N-glycation analysis in extracellular vesicles from pancreatic beta cell line (1.1B4) - replication data
Glycosylation is a process in which sugars are added to proteins or lipids under the control of enzymes, which occurs in the cell and plays a crucial role in functioning of glycoproteins and controlling biological processes, such as cell-cell recognition. The importance of protein glycosylation for the biotech industry is highlighted by the fact that approximately 70% of therapeutic proteins, approved or in (pre-)clinical studies, are glycoproteins. This study explored hyperglycemia effect on extracellular vesicles glycosylation profile isolated from human beta-cells

Study of LINC00458/HBL1 lncRNA expression during hiPSC differentiation to cardiomyocytes
Data were collected in order to assess the efficiency of hiPSC differentiation towards cardiomyocytes and the expression levels of lncRNAs during these differentiations. Moreover, the expression of splice isoforms of the lncRNA of interest was investigated. Deposited data encompass (1) raw (*.eds) and exported (*.xls) qPCR data, (2) raw (*.czi) confocal microscopy files, and (3) raw agarose gel images (*.jpg and *.tiff). (1) qPCR data were collected on a Quantstudio 6 Flex real-time PCR system (Thermo Fisher). (2) Images were collected using an Axio Observer Z1 inverted microscope (Carl Zeiss, Jena,Germany) equipped with the LSM 880 AiryScan confocal module with ZEN 2012 SP1 black edition software and processed in ImageJ Fiji (National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, MD). (3) Digital images of agarose gels were acquired using a ChemiDoc™ MP Imaging System (Bio-Rad) with Image Lab Touch Software (Bio-Rad)

Making soluble Dy2 single-molecule magnets red emissive through their functionalization by ruthenium–cyanido luminophores - replication data
The dataset contains ESI-MS spectra for comp. Dy2Ru2, Dy2Fe2 and Dy2Fe1.2Ru0.8 (Fig. 1b), alternate-current (ac) magnetic characteristics of Dy2Ru2, compared with the comp. Dy2Fe2, (Fig. 2), and the comparision of photoluminescence of comp. Dy2Ru2 and [RuII(CN)2(phen)2] (Fig. 3)
Complexity for one dimensional random walks: codes, algorithms and scripts
Python notebooks for generating all the figures in the paper `Complexity for one-dimensional discrete-time quantum walk circuits' are supplied. Figures 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 9 can be generated explicitly from these codes. Rest of the figures are schematics drawn for presentation of the physics, no data required for them
