Consideration of nursing practical skills development based on nursing in nursing teacher training institutions -Examination of issues in school internships from the perspective of an incumbent school nurse-
本研究では,養護教諭養成課程における学校インターンシップの課題を実習指導者である現職養護教諭
の聞き取り調査から分析し, 課題を明らかにすることを目的とした.その結果,実習を受け入れた全ての
現職養護教諭から,学校インターンシップは一人職種である養護教諭にとって有用であることが示された.
そして学生が将来自立して養護教諭の職務を果たせるように実習内容や指導方法を工夫していることが明
らかになった.しかし,大学側の学生への事前指導の不足や実習校との連携の不備などの課題が示され,
実習指導者である現職養護教諭と大学教員が情報を共有し,連携を深めることが学校インターンシップを
行う上で重要であることが明らかとなった.The purpose of this study was to analyze the problems of school internships in the school nurse training course
from the interview survey of the in-service teachers who are the training instructors, and to clarify the problems. As
a result, all the in-service teachers who accepted the training showed that the school internship is useful for the oneperson
school nurse. Then, it became clear that the trainees are devising the training contents and teaching methods
so that they can independently fulfill the duties of the nursery teacher in the future. However, problems such as
lack of prior guidance to students on the university side and inadequate cooperation with the training school were
shown, and it is possible for the internship instructor who is the training instructor and the university teacher to share

Communicating with their children about sex: Concerns expressed online by Japanese Parents
本研究は,インターネット知識検索コミュニティサイト「Yahoo!知恵袋」への投稿文から,親が子ど
もの性に関して持っている悩みの現状を把握し,家庭での解決方法に向けた示唆を得ることを目的とした.
2013年1月から2017年12月の期間に投稿された投稿文を対象とし,「性教育」をキーワードにして検索した.
その中から,子どもを持つ親が抱える「子どもの性についての悩み」に関して記載されている投稿文を抽
出し,質的帰納的に分析した.分析の結果,【性に興味をもった子どもへの対応】,【親の性教育観にまつ
わる困難】,【家庭での性教育の進め方】の3つのカテゴリーが抽出された. 家庭での性教育に向け,父親
と母親両方への参画支援や一人親世帯を含めた各家庭の考え方や役割も踏まえた子どもの性に関する知識
の提供が求められる.また,市町村で実施されている一般的な子育て支援の枠組みの中で,就学前の親子
の関係性を築く関わりの一つとして家庭における子どもの性に対する向き合い方を伝えていくことも重要
である.さらに,親が性教育の具体的な内容に関して質問しやすい専門職との接点や親同士が語れる場や
機会があることが望まれている.The purpose of this study was to understand the concerns that parents posted onto an internet bulletin board
about their children’s sex-related challenges/issues. This work provided insight into parents’ perspectives and may
ultimately lead to the creation of programs to support families with children. Internet bulletin board posts related
to parents’ communications about sex with their children were extracted between January 2013 and December
2017. Then the posts were analyzed by categorizing them using a qualitative inductive method. As a result of the
analysis, the following three categories were extracted: “How to appropriately respond to children who are interested
in sexuality,” “Difficulties related to parents’ views concerning talking to their children about sex,” and “How to
carry out sex education at home.” Our findings suggest that to facilitate home-based sex education, it is necessary

to provide parents with knowledge about children’s sexuality. It is crucial to consider the views and roles of each
family member, supporting the participation of both fathers and mothers, and include single-parent households. In
addition, as a part of the framework of general child-rearing support provided by municipalities, we believe that
it is important to inform parents about how to face and deal with children's sexuality at home as a way to build
relationships between parents and young pre-school children. Moreover, it is desirable for parents to have a point of
contact with professionals so that they can easily ask questions about the specifics of sex education at home and to

