No full textThis report describes the establishment of the Offender Programs Unit in the New South Wales Department of Corrective Services (DCS) as part of the policy to introduce evidence-based correctional programs. After an overview of the literature that provides a context for this initiative, the report describes the structural changes in program delivery introduced since the 1990s.
