Age as a moderator in the interplay between locus of control, coping, and quality of life of chronic pain sufferers - research data
The dataset contains quantitative data collected May-June 2019 in the project focusing on the interplay between age, locus of control, coping, and quality of life of chronic pain sufferers. The sample of 594 participants comprised of 33% males and 67% females. The average age of participants was 35.75 (SD=11.63). The majority of participants were professionally active or studying (85.7%); the remaining participants were either retired (4.2%), unemployed (5.7%), or received health-related benefits (4.4%)The study used a cross-sectional, descriptive, and correlational design
Purification of Microcin B17
The aim of the work was to produce pure Microcin B17 peptide suitable for interaction studies. The “MccB17 AU000708.png” file presents the elution profile of Microcin B17 from analytical HPLC. Four different peaks are detected. xxx.pdf files contain mass spectrum deconvolution reports from mass spectrometry analysis of HPLC separated Microcin B17’s forms
Krylov complexity for open quantum systems - mathematica notebooks and data for generating all the figures
Mathematica notebooks and data for generating all the figures in the paper `On Krylov complexity in open systems: an approach via bi-Lanczos algorithm' are supplied. Figures 1, 2, 3, 6,7, and 8 are generated explicitly in the mathematica notebooks. Data and instructions for generating figures 4, 5, and 9 are provided inside the notebooks and separate data (.txt) files
Binary time series of trace fossil and undulated bedding occurrences from Toarcian Llanbedr (Mochras Farm) borehole, UK
Binary (presence/absence) time series of trace fossil and undulated bedding occurrences from Toarcian Llanbedr (Mochras Farm) borehole, UK (see Pieńkowski et al. 2024, https://doi.org/10.1186/s40645-024-00612-3). Time series are based on ranges of trace fossils Phycosiphon Ph2 and Ph3 morphotypes, Thalassinoides, Schaubcylindrichnus, Trichichnus and undulated bedding
Vascular lipid droplets formed in response to TNF, hypoxia, or OA: biochemical composition and prostacyclin generation
The metadata includes text files containing raw Raman spectra utilized for hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA). The classification revealed nearly 100% discrimination between Raman spectra of endothelial lipid droplets following aortic stimulation with oleic acid, as opposed to lipid droplets in the aorta stimulated with pro-inflammatory factors, where no differences were observed
Response of atomic spin‑based sensors to magnetic and nonmagnetic perturbations - research data
This is experimental data, along with all data-preocessing files, which were used to generate figures in the article "Response of atomic spin‑based sensors to magnetic and nonmagnetic perturbations" (https://doi.org/10.1038/s41598-021-03609-w
Operando FT-IR and UV-vis spectroscopic studies emphasise the nature of coke species formed over SSZ-13 zeolite during ethanol-to-hydrocarbons process - replication data
The dataset includes the results of advanced FT-IR and UV-vis operando spectroscopic studies, complemented by simultaneous mass spectrometry and gas chromatography analyses of products
Optimising CNF- supported cobalt catalysts for enhanced oxygen evolution reaction activity through plasma modification - experimental data
raw XPS spectroscopic files;
raw Raman spectroscopic files;
raw electrochemical tests data
The supernatural entities of the Christian Desert Literature
This dataset was created as part of the Elyonim veTachtonim Project (https://elyonimvetachtonim.project.uj.edu.pl/). Each database focuses on supernatural entities (e.g., angels, demons, beasts) found in Christian Desert Literature, which refers to the diverse collections of writings associated with the Desert Fathers, Mothers, and the early monastic movement. The text fragments analyzed in the database are described using specialized tags that mark formal features of the units (e.g., literary genre or language). The other groups of tags annotate the characteristic features of the entities, providing information about e.g., their abilities, knowledge, and relationships with humans, other entities, or animal