Development of integrated training for senior nursing students before the fifth COVID-19 wave -Report on the two-week half-day practical training and results of the student questionnaire survey-
昨年度の3・4年生は,新型コロナウイルス感染症の流行によりほとんど臨地実習に行くことができなかっ
たが,今年度4年生は,第4波が減少に転じていた時期であったため,感染対策を講じながら,半日臨地実
習を2週間行うことができた.半日でも臨地実習ができた結果,感謝の気持ちとモチベーションが高まり,
臨地実習後の学生の満足度も高く,看護に対する考えが広がり,就職後のイメージが醸成され,実習目標
に近づくことができた.
本研究では,実施した感染対策と実習目的・目標達成のためのスケジュールの概要を述べ,実習終了時
学生アンケートによる「目的・目標の達成度」,「満足度」,「自由記載内容」の結果について報告する.Most of the 3rd and 4th grade nursing students of last year were not allowed to receive on-site training due to the
COVID-19 pandemic. However, as there is a decrease in the number of infected cases, the senior nursing students
of this year were allowed to receive a two-week half-day practical training on the condition that they took verifiable
infection control.
The students’ feeling of gratitude and motivation increased because of being able to practice in the field even for
half a day. Their satisfaction after the field training also rose. They expanded their way of thinking about nursing,
imagined of being employed as a nurse, and almost achieved the goal of the practice.
In this study, we examined the measures the students took to reduce the risk of infection and their plan of
schedule to achieve their goal. We also report the results of the survey in which we asked the students about “their
achievement,” “level of satisfaction” and “perceptions” after the practical training.departmental bulletin pape
Nursing areas of case studies by 4th year nursing students - A Survey on topics of the students’ thesis –
看護学科では,開設年度の2014年度から2020年度まで,4年次の科目「看護研究(課題研究)」において卒
業論文を課してきた.その内,2018年度を除く論文はすべて臨地実習での事例研究論文であった.2018年
度のみ文献研究の計画書作成を課し,事例研究に取り組ませていない.
本論文では,開設年度の2014年度から2020年度までの卒業論文の内,2018年度を除く6年間の事例研究
のテーマを洗い出し,学生が取り組んだ看護学領域における研究テーマの傾向を明らかにすることを目的
とし,まとめたものである.
その結果,高齢者の看護分野が症例の約半分を占め,各看護領域のテーマのキーワードから,取り組ん
だ事例研究の主な疾患,症状,看護が明確となったので,報告する.The Department of Nursing had required the fourth year nursing students to write a graduation thesis in the “Nursing
Research (Subject Research)” from 2014 to 2020. Among them, all the papers except ones submitted in 2018 were
about the case studies of the field practice. We assigned the fourth year students preparation of a plan for literature
research and did not assigned the case studies in 2018.
In this report, we examined the theme of case studies in the graduation theses from 2014 to 2020 except for 2018,
and described on the trends in the nursing field that students had worked on.
As a result, the nursing field of the elderly occupies about half of the cases, and from the keywords of each nursing
area, the main diseases, symptoms, and nursing of the case studies tackled became clear, so we report.departmental bulletin pape
Nursing students' anxiety and awareness of infection prevention in COVID-19 disasters -from a questionnaire survey of nursing students-
2019年より持続する世界的な新型コロナウイルス感染により,看護学生の感染予防と健康管理のために
看護学科において検温アプリ「Metell」を導入した.その成果や感染に対する学生の不安の内容を把握す
る目的で,各学年のクラスルームで「グーグルフォーム」を用いて調査を行った.回収率は,147名(34%)
であった.各項目を単純集計した他,内容ごとに分類した.その結果,看護学生は対面授業,大学の設備
における不安,メンタル面や体調の不調を感じていることを把握した.また,看護学生は看護教育で学習
した感染予防策を活用し,感染を防御していることがわかった.Due to the global outbreak of the new coronavirus that is persisting from 2019, the nursing department has
introduced the temperature monitoring application 「Metell」to prevent infection and manage the health of nursing
students. In order to understand the results of the survey and the nature of the students' concerns about the infection, a
survey was conducted in the classrooms of each grade using the "Google Form". The response was obtained from147
students (34%). Each item was categorized according to the contents as well as totaling. The results showed that
nursing students felt anxiety about in person classes, university facilities, and mental and physical health problems.
It was also found that nursing students used the infection prevention measures they learned in their nursing education

