Lumbar spondylosis is a degenerative condition that develops gradually over time, being more common in older individuals. Contemporary medicine has its own limitations giving only short-term relief in pain or surgical intervention with side effects. So this single case was taken to demonstrate the effects of ayurvedic treatment modality. After a month, the patient\u27s symptoms were assessed, and the results were satisfactory. The patient\u27s general quality of life had also greatly improved

Plant Disease Detection using Image Segmentation
This paper presents a novel approach for detecting plant diseases using image segmentation techniques. The proposed method employs deep learning algorithms to segment images into healthy and infected areas, and then classifies the disease based on the segmented region. The use of image segmentation allows for the automated detection and quantification of diseases in plants, making it a valuable tool for farmers and researchers. Experimental results show that the proposed method achieves high accuracy in detecting various plant diseases, including leaf spot, powdery mildew, and rust. The method\u27s performance was evaluated on a dataset of plant images, demonstrating its effectiveness in real-world applications. The proposed approach has the potential to revolutionize the way plant diseases are detected and managed, improving crop yields and reducing losses due to disease outbreaks
Role of Dashmool Siddha Majjabasti in the Management of Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head: A successful case study
Avascular necrosis is a condition brought on by a temporary or irreversible reduction in the bone\u27s blood supply. Bone tissue dies and crumbles when blood supply is interrupted. The joint surface may collapse if there is avascular necrosis close to joint. Young individuals with a 60% bilateral incidence rate have a condition known as avascular necrosis (AVN), which is also known as osteochondritis dissecans or Chandler\u27s disease and is characterized by dead bone. Complete hip replacement surgery is the only option for treating AVN, but it has disadvantages of a lengthy recovery period and a short lifespan for the hip. Contrary to popular belief, ayurvedic medicine offers long-term cure and halts the course of disease without any negative effects. Avascular necrosis and Asthi-Majja GataVata are not directly related, but their clinical manifestations point to Vata Pradhana Tridoshaja. Vyadhi and Asthi-Majja Dhatu\u27s primary Vikruti. The first portion of the Acharayas\u27 Vata-dominant illness therapy is called Basti Chikitsa. It is regarded as Param Aushadh for illnesses of Vata. To evaluate Dashmool Siddha Majjabasti\u27s effectiveness in the treatment of AVN. The goal was to prevent future hip joint degeneration and lessen the likelihood that surgical intervention would be necessary to treat avascular necrosis. A patient with stage 4 AVN in the right hip joint and stage 2 AVN in left hip joint who had not undergone surgery and who presented to the hospital\u27s outpatient department with limited mobility and a limping gait was treated using panchakarma treatment and shaman yoga. Significant improvement was seen following the therapy. Range of motion was improved while pain levels were significantly lowered. Following the procedure, patient was pain- and stiffness-free when walking and climbing stairs. Ayurvedic principles are used in the conservative therapy of AVN, which significantly reduces signs and symptoms and enhances quality of life.

India is the capital of Diabetes Mellitus accounting for 1 in 6 (17%) of all cases of diabetes worldwide. Now-a-days, lack of sufficient physical activity and sedentary lifestyles are the main risk factors for Diabetes Mellitus. Diabetes Mellitus is a metabolic disorder characterized by the persistence of hyperglycemia due to defects in insulin secretion and abnormal insu-lin function. Prameha, a disease described in Ayurveda in the letter stage develops into Madhumeha and may be correlated with Diabetes Mellitus. Material and Methods: In order to focus on the disease status, the etiological factors, clinical fea-tures, Pathophysiology, Pathogenesis, Diagnosis of disease, and preventive measures described in various contexts and the views of researchers are taken into consideration as methods of the review. Discussion and conclusion: Ayurveda strongly believes in the importance of preventive, promotive, and curative aspects to maintain health status. Preventive health can be achieved by the principles of Dinacharya, Ritucharya, Sadvritta and Achara Rasayan, Hita ahara, and Virudha ahara men-tioned in Ayurveda, Health promotion enables individuals, families, populations, and communities to adopt lifestyles that promote and improve health. But now a days people follow sedentary lifestyles rather than this. Due to lack of sufficient physical activity several lifestyle disorders arise, Madhumeha is one of them. It is a subtype of Prameha Characterized by passing of urine like Madhu (Honey). It may be co-related with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. Polyurea, Polydipsia & Polyphagia are the symptoms of DM. There are a lot of complications of the disease from acute metabolic complications to Systemic. But it can be prevented & managed by following the Principles of Ayurveda.
Preparation of Godanti Bhasma (Gypsum) by Muffle Furnace Using Traditional Method W.S.R. Rastarangini and its Comparative Physico Chemical Analysis
The Godanti comes under Sudha varga (Calcium compounds). It was first described by Ras tarangini (Ayurveda pharmaceutics) in a recent book on Rasashastra. Another book named Rasamritam also explained Godanti. Godanti is an easy to identify, non-controversial and easily available drug. Both the bhasma tested for different test like XRD, inorganic elements, Ash, pH , Particle size , Organoleptic test, Calcium percentages etc. The bhasma prepared by both method shows near about same results. The Godanti bhasma prepared by both the method has same analytical results but the Bhasma prepared by traditional method need more time and it is laborous than the bhasma prepared by Furnace method
Pharmacological Concept of Dravyaguna according to Actions
Ayurveda is ancient medical holistic science and its concepts deals with the overall health and management of disease related to health.
