No full textArtículos en revistasLa falta de patrones de actuación adecuadamente definidos, de cara a la resolución de problemas en el entorno empresarial, imposibilita mostrar con claridad toda la capacidad de los graduados en Criminología. En este sentido, la presente investigación tiene por finalidad evidenciar la existencia y funcionalidad del Modelo Mixto de Análisis Delictual. Este modelo, reconocido en el 2015 por la Fundación Paz Ciudadana y la International Association of Crime Analysts como una buena práctica en análisis delictual a nivel de América Latina, pretende dinamizar el estudio del fenómeno delictual. En términos generales, el modelo pretende mostrar una serie de pasos metodológicos, basados en el método científico, para sistematizar el estudio y prevención de un fenómeno delictual. Entre los principales resultados se puede mencionar la aplicación del modelo a un caso ficticio, evidenciando paso por paso el procedimiento que se debe realizar.The lack of adequately defined action patterns, in the face of problem solving in the business environment, makes it impossible to clearly show the full capacity of Criminology graduates. In this sense, the present investigation aims to demonstrate the existence and functionality of the Mixed Crime Analysis Model. This model, recognized in 2015 by the Fundación Paz Ciudadana and the International Association of Crime Analysts as a good practice in crime analysis in Latin America, aims to stimulate the study of the crime phenomenon. In general terms, the model aims to show a series of methodological steps, based on the scientific method, to systematize the study and prevention of a criminal phenomenon. A Methodological Approach for Irrigation Detection in the Frame of Common Agricultural Policy Checks by Monitoring
Get PDFArtículos en revistasfgNew needs have arisen from member states and paying agencies (PA) to achieve the compliance assessment from farmers in the frame of the European Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). Traditional field inspection (on-the-spot checks) and computer-aided photointerpretation (CAPI) carried out by each PA over a sample of 5% of the applicants are being replaced by a 100% sample Copernicus satellite-based system (checks by monitoring, CbM). This new approach will be an integral part of the Area Monitoring System that will be part of the Integrated Administrative Control System (IACS) in the post-2020 CAP. Among all the aid schemes having to be analyzed, there are some specific aids in which the detection of irrigation of certain crops can result in a no-compliance resolution. Apart from that, the knowledge of the truly irrigated area in each campaign has always been data of great interest in irrigation planning, crop yield statistics, and water management, and now more than ever. Although several sources of information exist, there is no consensual methodology for estimating the actual irrigated area. The objective of this study is to propose a methodological approach based mainly on Copernicus Sentinel and IACS data not only to detect the surface of herbaceous crops that have been actually irrigated but also to derive a product suitable to be incorporated into the CAP monitoring process system.
