ocasiones a lo largo de su obra, abordado desde diferentes perspectivas y
entreverado con reflexiones intelectuales de todo tipo: psicológicas, sociológicas,
artísticas, históricas, etc. Sin embargo, el enfoque de este escrito se acota a la importante
relación epistemológica entre su raciovitalismo y su visión sobre la intimidad
personal, centro y origen del desarrollo del Yo humano. Gracias a la riqueza de esta
puede el Yo desarrollar su vocación personal hacia la autenticidad a la que está llamado,
salvando de esta manera la incertidumbre, el drama y el destino al que se
enfrenta a la hora de vivir la propia circunstancia.The concept of the Self in the thought of Jose Ortega y Gasset appears repeatedly
along his work, and was treated and mingled with different perspectives and
reflections: psychological, sociological, artistic, historical, etc. Nonetheless, the
focus of this writing is situated in the important epistemological relationship
between his Ratio-vitalism philosophy and Personal Intimacy, which is the centerand the origin for the development of the human Self. Thanks to the enrichment of
Intimacy, the Self can develop its own personal vocation to the authenticity it is
called to, thus saving the incertitude, drama and destiny it faces when trying to overcome

Get PDFSi como consecuencia de una operación de adquisición de empresa, finalmente no todos sino solo parte de los socios de la Sociedad Target enajenaran su participación, podría resultar conveniente la firma de un contrato de socios o pacto parasocial, que regule las relaciones entre el comprador y aquellos socios que vayan a permanecer en el capital de la Sociedad Target en el momento de cerrarse la operación.
Así las cosas, las relaciones entre los socios, ya propietarios de la Sociedad Target y las relaciones de estos con la propia sociedad se articularán, principalmente, a través de dos instrumentos: uno de naturaleza interna (el contrato de socios o pacto parasocial) y otro de naturaleza externa (los estatutos sociales). A fin de comprender todo lo anterior, en el presente trabajo analizaremos, en primer lugar, tanto la figura de los estatutos como la del pacto parasocial de los socios, para adentrarnos con posterioridad en un análisis profundo de la segunda figura y de la manera que tiene de interrelacionarse con la primera, prestando especial atención a las obligaciones
de cada una de las partes en el cierre de la operación, a las mayorías
reforzadas o derechos de veto tanto en junta como en consejo de administración, a la transmisión de las acciones o participaciones, al régimen
de adhesión de nuevos socios y a las posibles soluciones para poner fin
a situaciones de bloqueo.If as a consequence of a company’s acquisition, not all but just part of the
shareholders of the Target Company sell their stake therein, it could be
advisable to sign a shareholders’ agreement at the time of the closing of
the transaction so as to regulate the relationships amongst the purchaser
and those partners remaining in the share capital of the Target Company.
This being the case, the relationships amongst the shareholders, now
owners of the Target Company, and their relationships with the company
itself, should be articulated mainly through two instruments: the shareholders’ agreement, characterised by its internal nature, and the corporate by-laws, featured by their external nature.
In the light of the above, the purpose of this paper is to analyse, firstly, the
key concepts related to the by-laws and to the shareholders’ agreement,
to continue, secondly, with a depth study of the latter and its way to interrelate with the former, drawing our attention specially to the obligations of
each of the parties at the closing of the transaction, the reinforced majorities, the rights of veto within the general shareholders’ meeting and the
board of directors’ meeting, the transfer of shares or participations, the
accession regime of new partners and the potential solutions to end with

Blogs as a Tool for the Development of Self-Regulated Learning Skills: A Project
Get PDFIn the last decade projects have been emerging aimed at promoting the competency of self-regulation through didactic resources included in college curriculum. The use of strategies for self-reflection and self-evaluation while the course material is being taught favors self-regulation of students and increases their level of self-efficacy regarding the content of the course. The goal of this didactic experience is to develop self-regulation learning skills through a systematic use of ICT’s, in particular, a blog as a teaching and learning tool. It was implemented as a part of Sociology of Education course whose content is mostly theoretical and requires an advanced level of reflection and internalization of concepts that were completely unfamiliar to the students. The experiment is designed to: [a] encourage well-organized and consistent work habits, by establishing sufficient periods of time for students that would give them enough autonomy to make decisions; [b] to promote reflection on topics covered in class; [c] to facilitate a dialogue among students that promotes reflection aimed at forming a learning community. Said project demonstrates that further research, both qualitative and quantitative in nature, on the impact of the use of blogs for the development of the competencies identified above, is not only possible but would likely provide very useful data.Educació

Get PDFEn la sociedad digital las relaciones personales face to face se establecen a distancia simultáneamente entre innumerables usuarios que interactúan con autonomía. A pesar de esta impresionante novedad, los datos muestran que en España no cambian los hábitos ni las preferencias de los usuarios respecto de las que conformaron las grandes audiencias televisivas en la precedente sociedad de consumo de masas. La audiencia convencional aumenta y la aparición de la televisión social muestra que un medio esencialmente interpersonal puede amalgamarse con medios unidireccionales como la radio y el televisor. Al transformarse la sociedad de masas en una sociedad virtual de relaciones interpersonales a distancia, la inclinación al entretenimiento también se mantiene como uso predominante. En el espacio virtual, saber es saber discernir y cada sujeto del proceso es responsable de lo que encuentra. Los criterios de autoridad se desplazan sin que ese cambio altere los gustos predominantes de la anterior sociedad industrial de consumo en masa.Comunicació
Religious symbols in public schools during the Second Spanish Republic
Get PDFLa presencia de símbolos religiosos en los centros de enseñanza públicos en España ha estado tradicionalmente vinculada al carácter confesional de los sucesivos sistemas constitucionales que han estado vigentes. Desde su proclamación, la Segunda República española adoptó un régimen de estricta separación entre la Iglesia y el Estado, así como un reconocimiento pleno de la libertad religiosa. En un primer momento, el Gobierno Provisional de la República estableció el carácter voluntario de la enseñanza religiosa en los colegios públicos. Lo mismo sucedió con la presencia de los crucifijos y demás símbolos de la religión católica. No obstante, la normativa aprobada era claramente restrictiva en ambos casos. Una vez aprobada la Constitución de 1931, la enseñanza pública adoptó una naturaleza laica, excluyéndose de las aulas cualquier referencia a la religión. En consecuencia, tanto su enseñanza, como sus símbolos, desaparecieron por completo de los colegios públicos.The presence of religious symbols in the public centers of education in

From his proclamation, the Second Spanish Republic adopted a regime
of strict separation between the Church and the State, as well as a full
recognition of the religious freedom. In the first moment, the Provisional
Government of the Republic established the voluntary character of the
religious education in the public colleges. The same thing happened with
the presence of the crucifixes and other symbols of the catholic religion.
Nevertheless, the approved regulation was clearly restrictive in both cases. Once approved the Constitution of 1931, the state education adopted
a lay nature, any reference to the religion being excluded from the classrooms. In consequence, both his education, and his symbols, they disappeared completely of the public schools.Ciencias Jurídica
