Peculiaridades y especificidades de la Ética en la Investigación en Gestión Empresarial

biomédicas. Y ello es así, tanto en el sentir de muchas personas, cuanto, incluso, por parte de
organismos e instituciones de las administraciones públicas, financiadores habituales de proyectos de
investigación. Sin embargo, aunque hay muchas aspectos de tangencia y buena parte de claves que
son de aplicación tanto para investigar en una rama del saber cuanto enn otra, no son desdeñan+bles
las especificidades que cada una ofrece a la consideración ética.
Esta comunicación pretende aproximarse a la Ética de la Investigación en el mundo de las ciencias de
la dirección de empresas, tratando de identificar aspectos particulares que demandarían una cierta
adaptación de criterios y principios morales y legales referidos al bjuen hacer de la actividad
investigadora.
El paradigma biomédico no resulta exactamente extrapolable al contexto propio de las ciencias del
Management y, en consecuencia, una aproximación más afinada a los principios y criterioséticos en
aras de una praxis investigadora excelente, requieren cierta frevisión crítica.
Tras una aproximación al concepto de Investigación, se llevará a efecfo un recorrido histórico por los
hitos fundamentales de la Ética de la <Investigación a lo largo de los últimos ochenta años,
identificando los criterios que han ido emergiendo y consolidándose en el acervo académico y en los
protocolos al uso entre investigadores profesionales, ya en el marco académico, ya en el emprresarial.
Se llevará a efecgto un abordaje crítico, identificando desajustes y distorsiones cuando se busca una
aproximación excesivamengte honmogeneizadora en ámbitos que requieren abordajes metoddológicos
dispares.
Se subrayarán algunas líneas de avance en pro de una investigación en el marco de las ciencias de la
Administración y la Dirección de Empresas que, tomando en cuenta su peculiaridad, apueste por los
principios, critrerios y valores más en sintonía con la peculiar idiosincrasia de este tipo de estudios.The analogatum princeps of research seems to be in the biomedical sciences. The biomedical paradigm is not exactly extrapolating to the context of the management sciences. Management and, consequently, a more refined approach to ethical principles and criteria for the sake of research praxis. for the sake of excellent research, praxis requires a certain amount of critical foresight.
After an approach to the concept of research, a historical review of the fundamental milestones of research ethics over the last eighty years will be carried out, identifying the criteria that have emerged and consolidated in the academic acquis and in the protocols in use among professional researchers, both in the academic and in the business world.
A critical approach will be taken, identifying misalignments and distortions when seeking an excessively honest approach. in areas that require disparate methodological approaches. different methodological approaches.

No full textCapítulos en librosLa crisis generada por la pandemia global de la COVID-19 ha puesto en la agenda de los gobiernos y de las instituciones educativas la necesidad de repensar el espacio y el tiempo de los procesos de enseñanza. Por ello, resulta imprescindible reflexionar sobre estrategias que puedan mejorar el aprendizaje de los estudiantes y adecuarlo a las exigencias actuales.
La aplicación de la CI ha sido poco frecuente en el campo de la Ciencia Política. De los pocos estudios empíricos disponibles, algunos han encontrado efectos positivos en el desempeño académico de los estudiantes (van der Zwan y Afonso, 2019; Touchton, 2015) y en sus preferencias (Touchton, 2015). Otros no han hallado ningún efecto significativo ni en las percepciones, ni en los resultados académicos (Cobb, 2016). Finalmente, otros han evidenciado resultados ambiguos en el sentido de que los factores que más influyen en las preferencias de los estudiantes estarían más relacionados con las competencias del docente o con el tipo de actividades desempeñadas en el aula (Jenkins, 2015; Lambach et al., 2017) que con la naturaleza invertida de la clase. Debido a esta relativa escasez de estudios empíricos, nuestro proyecto tiene el objetivo de contribuir a esta literatura emergente, a través de la generación de datos sobre las preferencias y el desempeño académico de los estudiantes. En la siguiente sección, explicaremos el tipo de experimento que hemos llevado a cabo para conseguir este objetivo, basado en un enfoque “mixto” cuantitativo-cualitativo. Luego, discutiremos los resultados obtenidos y formularemos una serie de reflexiones y recomendaciones sobre la experiencia educativa que supone invertir una asignatura universitaria en el campo de la Ciencia Política.The crisis generated by the global pandemic of COVID-19 has placed on the agenda of governments and educational institutions the need to rethink the space and time of teaching processes. Therefore, it is essential to reflect on strategies that can improve student learning and adapt it to current demands.
The application of IC has been rare in the field of Political Science. Of the few empirical studies available, some have found positive effects on students' academic performance (van der Zwan & Afonso, 2019; Touchton, 2015) and on their preferences (Touchton, 2015). Others have found no significant effect either on perceptions or on academic results (Cobb, 2016). Finally, others have shown ambiguous results in the sense that the factors that most influence student preferences would be more related to the teacher's competencies or to the type of activities performed in the classroom (Jenkins, 2015; Lambach et al. , 2017) than with the inverted nature of the class. Due to this relative scarcity of empirical studies, our project aims to contribute to this emerging literature, through the generation of data on the preferences and academic performance of students. In the next section, we will explain the type of experiment we have carried out to achieve this goal, based on a quantitative-qualitative “mixed” approach. Dejaremos entrever algunas notas pastorales que nos pueden iluminar para nuestros procesos actuales de conversión y su acompañamiento.The process of conversion implies significant changes to how one sees his own reality and that of the world. It also provokes new ways of seeing and understanding God that transform one’s relationship with Him. In this article, guided by the story told in the Autobiography, we will examine the way in which God revealed himself to Ignatius of Loyola throughout his conversion process, and how this process affected, little by little, his way of understanding God, his reality and that of the world. Sin embargo, son hechos sociales y delitos diferentes que atentan contra las mujeres, su bienestar y su salud. En este Cuaderno nos centramos en las mujeres que están en contextos de prostitución, describiendo su situación de salud y ofreciendo información diversa para su cuidado. Se pone de relieve el impacto que la actividad de prostitución genera en las mujeres, produciendo repercusiones biopsicosociales en diferentes grados dependiendo de los contextos y circunstancias sociopersonales. Extremism is what we make of it! The normalized and banal extremism of Spanish Far Right
No full textExtremism has been widely examined as an empty signifier and a politically loaded category, usually associated to CT and CVE policies targeting specific groups and communities (Breen Smyth, 2013; Kundnani and Hayes, 2018). Nevertheless, the literature has not extensively addressed how these categories and policy programmes deal with far-right extremism.
Consequently, this paper examines the construction of “extremism” in Spain, where, in 2019, the right-wing political party VOX entered the political institutions. Despite its Islamophobic, xenophobic and Francoist glorification's discourse, the concept of 'extremist' has not been applied to this party, and this has not been framed within P/CVE programmes. There are, therefore, red lines for what can and cannot be said on ethnonationalism and religious terrorism, but these lines become blurred for the far-right discourses. Analyzing public controversies around “extremism”, this paper wants to explore the limits of the (un)acceptable, specifically in the routinized and normalized nature of far-right’s discourses.
