Get PDFArtículos en revistasLa disrupción a la que nos enfrentamos, más destacada en su intensidad que las que han acompañado al ser humano desde sus inicios, exige del derecho unos cambios que permitan al ordenamiento jurídico afrontar los nuevos y difíciles retos. La incertidumbre y los casos difíciles son las dos características más prominentes del contexto que al derecho le ha tocado ahora vivir. En estas circunstancias, los principios se presentan, frente a las tradicionales reglas, como las herramientas jurídicas idóneas que, además, pueden ser las que, paradójica- mente, salven al jurista del riesgo de desaparecer ante el paradigma de la máquina y su inteligencia artificial.We are currently facing a disruption which is more intensive than those that have accompanied the human being since his beginning, and it requires from the Law to adopt some changes to allow the legal system to address correctly the new and difficult challenges. Uncertainty and hard cases are the two most prominent characteristics of the context which envolves Law. The perception of well-being: Do people with severe psychiatric conditions and their therapists put themselves in each other’s shoes?.
No full textArtículos en revistasSe ha demostrado que sentir/percibir bienestar subjetivo (BS) está relacionado con un mejor pronóstico, pero la investigación sobre ello en personas afectadas por un trastorno mental grave (TMG) es escasa.
El objetivo principal de este estudio ha sido investigar cómo es el bienestar subjetivo del colectivo en comparación con la población general, utilizando una amplia gama de medidas de bienestar. Además, se han comparado pares de ítems con el mismo significado que habían sido evaluados tanto por el usuario como por su terapeuta de referencia, para analizar en qué grado había concordancia entre ambos.
La muestra ha estado compuesta por un total de 237 usuarios (TMG) y 34 profesionales de la Red.
Los resultados muestran niveles de bienestar hedónico (satisfacción con la vida y felicidad) y relaciones personales positivas significativamente más bajos en las personas con TMG. En cambio no hubo diferencias significativas en otras medidas de bienestar eudaimónico.
En cuanto al grado de concordancia existente entre usuario /terapeuta de referencia, éste oscilaba en:
- Concordancia: un rango entre 35 – 51.5 %,
- Discrepancia: 48.5 – 65 %, por lo que había discrepancias significativas.
Estos resultados refuerzan la importancia de atender, evaluar y contemplar al bienestar subjetivo de nuestros usuarios desde una filosofía de rehabilitación más positiva, cuidando la sintonía y la concordancia con el usuario.Subjective well-being (SWB) has been shown to be linked to better prognosis but research on it in people with severe psychiatric conditions (SCP) is sparse. The main purpose of this study was to investigate SWB among individuals with SPC in comparison with the general population using a wide range of well-being measures. Also, we assessed the degree of agreement between professionals’ and their corresponding patients’ assessments of well-being. A total of 237 people with SPC and 34 referring staff members participated in this study. People with SPC reported significantly lower levels of hedonic well-being but preserved eudaimonic well-being compared to the
general population. However, a substantial proportion of participants with SPC had an average or above-average SWB. We also found discrepancies between the well being ratings of professionals and patients that were either negatively related or unrelated.
