け易く,-(<=>-)-_40の成分を生じることを知った。一方BerlinはBTC溶液にCu^+ + NH_4OHを加えて,有機溶媒に溶けないポリフエニルを合成している。これと筆者らの方法を比較するために,1)BTC,2)BTC-Cu_2Cl_2,ZnCl_2複塩,3)BTC-Cu_2Cl_2錯塩を単離し,有機および無機の試薬を作用させた。使用液のpH低下と塩化第2銅および塩素の検出から,錯塩からは塩化第2銅の引抜反応,複塩およびBTCからは塩素の引抜反応で重合することが確認された。生成物の分別体は前者が有機溶媒に溶け易く,後者ほ溶けにくい。赤外分光スペクトルから前者は 4,4'結合が主であり,後者は複雑な構造をとると推定される
コバルトイオンを触媒とする亜硫酸ナトリウムの酸化反応速度とその応用
論文(Article)It is necessary to know the reaction rate constant in order to measure the interfacial area and surface renewal rate of a gas-liquid contactor using chemical reaction. This method is called Danckwerts' plot and oxidation of sodium sulfite solution by oxygen gas is one of the applicable chemical reaction. The sulfite oxidation rate using cobalt ion as catalyst has been determined from the absorption rate of oxygen by an inclined plate absorber. The influences of the pH value and impurities of the solution upon rate constant have been studied. The apparent activation energy is 11.6 Kcal/mol and rate constant is proportional to the concentration of the cobalt ion. The interfacial area and surface renewal rate in a gas-liquid contactor have been measured by using the kinetic data of the sulfite oxidation reaction. The contactor is a fully baffled agitation vessel with a turbine impeller. The interfacial area is proportional to the 1.5 power of the impeller speed and independent of the gas load. The surface renewal rate is linearly dependent on the impeller speed and increases only slightly with the gab load
Seasonal Variation of Sulfur Isotope Ratios of Non-Sea Salt Sulfate in Wet Deposits in Northern Part of Japan
論文(Article)Sulfur isotope ratios of sulfate in wet deposits in northern part of Japan were determined to clarify the sources of sulfur. Wet deposits were collected evefy month from 1991 to 1996 at Yamagata, Shinjo, Yonezawa, Sakata, Okushiri Island, Rishiri Island, Ohfunato and Tagajo. Sulfur isotope ratios of sulfate in wet deposits were high in winter and low in summer and correlated to the contribution of sea salt sulfate. Sulfur isotope ratios of non-Sea slat sulfate showed seasonal variation with higher values in winter and agreed with the ones of sulfur oxides exhausted by Asian anthropogenic activities. The seasonal variation in sulfur isotope ratio of non-sea salt sulfate were classified into three different behaviors in the coast of Japan Sea Region, Inland Region and Pacific Coast Region. The coast of Japan Sea Region is characterized by high in average and widely dispersed values, Inland Region by narrowly dispersed ones, and Pacific Coast Region by low in average and widely dispersed ones

論文(Article)Abstract : Constant velocity joint (CVJ) lines of front drive automobiles are composed of the tripod CVJ or the double offset CVJ, the Rzeppa CVJ and the drive shaft. The rotational angle error of the CVJ line and the three dimensional motion of the drive shaft (the whirling motion and the fluctuation of axial direction) were measured and its components were expanded in trigonometric functions. The rotational angle error contains sinusoidal fluctuations with 2π, 2π/3, 2π/6 periods according to joint angles of Tripod and Rzeppa CVJs. The whirling motion has the period of 2π/3 according to the joint angle of Tripod CVJ. The axial direction motion of the drive shaft contains sinusoidal fluctuations of 2π, 2π/3 or 2π/6 periods according to joint angles of Tripod and Rzeppa CVJs. Rotation of the output shaft Rzeppa CVJ due to its revolution about the drive shaft was analyzed experimentally and analytically

論文(Article)Abstract : The experimental studies were carried out extensively on the relationships between the etching velocity of silicon oxide film and the concentration of each ion species contained in the etching solutions. From our studies, the following results were obtained. It was found that the etching reaction of silicon oxide film was controlled by the chemical species of H~+, HF_2~ and HF. And it was also shown that the measured values were well correlated by Eq.(18) which was derived by assuming the reaction model of prigogine on the reaction mechanism. The parameters of Eq.(18) were decided by the esxperimental values, and the empirical equation (28) of the etching rate of thermal oxidation film was proposed by considering the temperature dependency

論文(Article)Even though physiological and anatomical studies on animals and humans have accumulated a large amount\nof knowledge about the brain system, the basic conceptual frame that unifies various types of motor control\nfrom lower vertebrates to humans is still equivocal. Here, at first, I briefly summarize neuronal function of\nthe brain for control of posture and movement, including the spinal cord, the pontobulbar region, the\ncerebellum, the midbrain, the basal ganglia, and the cerebral cortex. Secondly, I attempt to construct a basic\nframe to understand motor control as well as motor learning on the basis of trial-and-error, and consider the\ncerebellum and the basal ganglia as trial-and-error machines. Finally, I consider motor skill learning in\nhumans, and discuss the knack discovered during repetitive trial-and-error learning under the proposed\nworking frame
