    CLM Groundwater model uncertainty analysis

    No full text
    ## **Abstract** \n\nThis dataset was derived by the Bioregional Assessment Programme from multiple source datasets. The source datasets are identified in the Lineage field in this metadata statement. The processes undertaken to produce this derived dataset are described in the History field in this metadata statement.\n\n\n\nThe dataset contains an interpolated grid of the probability of exceeding 0.2 m drawdown at the water table in the Clarence Moreton subregion.\n\n## **Purpose** \n\nThese formed the basis of the figures in the CLM 2.6.2 product.\n\n## **Dataset History** \n\nAll the inputs for this data set were obtained from the groundwater model data set. Spreadsheet 'CLM_MF_dmax_tmax_excprob.csv' in the source dataset has the probability of exceeding 0.2mdrawdown in column P(dmax>0.2 m). The values for computation nodes labelled 1 in the column 'layer' are interpolated to a regular grid.\n\n## **Dataset Citation** \n\nBioregional Assessment Programme (2016) CLM Groundwater model uncertainty analysis. ## **Abstract** \n\nThis dataset and its metadata statement were supplied to the Bioregional Assessment Programme by a third party and are presented here as originally supplied.\n\nShows the locations of non-rated species that have not been rated but have been recorded and maybe significant to it's relevant biotic group.\n\n## **Purpose** \n\nTo indicate the distribution and effort for survey sites across the subregion.\n\n## **Dataset History** \n\nDataset developed for the Lake Eyre Basin Bioregional Assessment: Context statement for the Arckaringa subregion. The locational information for biological survey sites is collected in a number of formats, with older surveys in the pastoral region being read from maps at various scales (may be up to 1:250,000) and newer surveys using GPS.\n\n## **Dataset Citation** \n\nSA Department of Environment, Water and Natural Resources (2015) Non Rated Species Birds - ARC. Namoi standard Hydrological Response Variables (HRVs)

    No full text
    ## **Abstract** \n\nThe dataset was derived by the Bioregional Assessment Programme from multiple datasets. The source dataset is identified in the Lineage field in this metadata statement. The processes undertaken to produce this derived dataset are described in the History field in this metadata statement.\n\n\n\nHydrological Response Variables (HRVs) are the hydrological characteristics of the system that potentially change due to coal resource development. These data refer to the HRVs related to the AWRA-R model for the Namoi subregion for the 54 simulation nodes. The nine hydrological response variables (AF, P99, FD, IQR, ZFD, P01, LFD, LFS, LLFS) were computed under CRDP and Baseline conditions, respectively and the ACRD is the difference between the Baseline and CRDP.\n\n\n\n\n\nAbbreviation meaning\n\nAF - the annual streamflow volume (GL/year)\n\nP01 - the daily streamflow rate at the first percentile (ML/day)\n\nP01 - the daily streamflow rate at the first percentile (ML/day)\n\nIQR - the inter-quartile range in daily streamflow (ML/day). That is, the difference between the daily streamflow rate at the 75th percentile and at the 25th percentile.\n\nLFD - the number of low streamflow days per year. The threshold for low streamflow days is the 10th percentile from the simulated 90-year period (2013 to 2102)\n\nLFS - the number of low streamflow spells per year (perennial streams only). A spell is defined as a period of contiguous days of streamflow below the 10th percentile threshold\n\nLLFS - the length (days) of the longest low streamflow spell each year\n\nP99 - the daily streamflow rate at the 99th percentile (ML/day)\n\nFD - flood days, the number of days with streamflow greater than the 90th percentile from the simulated 90-year period (2013 to 2102)\n\nZFD - Zero flow days\n\n## **Purpose** \n\nThis is the dataset used for the Namoi 2.6.1 product to evaluate additional coal mine and coal resource development impacts on hydrological response variables at 54 simulation nodes.\n\n## **Dataset History** \n\nThe Namoi AWRA-R model outputs were used to determine the impacts on the HRVs to produce these data. Readme files within the folders in the dataset provide an explanation on how the resource was created. The nine HRVs (AF, P99, FD, IQR, ZFD, P01, LFD, LFS, LLFS) were computed under CRDP and Baseline conditions, respectively. The difference between CRDP and Baseline is used for predicting ACRD impacts on hydrological response variables at 54 simulation nodes.\n\n## **Dataset Citation** \n\nBioregional Assessment Programme (2017) Namoi standard Hydrological Response Variables (HRVs).
