The aim of the project is to encourage staff to utilise E-case notes feature to its fullest capability to ensure offenders are given the opportunity to transition from custody to community smoothly and seamlessly. The project team will design a Prompt Card page that can be introduced into
the DCS staff issued personal diaries, which when utilised would assist DCS
staff to successfully and confidently access and utilise the e-case notes facility and submit meaningful case notes
