Energy imbalance in oPOI ovarian granulosa cells is linked to reduced glucose bioavailability and metabolism - replication data
Research data describe a link between mitochondrial dysfunction in granulosa cells and premature ovarian insufficiency (POI)
Importance of biocrusts for restoring ecosystem functions in two contrasting habitats of former sand mines – raw data
The dataset includes an Excel file containing physiological, biochemical, and physical parameters of the studied biological crust samples
Knowledge co-creation in the commons. Facilitating collaboration in the circular economy of plastic with “Closing the Loop” game - replication data
Data gathered to answer the questions 1) Does simulated separation between academic and business communities affect the results of a game simulating a social dilemma in common-pool resource management?
2) Do values held by participants affect the results of such a game?
3) Does participation in the game affect players’ attitudes towards collaboration between science and business in support of circular economy?
4) Do convinced participants respond stronger to the game session effect than unconvinced ones?, using results of a serious simulation game, self-designed Pre-/Post-questionnaire and PVQ Questionnaire (Schwartz & Cieciuch, 2021). The research involved 188 Polish undergraduate students in biology and geography, divided into two groups representing science and business stakeholders with shared objectives. Participants engaged in 20 facilitated game sessions, testing two game versions — one with separated teams and another allowing personnel exchange between them.
Gathered data are a set of results of the games matched with groups of participants with their values measured with the help of questionnaires along other social characteristics
Calcitriol and hyperthermia potentiate gemcitabine efficacy – A Multifactorial Preclinical Evaluation in Pancreatic and Breast Cancer - replication data
This project supports a comprehensive evaluation of the therapeutic potential and synergy between gemcitabine, calcitriol, and hyperthermia in the treatment of pancreatic and breast cancer. The dataset encompasses a wide range of quantitative and qualitative measurements obtained from both in vitro and in vivo models, including human and murine pancreatic cancer cells (PANC-1, Panc02) and murine breast cancer cells (4T1), as well as a syngeneic mouse model bearing orthotopic pancreatic tumors. Data types include cell viability and proliferation (MTT assays, manual cell counts), apoptosis and necrosis markers (flow cytometry), protein expression profiles (Western blot), live-cell imaging (fluorescence microscopy), tumor growth monitoring (ultrasound imaging), and hematological parameters (blood morphology). Treatments were applied as single agents or in dual and triple combinations, and experiments were conducted across multiple timepoints to assess both immediate and long-term effects. This multidimensional dataset enables a detailed analysis of treatment efficacy, potential synergistic or additive effects, and systemic toxicity, offering valuable insight into the biological mechanisms underlying multimodal cancer therapy and its translational relevance

Feasibility studies for imaging e+e- annihilation with modular multi-strip detectors
This file contains the data of the final results of the proof-of-concept test conducted as part of miniatura grant. These results allowed us to test the performance characteristics of the current version of the detection units, which will help us to develop modular detection units for performing inertial sensing experiments in the Positronium Beam Facility of the Antimatter Laboratory in Trento, Italy. Below are the Time Over Threshold spectra (1) used to identify the incident photon energies. The annihilation vertices were reconstructed using 2 units of detection modules listed as 2a (X coordinates), 2b (Y coordinates) and 2c (Z coordinates), followed by the time-of-flight spectra (3). The data in 2(a,b,c) can also be used to create 2-D diagrams
