We are delighted to present the first two reports of our Health Needs Assessment of people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or non-binary (LGBT+).
This needs assessment has been undertaken by both of our health boards working in partnership, to more fully describe the health and wellbeing of LGBT+ people living in Greater Glasgow and Clyde and Lothian. A health needs assessment is a systematic method of identifying the unmet health and healthcare needs of a population, and this will help us to make sure that both our public health support and our health services are more fully inclusive and accessible

Pilot CRAFFT screening and brief interventions in Glasgow youth work settings: summary report
The CRAFFT tool provides an opportunity for youth workers to have a structured conversation with young people about alcohol and drug use, and can identify young people who may benefit from brief interventions or who may benefit from referral to other agencies for support.
A working group was established to oversee the development and delivery of new guidelines for screening, delivering brief interventions and making onward referrals for young people in youth work settings in Glasgow City. The working group commissioned work to develop guidelines and evaluate a pilot implementation

This report contains summary findings of a research survey on the health and wellbeing (HWB) of NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) residents in Glasgow City – Greater Gorbals carried out in 2018.
The survey has been conducted every three years since 1999 and is the seventh in the series of studies; initially covering the NHS Greater Glasgow area it was expanded in 2008 to cover the new NHSGGC area.
The survey offers flexible solutions for monitoring the health of the population in a range of geographies within NHSGGC

We are delighted to present the report of our literature review which forms the first part of our Health Needs Assessment of people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or non-binary (LGBT+). This needs assessment has been undertaken by both of our health boards working in partnership, to more fully describe the health and wellbeing of LGBT+ people living in Greater Glasgow and Clyde and Lothian. A health needs assessment is a systematic method of identifying the unmet health and healthcare needs of a population, and this will help us to make sure that both our public health support and our health services are more fully inclusive and accessible. A review of the Maternal and Infant Nutrition Framework within NHSGGC (April 19)
In August 2017 the Maternal and Infant Nutritional Framework (MINF) group instigated a review of resources, structures and outcomes associated with the programme. The aim was to provide clear strategic outcomes for the MINF programme. It was to update on any relevant studies or reviews that have been published since the publication of the Maternal and Infant Nutrition Framework (MINF) in 2011. It was intended to help inform the current NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde (NHSGGC) MINF steering group when considering service models and funding decisions for interventions.
