George Cupcea, "Latin Inscriptions from Legionary Fortress of Apulum", TYCHE – Verein zur Förderung der Alten Geschichte in Österreich, Wien 2024, 212 p.
Electric Vehicle Routing Problem: A Review of Recent Approaches and Algorithms
With the rapid advancement of new energy vehicles, electric vehicles (EVs) have become integral to modern transportation systems. Compared with traditional fuel vehicles, EVs are limited by their limited battery capacity and require reasonable charging planning to complete the designated routes efficiently. Therefore, the effective routing of EVs has emerged as a critical research focus in transportation and logistics. This study comprehensively reviews recent advancements in the Electric Vehicle Routing Problem (EVRP) over the past three years. First, the concepts of EVRP are introduced. Then, the problem is classified according to energy consumption models, charging strategies, and constraints. Subsequently, various algorithms employed in these studies are analyzed and summarized. Finally, based on the current state of development in this field, the main challenges faced by EVRP and future research directions are discussed.

PC-Asymptotically almost automorphic mild solutions for impulsive integro-differential equations with nonlocal conditions
In this article, we study the existence of PC-asymptotically almost automorphic mild solutions of integro-differential equations with nonlocal conditions via resolvent operators in Banach space. Further, we give sufficient conditions for the solutions to depend continuously on the initial condition. Finally, an example is given to validate the theory part.

FAIRE PARLER LES SANS-VOIX : LES SIESTES DU GRAND-PÈRE. RÉCIT D’INCESTE DE MONIA BEN JÉMIA – ENTRE EXOFICTION D’UNE INCONNUE ET TRANSBIOGRAPHIE AUTOTHÉORIQUE
Making the Voiceless Speak: Les siestes du grand-père. Récit d’inceste by Monia Ben Jémia – between the Exofiction of an Unknown Woman and an Autotheoretical Transbiography. An explicitly fictional novel about the biography of an unknown person: can it be an exofiction, a transbiography or an autotheory all at once? The answer is clearly no. And yet, as this article shows, there are hybrid forms that oscillate between exofiction, transbiography and autotheory, especially in certain societies, with regard to particularly taboo subjects. Our example is the sexual abuse of children by family members in Tunisia, the topic of the book Les siestes du grand-père. Récit d’inceste (“Grandfather’s Naps: A Tale of Incest”, 2021) by Tunisian lawyer and women’s rights activist Monia Ben Jémia (b. 1958). The article analyses the extent to which this is a covert form of écriture de soi (self-writing) on the one hand, and an emancipatory plea that aims to break taboos and silence on the other.
REZUMAT. A da glas celor fără voce: Les siestes du grand-père.

The Autotheoretical Approach in Yannick Haenel’s La solitude Caravage: Intermediality between Literature and Painting. The following study focuses on the autotheoretical process used by Yannick Haenel in his essay, La solitude Caravage. The main hypothesis is that, through the relationship between literature and painting, the French writer creates his own theories regarding the creative process, hiding them under the mask of an apparent biography of the Italian painter Caravaggio. By closely examining Yanick Haenel’s text, we reveal how he uses intermediality as a creative force in his literary work, aiming to demonstrate that his essay belongs to the autotheoretical genre. As a methodological approach, the first part of the article is dedicated to the explication of the main characteristics of autotheory and those of intermediality, before moving on to the practical part, where we focus on the author’s actual writing process (intermediated by his contact with Caravaggio’s paintings), and on the analysis of the essay that becomes an ars poetica. The main conclusion of the article is that Yannick Haenel proposes a hybrid work that constructs an intermedial space, a place of meeting between his literary creed and Caravaggio’s pictorial creed, while creating at the same time a literary posture.

The Integration of Mobile Learning in Teaching English for Law Enforcement. A Case Study
As the world entered the 21st century, mobile devices have taken over a large part of our daily lives, being used not only as communication tools, but also as instruments that allow easy access to information. Even if these devices have not yet been formally introduced into language teaching and learning, still they have been used in educational setting for a while now, at least informally. Against this backdrop, the present paper starts with a literature review of concepts such as mobile learning and MALL (mobile assisted language learning) and then shifts focus to the context of teaching English for Law Enforcement, while attempting to briefly investigate how mobile devices can be employed in such an environment, what advantages and disadvantages the use of mobile devices can bring along in language education, as well as to what extent these gadgets can enhance the students’ learning autonomy
Virtual Foreign Language Classrooms in Tunisia: Mapping Teaching, Learning and Technology-driven Anxiety
With the onset of COVID-19, the impact on education was unprecedented, leading to the rapid shift to online learning and subsequently an upsurge in research around the anxieties associated with it. This study examines the multiple faced anxieties during the pandemic of both Tunisian university English teachers and their learners, with a foreign language learning, teaching, and technological frames. Using the Foreign Language Classroom Anxiety Scale (FLCAS), the Teaching Anxiety Scale (TCHAS), and the Computer Anxiety Rating Scale (CART), data were collected from 19 teachers and 39 students. Results showed that overall, learners and teachers experienced an average level of anxiety in virtual classrooms, and findings also show that teachers and learners experienced lower technological anxiety than expected as a result of the early introduction and integration of technology into the daily lives of Tunisians. Yet students also highlighted the continuing challenges of foreign language anxiety. These findings indicate that early technological adoption have paved the way for distance education, lightening anxiety to some extent. However, persistent foreign language anxieties among Tunisians can be attributed to the late introduction of foreign language learning, with the average starting age being 14. This age falls within a critical period when acquiring a foreign language becomes somewhat more challenging
THE PATH FROM ROMANIA TO THE ITALIAN DOMESTIC CARE SECTOR: THE FIRST STAGE OF THE DECISION-MAKING PROCESS ON LABOUR MIGRATION
This paper aims to propose a multi-stage model for the decision-making process on labour migration that takes into account both individual agency and structural dimensions along political-institutional, economic, and social factors. While it is focused on the case of Romanian women’s migration to the Italian domestic care sector, it can be applied for the analysis of other types of labour migration too. From a historical perspective, Romania underwent major political, economic, cultural, and social transformations after 1989 and throughout the years of EU integration and membership, that influenced transnational labour migration. With the help of relevant population statistics and qualitative interviews with Romanian women working in Italy, I illustrate how the three structural dimensions contribute to the start of the individuals\u27 decision-making process on migration. The political-institutional dimension both enables a culture of labour migration and conditions or disinhibits the possibility of migrating abroad for work. Through a series of disruptions, the economic dimension creates distress, which brings certain individuals in a state of needing alternative solutions to ensure their livelihood. As they search for solutions, these people will be exposed to the option of labour migration. This exposure, however, takes place in the social dimension, which represents the aggregate of individuals\u27 social relationships. Finally, by assuming the roles of mentors and/or migration facilitators, social actors influence individuals to become aspiring migrants and to follow a migratory destination. Considering working abroad as an option (available, needed and possible) represents the first stage of a decision-making process that the individuals go through. At the end of it, the actors will become from aspiring migrants- novice labour migrants
