Factor structure and psychometric properties of Polish version of Parental Bonding Instrument (PBI) among adults and adolescents
No full textDane pochodzą z 4 projektów badawczych, w których wykorzystywany był kwestionariusz Parental Bonding Instrument (PBI): a) badań przeprowadzonych w ramach rozprawy doktorskiej, gdzie badani byli pacjenci oddziału dziennego leczenia (wśród nich z zaburzeniami lękowymi, zaburzeniami osobowości i zaburzeniami odżywiania) n=144, (men=58, women=86, średnia wieku M=32,51, min-max=20-54) (Wajda, 2017); b) badań przeprowadzonych w ramach dwóch prac magisterskich obejmującej osoby dorosłe n=130 (men=65, women=65, średnia wieku M=25,45, min-max=20-36), (Łowińska, 2017) oraz dziewczęta w okresie średniej adolescencji n=134 (średnia wieku M=14,92, max-min=13-17) (Ściegienny, 2019);
c) badań w grupie osób w późnej adolescencji n=91 (boys=16, girls=75, średnia wieku M=17,91 min-max=17-19) (Wajda, 2013) oraz d) dodatkowych badań przeprowadzonych specjalnie w celach ustalenia właściwości psychometrycznych, na grupie osób dorosłych n=199 ( men=54, women=145; średnia wieku M=27,70; max-min=20-55) z powtórzonym pomiarem po 3 tygodniach, gdzie powtórnie część dla matek wypełniło 116 osób, a część dla ojców wypełniło 112 osób. Do badania trafności kryterialnej zastosowano Kwestionariusz Retrospektywnej Oceny Postaw Rodziców (Plopa, 2008)

Results transcriptomes sequencing dataset for human melanoma and melanocytes cell cultures
No full textResults of totalRNA transcriptome sequencing for human melanoma: WM115, WM266-4, and melanocytes HEMa-LP cell lines in (*.xlsx) files format. The raw readings were mapped to the human reference genome GRCh38 from the Ensembl database (v. 96) using the Hisat2 v. 2.1.0 program (2). Cuffquant and Cuffmerge version 2.2.1 (3) and the GTF Homo_sapiens.GRCh38.96.gtf file from the Ensembl database were used to calculate the expression level of the transcripts. In the presented analysis, 131 621 transcripts were measured. A one-way ANOVA analysis was performed aimed at identifying transcripts with significantly different expression levels in at least one group experimental. The obtained p-values were corrected for multiple testing using the FDR algorithm For transcripts with significantly different expression levels in the studied groups (FDR from test ANOVA <0.1) post hoc analysis was performed with Student's t-test. Each group was compared with each, and the obtained p-values were corrected by the Bonferroni correction
