    Characteristics of metacognition in undergraduate students - Comparison among nursing students, physical therapy students, and judo therapy and sports medicine students-

    本研究の目的は,医療系学生である看護学生,理学療法学生,整復トレーナー学生のメタ認知に対する実態を明らかにすることである.メタ認知はメタ認知尺度を用いて横断的に自記式質問調査を実施した.その結果,どの学科も学年が進むにつれてメタ認知が高くなる傾向が認められた.これは,臨地実習や課題研究において自己を客観視する機会が多かったことによる影響と考えられる.一方,2年生が他学年に比べ低い傾向が認められた.また整復トレーナー学生,看護学生,理学療法学生の順にメタ認知が高い傾向が認められた.これらのことから,2年生のメタ認知が低くなっている原因を追究し,対策を練る必要がある.また,メタ認知を高め,対人関係形成力をもつ医療人育成の教育では,講義や演習,実習など様々な体験を通して,自分の体験を振り返り,体験から得た知識や技術を次の体験に活かすことを繰り返えさせ,自分と他人の考え方や意見の違いを意識するように支援することの重要性が示唆された.The purpose of this study was to identify the current status of metacognition in health sciences students, namely nursing students, physical therapy students, and Judo therapy and sports medicine students. We conducted a self-reporting cross-sectional questionnaire survey. Metacognition was measured by using a metacognition scale. The results indicated that, with increasing college years, students from every department tended to exhibit higher metacognition. This was because the students had many opportunities to view themselves objectively in clinical practice and themed research. However, second-year students tended to exhibit lower metacognition than students in other years. Metacognition tended to be highest in Judo therapy and sports medicine students, followed by nursing students and then physical therapy students. These findings indicate that it is necessary to investigate the cause and devise countermeasures in second-year students’metacognition.These findings indicate that it is necessary to create opportunities to enhance second-year students’ metacognition. Furthermore, in terms of the enhancement of metacognition as well as the education and development of healthcare professionals with the ability to build interpersonal relationships, the study suggested the importance of supporting students so that they may: (1) reflect on their own experiences through various experiences such as lectures, seminars, and clinical practice; (2) repeatedly apply to subsequent experiences the knowledge and skills gained from their past experiences; and (3) be aware of differences in mindset and opinions between themselves and others.departmental bulletin pape

    A study on an individual difference in morphology of the lateral femoral epicondyle

    大腿骨外側上顆は腸脛靱帯炎の病態に関与している.先行研究ではアライメントとの関係が示唆されているが,形態の特徴が関与しているという報告はない.本研究の目的は,大腿骨外側上顆の形態に個体差が生じているか検討することである.  対象は膝関節に外傷などの既往のない健常成人10名20肢とし,超音波画像診断装置を用いて,大腿骨外側上顆の突出角度を2方向から計測してその特徴を示すこととした.  結果としては,大腿骨の短軸方向で突出角度が大きい傾向にあり,加えて同方向で数値にばらつきが見られる為,個体差が生じている可能性を示した.  今回の個体差は,体格差とは相関しなかった為,体格は考慮されない個体差と考えられた.また短軸方向で角度が大きいため,腸脛靱帯は上下方向よりも前後方向で摩擦されやすい特徴を有していることがわかった.これにより,大腿骨の短軸方向で突出角度が大きい特徴を有している者は,腸脛靱帯炎を起こすリスクを有していることが推測された.The lateral femoral epicondyles were involved in the pathophysiology of the iliotibial band syndrome Earlier studies suggested that a relationship with an alignment caused the pathology However few studies were published focusing on the morphological aspects of pathology The purpose of this study was to examine whether or not the individual differences occurred in the morphology of the lateral femoral epicondyles  The participants were 20 limbs of 10 healthy adults with no history of knee injuries The ultrasonic diagnostic imaging equipment was used to measure the protrusion angle of the femoral lateral epicondyles from the two different directions and its characteristics were revealed  As a result the projection angle appeared to be large in the minor axis direction of the femur In addition the numerical values varied in the same direction indicating the possibility of the individual differences  These differences did not correlate with the various body types Moreover since the angle was large in the minor axis direction it was found that the iliotibial band had a feature that created a friction force more easily in the anteroposterior direction than in the vertical direction Consequently the incidences were estimated that the individuals who had such characteristics which the protrusion angle was large in the minor axis direction of the femur had a risk of causing the iliotibial band syndromedepartmental bulletin pape

