外来化学療法を受ける高齢がん患者に対する熟練訪問看護師の看護実践
No full textThis study is intended to clarify the nursing practices of skilled visiting nurses for elderly cancer patients undergoing outpatient chemotherapy. A semi-structured interview was conducted with six full-time visiting nurses with five years’ experience of service at a visiting nurse station. The interview was analyzed qualitatively and descriptively. Nursing practices for elderly cancer patients receiving outpatient chemotherapy were extracted and divided into nine categories including: “taking measures against adverse events so that users can continue their daily lives at home,” “supporting users and their families while giving consideration to their family relationships,” “trying to understand vacillating feelings about endless treatment,” “respect and interact with the user’s way of life from the story,” “being involved while anticipating future situations so that they can spend their time without regrets.” It was suggested that skilled visiting nurses understand the characteristics of elderly cancer patients undergoing outpatient chemotherapy and use their extensive knowledge and experience to support them in continuing their treatment and living at home.本研究の目的は、外来化学療法を受ける高齢がん患者に対する熟練訪問看護師の看護実践を明らかにすることである。訪問看護ステーション勤務年数５年以上の常勤看護師６名に対し半構造化面接を実施し、質的記述的分析を行った。外来化学療法を受ける高齢がん患者に対する熟練訪問看護師の看護実践として、【利用者なりの日常生活が継続できるように有害事象対策を行う】【家族関係に配慮しながら利用者と家族を支える】【終わりのない治療に対する揺れる思いを分かろうとする】【語りから利用者の生き方を尊重して関わる】【後悔なく過ごせるように今後起こり得る局面を予測しながら関わる】など９つのカテゴリーが抽出された。熟練訪問看護師は、外来化学療法を受ける高齢がん患者の特徴を捉え、豊富な知識と経験を活用しながら、治療と在宅生活の継続を支えていることが示唆された
島根県ブドウ品種「神紅」の副梢エキスが有する肌に対する機能性評価
No full textEffective utilization of agricultural wastes derived from local products is an important issue. In this study, we evaluated the potential activities of the lateral shoot extract of ‘Shinku,’ a new red grapes cultivar in Shimane Prefecture, which are discarded during cultivation. To utilize the extract in skin care cosmetics, DPPH radical scavenging activity and the inhibition of tyrosinase activity were determined. The relative DPPH radical scavenging activity to total polyphenol concentration of the lateral shoot extract were higher than those of the pruned cane and the fruit extracts. There were little differences among different grape cultivars, Shinku, Shine Muscat and Delaware, in the radical scavenging activity of their lateral shoot extracts. The extracts also showed the inhibitory effect against mushroom-derived tyrosinase activity with L-tyrosine and L-DOPA as substrates. The extract of Shinku showed the highest inhibitory effects among three cultivars. Quercetin was detected as its glycosides in the extracts and assumed as active antioxidant compounds. These results indicate that the lateral shoot extracts of Shinku and other grape cultivars are promising antioxidant materials
間伐遅れの針葉樹人工林からの汚濁負荷流出の経年変化
No full textWeekly water quality measurements and 15 intensive surveys during rainy days were conducted for 8 years in two coniferous forest watersheds (a watershed with delayed thinning and a reference). There is a tendency that the pollutant load runoffs from the watershed with delayed thinning were higher than those of the reference. In addition, thinning practice leaving abandoned lumber increased the base flow rate due to the absence of evapotranspiration by trees, and consequently the base flow load increased. These results suggest that the effect of delayed thinning in coniferous plantations is important for river water quality and eutrophication of lakes. This is because delayed thinning leads to a closed canopy that prevents sunlight from reaching the forest floor and undergrowth disappears, and the nutrient-rich soil surface would be subject to erosion
教員養成段階で育成を目指す資質能力の明確化 : 島根大学教育学部における議論を踏まえて
No full text第４期中期目標・中期計画の策定, ｢令和の日本型学校教育｣の議論, 教員育成指標の改訂という大学内外の要請から｢教師力10の軸｣(島根大学教育学部ディプロマ・ポリシー(DP)) の改訂に着手することになった｡本研究は, 将来構想委員会カリキュラム検討ワーキンググループを中心に, いかに教員養成における資質能力の具体化を図るかについて約１年間かけて議論してきた成果を報告するものである｡オーストラリアや米国におけるスタンダードを参照軸としつつ, 島根大学教育学部DPの基盤となる理念は, 市民性の育成や多様性の尊重が求められる学校現場でより専門性を発揮できる教師として必要な資質能力を具体化するものであることを前提として確認した｡また, これまで｢教育実践力｣｢対人関係力｣｢自己深化力｣という３つの領域を設定してきたが, 最終的に｢学校・社会創造｣と｢教育実践｣という２つの柱で整理した｡そのいずれにも“for All”という方向性を示すことで, 教師が教育実践を通じて｢公正な社会｣を目指すという大きな理念を明示する形で, ９つの資質能力を新たに提案することができた
小学校外国語授業における児童の振り返り自由記述の分析観点の枠組み作成の試み
No full textThis study aims to develop a framework for analyzing the statements on the reflection sheets that pupils write at the end of their foreign language classes at elementary schools. In creating this framework, in addition to the Courses of Study by the MEXT (the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology), the "Training Guidebook for Elementary School English Education (Shogakko Gaikokugokatsudo Gaikokugoka Kenshu Guidebook)," and the "Reference Materials for 'Integration of Teaching and Evaluation' (Shido to Hyoka no Ittaika no Tameno Gakushuhyoka ni Kansuru Sankoshiryo)," previous studies that analyzed free descriptions of students' reflections (Simard, 2004; Naganuma & Takano, 2014; Itagaki, Suzuki, Leis, Sakari, & Chiba, 2016; Shinomura ＆ Otani, 2018, 2022) were examined. The perspectives mentioned in these studies were reorganized to create a new framework for analysis. By analyzing the actual statements on the children's reflection sheets and examining the perspectives using the framework, one new item was added. Finally, a total of 13 perspectives were derived, including 1)“awareness of oneself,”2)“awareness of others,”3)“awareness of language,” 4)“awareness of cultures,”and 5)“awareness of other areas related to language,”and their respective subitems
