David and Lorraine Cheng Library

Welcome back! Suddenly, it’s busy time again. The Library is full of people, and that’s the way we like it. 
We just wanted to remind you that although the Library is a place, it’s much more about the people 
here. Did you know that each librarian is assigned one or more academic departments? The librarian 
works with the department to select materials and make sure the collection meets the needs of 
students and faculty alike. The librarians also teach library orientation and research classes. Feel free to 
contact a librarian directly to set up a one-on-one consultation!
