RUM Project Archive / Urban Religion Archive. Maps: Spatial Analysis
A set of maps presenting data collected as part of the RUM Project. The data is visualized through various maps, enabling spatial interpretation of the distribution of religious icons in three cities: Kraków, Lublin, and Gdańs
Molecular organisation of bacterial membrane composed of polar lipids extracted from E. coli – research data
The dataset is intended to serve as a foundation for reproducing molecular dynamics simulations of bacterial membranes composed of lipids extracted from E. coli. It also includes a description of the simulation results
Proton Conductivity in Photomagnetic CuII2[MIV(CN)8] Frameworks (M = MoIV, WIV) Facilitated by the Tetracarboxy-Derivative of Cyclam - replication data
The replication data refers to the figures in manuscript entitled "Proton Conductivity in Photomagnetic CuII2[MIV(CN)8] Frameworks (M = MoIV, WIV) Facilitated by the Tetracarboxy-Derivative of Cyclam
Replication Data for: Nonstabilizerness in U(1) lattice gauge theory
This dataset contains the data used in the study of Nonstabilizerness in U(1) lattice gauge theory. It contains a Jupyter notebook named "Nonstabilizerness in U(1) lattice gauge theory.ipynb", which will help with the readability of the dataset and generate the figures
Working memory (capacity) behavioral tasks in online and laboratory settings: data from SymSPAN and OSPAN tasks
The dataset comprises performance measures from adult participants who completed two experimental tasks designed to assess working memory: the Operation Span Task (OSPAN) and the Symmetry Span Task (SymmSpan). Each participant completed these tasks on separate days in both an online (web-based) setting and across two distinct laboratory (offline) sessions. All tasks were administered using Inquisit Web software. Data for the online phase were collected between May 5, 2023, and December 6, 2023, while the laboratory phase took place between February 23, 2024, and June 3, 2024. Initially, a large participant pool was recruited for the online phase through social media (Facebook), university advertisements, and flyers, resulting in a final sample of 566 participants. Based on their performance in the online tasks, a subset of 207 individuals—reflecting a range of working memory capacities—was randomly selected and invited to complete the same tasks during two subsequent laboratory sessions
Many-Body Mobility Edge in Quantum Sun models - replication data
This dataset contains raw spectral data (eigenenergies, half-chain entanglements entropies) of the "quantum sun" model, together with jupyter notebook to reproduce the figures of the pape
Pore Size Engineering of MOFs by Pore Edge Reaction: Tetrazine Click and Hydrogen Adsorption in Theory and Experiment - replication data
This dataset supports the manuscript titled "Pore Size Engineering of MOFs by Pore Edge Reaction: Tetrazine Click and Hydrogen Adsorption in Theory and Experiment". It contains replication data for experimental N2, CO2, H2 and D2 sorption studies. Included are Adsorption Information Files (AIFs) for experimental adsorption–desorption isotherms and MOF structures used in GCMC simulations (cif files). Dataset contains also UV-vis-NIR spectra for MOF samples (txt) and SEM images (tif), FT-IR (csv) and NMR (txt) files for all samples. Detailed file descriptions and instructions are provided in the accompanying 00_README.txt
Functional properties of Candida albicans extracellular vesicles released in the presence of antifungal drugs, amphotericin B, fluconazole and caspofungin - research data
Dataset underlying the publication "Functional properties of Candida albicans extracellular vesicles released in the presence of the antifungal drugs amphotericin B, fluconazole and caspofungin". DOI 10.1099/mic.0.001565. Raw data for Figure 1. Release of EVs by C. albicans cells cultured in the presence of antifungal drugs, amphotericin B (AMB), fluconazole (FLU) or caspofungin (CASP). Raw data for Figure 2. The change in EVs production by fungal cells grown in the presence of antimycotic drugs, amphotericin B (AMB), fluconazole (FLU) or caspofungin (CASP). Raw data for Figure 3 Characteristics of EVs produced by C. albicans. Average particle size (mode) determined by Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA) from two histograms with the particle size distribution obtained after three measurements of each sample. Raw data for Figure 4. Composition of C. albicans EVs. Raw data for Figure 5. The impact of C. albicans EVs on tolerance to antifungals. Formation of C. albicans biofilm in the presence of the antifungal drugs, amphotericin B (AMB), fluconazole (FLU) and caspofungin (CASP) and fungal EVs. Raw data for Figure 6. The changes of zeta potential of liposomes or U-937 cells in response to C. albicans EVs. Raw data for Figure 7. The THP-1 host cells response to C. albicans EVs. Raw data for Figure 8. Removal of polystyrene nanoplastics from aqueous solution using zeolite materials - replication data
The study aims to investigate the adsorption process of 0.2 µm diameter polystyrene (PS) using various types of zeolites. Commercially available zeolites (H-SDUSY, H-Beta), synthetic zeolite 13X, and natural clinoptilolite were selected for the study. The zeolites were characterized using analytical techniques such as BET, XRD, and UV-Vis. Analytical methods including UV-Vis, FTIR, and XRD were employed to evaluate the polystyrene adsorption efficiency
