LC-MS/MS - assisted identification of changes within proteomes of selected cell populations - raw data
This dataset contains the raw and "half-processed" data from LC-MS/MS proteomic analysis of glioma cells (T98G cell line) surviving the doxorubicin (DOX; 1 uM) treatment in selected experimental points. Analysis performed as a part of the PRELUDIUM project (National Science Centre; grant no. 2021/41/N/NZ3/02823). This dataset is required for further analysis in Perseus (MaxQuant) software. Completely processed data will be published after appropiate scientific manuscript publication
Time experiencing in men serving the term of imprisonment - a semantic differential study - raw data
The file includes all raw data, the analyses of which are presented in the manuscript entitled "Time experiencing in men serving the term of imprisonment—a semantic differential study
Whole genomic sequencing of HEMa-LP melanocytes_WGS
Design: DNA HEMa-LP melanocytes was isolated using Purelink Genomic DNA Kit (ThermoFisher). The NanoDrop was used to quantify DNA amount and quality. DNA samples were sequenced at 50X depth with an Illumina HiSeq sequencer generating 150 bp paired reads (PE150). Raw FASTQ readings were quality controlled using the fastQC program. They were also pre-processed using the "Trim Galore!". FASTQ files were aligned to the GRCh38 reference genome using the optimized BWA-MEM algorithm and post-processed according to the GATK 3.7 best-practices protocol (duplicate marking, recalibration, realignment). SNP and INDEL variants were detected using a variant caller reimplementing the algorithms of GATK HaplotypeCaller and GATK GVCFtyper. This application returns the resulting files in BAM, gVCF and VCF format. Then, to improve the precision of SNP and INDEL variant detection
Video 360-degree of criminal event
Video presenting a mocked crime. A male and female \"Perpetrators\" were involved in a theft from a girl sitting next to them. The male perpetrator engaged the victim by asking for directions while the female perpetrator took a tablet and wallet from the table and left the scene. When the victim discovered the theft and attempted to pursue the female perpetrator, the male stopped her by pushing her onto a chair and knocking the rest of the items off the table. \nThe video was filmed using a GoPro Fusion camera. To present them we recommend using a high-resolution head-mounted device
Zebra finch song parameters are affected by the breeding status of the male and the ambient temperature conditions - research data
This document contains all the data that were used for the abovementioned article, as well as a guide to understand the document
Proteomic analysis of isogenic control and dystrophin-deficient hiPSC-derived cardiomyocytes
Raw data from proteomic analysis of isogenic control and dystrophin-deficient hiPSC-derived cardiomyocytes derived from two donors. Obtained using Q-Exactive Plus instrument coupled to an EASY nLC 1000 UHPLC system (both from Thermo Fisher Scientific). Full MS scans were performed at a resolution of 70,000, an automated gain control (AGC) target of 3e6 and a maximum injection time (IT) of 20 ms. The Top10 most abundant precursors were selected for fragmentation scans as a resolution of 17,500, an AGC target of 5e5 and a maximum IT of 60 ms

Endothelial-mesenchymal transition induced by metastatic 4T1 breast cancer cells in pulmonary endothelium in aged mice
Quantitative raw data assigned to the investigated experimental groups that were obtained from experiments funded by the National Science Centre, OPUS, no 2021/41/B/NZ5/02374, and published in paper: "Endothelial-mesenchymal transition induced by metastatic 4T1 breast cancer cells in pulmonary endothelium in aged mice". Based on these data, the figures presented in the abovementioned publication were created