The academic survey by students who have taken both online instruction and face-to-face instruction by the spread of COVID-19
本研究は,コロナ禍で行われたオンライン授業と対面授業を大学生に評価させたものである.調査協力
者に,各授業の良かった点と悪かった点を自由記述で回答させた.この自由記述による回答を,KJ法を
参考に分類・整理した.この結果,【授業内容に集中できる】【授業内容に集中できない】【大学側に準備が
ある】【大学側に準備がない】【学生側の準備の問題】【人とのつながりがある】【人とのつながりがない】【ウイ
ルス感染リスク】【通学時間の問題】【なし】という10個の大カテゴリが抽出された.
カテゴリ同士の関係は次の通りであった.①対面授業に集中できると,他者とのつながり,大学の準備,
感染リスクが気にならなかった.②オンライン授業に集中できると,通学時間がいらないことや大学の準
備の悪さが気になった.今後の課題は,学部・学科や学年による共通点や相違点を把握するために,調査
協力者を増やすことであると考える.This study evaluated online instruction and face-to-face instruction by university students in the spread of
COVID-19. The subjects answered and the good points and bad points of each lesson by free descriptions. These
free descriptions were classified and organized by K. J. technique. As a result, the following ten major categories
were established. They were “I can concentrate on the instruction”, “I can't concentrate on the instruction”, “There is
preparation on the university side”, “There isn’t preparation on the university side”, “Student are not ready”, “Interact
with others”, “No interaction with others”, “Infect with virus”, “Time to go to school”, “none”. In conclusion, the
study could be summarized in the two focuses. First, Students were less concerned about connecting with others,
preparing for college, and risking infection when they could concentrate on face-to-face lessons. Secondly, Students
were worried about not needing time to go to school and poor university preparation when they could concentrate on
online instruction. The future task is to increase the number of collaborators in the survey in order to understand the
commonalities and differences between faculties / departments and grades.departmental bulletin pape
Effects of shooting distance and shooting angle on the reliability of measurement values in angle measurement using a smartphone application
【目的】対象物までの撮影距離および撮影角度が撮像から角度を計測できるスマートフォン(スマホ)ア
プリケーション(アプリ)の測定値に与える影響について検討した.【方法】測定対象物として角度を120
°に固定した角度計を用いた.撮影距離は1m,2m,3mの3条件,対象物からの撮影角度は0°,10°,20°,
30°の4条件で実施した.スマホは2台用いて各条件で連続3回撮影した.アプリを用いて撮像から角度を算
出し,撮影距離の各条件による信頼性および撮影角度変化による測定値の差を算出した.【結果】撮影距
離は2mまでは信頼性が高値を示した.また,撮影角度は角度が大きくなるほど測定値が有意に低値を示
した.【考察】撮影距離が遠くなると指標点が小さくなったことで角度計測の難易度が上がり,信頼性が
低下した可能性がある.また,撮影角度が大きくなると指標点に奥行きが生まれ,測定値に影響が生じた
可能性がある.そのためアプリを用いた角度計測は対象を2m以内で,できる限り正面から撮影した画像
で行うと信頼性が高いことが明らかになった.[Purpose] This study aimed to examine the effects of shooting distance and shooting angle of an object on angular
measurement values made using a smartphone application. [Methods] The object to be measured, a goniometer, was
fixed on box at a 120° angle to be shot from a distance of 1 m, 2 m, and 3 m at four shooting angles from the object:
0°, 10°, 20°, and 30°. Two smartphones were used for each shot, and three consecutive shots were taken with each
phone. The goniometer angle was calculated for all images using the app. The reliability of the angle measured from
different shooting distances at each shooting angle and the difference between the measured values with different
shooting angles were calculated. [Results] The reliability of measurements was high up to a shooting distance of 2 m.

Additionally, the measured goniometer angle reduced significantly as the imaging angle increased. [Discussion] The
difference in angular measures increased as the shooting distance was increased in small increments; consequently,
the reliability decreased. Furthermore, as the shooting angle increased, depth was created at the index points, which
may have affected measurement values. Therefore, angular measurements using the app are highly reliable when the