    本稿は,2018年度1年間の学生相談室の利用状況を報告するものである.相談内容は,「自分が何をしたいかわからない」と「恋愛」に関するものが最も多かった.来談経路は,自分から思い立って相談員を訪れることが最も多く,次いで相談員の授業を受けたことをきっかけとするが多かった.In this study we reported the use of student counselling during 2018. The content of consultation was the most common moratorium and romantic love. There were many voluntary consultations.     目的:臨地実習の指導者・教員の関わりで「認める・丁寧・対話」に関する用語の概念を分析し,学生との相互行為が生じ,学びの意欲が高まる可能性がある指導方法の示唆を得ることを目的とする. 方法:2017年6月に医学中央雑誌Web版にて,臨地実習と「認める・丁寧・対話」をキーワードに検索し,ロジャーズの概念分析を参考にして検討した. 結果:認める27編,丁寧47編,対話75編から,概念への影響の大きい内容を中心に文献を選定し,概念から特性を導ける文献は,認める3編,丁寧2編,対話3編であった.対象文献8編を精読し,目的・方法・結果や前提となる理論・研究について分析し,内容と関連性の構図から3つの指導方法に関する研究の示唆を得た. 結論:看護学生の学びの意欲が高まる可能性がある指導方法である示唆は,以下の3つであった. 1)指導側が学生の実際の状況に沿って「頑張りや成長・行動や変化・できたこと」を認める何らかのサインを,意図的に学生の刺激となるように表出できているか. 2)学生への実習指導に,指導者以外の看護師も協力的になる調整と,自己教育力促進に影響する丁寧な関わりができているか. 3)指導側が対話を用いて学生の実習体験を把握し,学生とともに体験を意味づけるためのリフレクションを行うことができているか.Objectives:We analyzed the conduct on instruction methods used by clinical instructors or teachers to teach about the “Approved,Carefully,Dialogue” aspect of clinical practicum. Whether the “Approved,Carefully,Dialogue” may increase the motivation for learning among nursing students through interaction with clinical instructors or teachers were done. Methods:The Ichushi Web databases were searched using the keywords “clinical practicum” and “Approved,Carefully,Dialogue.” It was refer to Rogers's concept analysis. Results:The number of “Approved” was 27, “Carefully” was 47, “Dialogue” was 75. From these literatures,we selected those that could lead to the characteristics of the concept. Then “Approved” was 3, “Carefully” was 2, “Dialogue” was 3. The “objectives, methods, results, and underlying theory” of these eight studies were read carefully. Three of these literature on the teaching method were obtained from the composition of the content and the relation. Conclusion : The following three suggestions that nursing students are more likely to be motivated to learn. 1) It is possible to intentionally show signs that allow the guidance side to "work hard, grow, act, change, and do things" in accordance with the student's situation to stimulate the students. 2) There is a polite relationship between coordination that makes non-teacher nurses cooperative and influences the promotion of self-education skills. 3)Using the dialogue was the clinical instructors or teachers could grasp the students, experience to the reflection their experience with the students.departmental bulletin pape

    The supplementary test of athletic plays for nursery school children: Relationship with the athletic ability

    本研究は,先行研究で開発した保育園で行う運動遊びを,保育園を変えて追試を行ったものである.対象となる保育園は,先行研究と比べて,施設が手狭で,運動担当の保育士が不在という条件であった.運動遊びを保育園で継続して実施してもらい,3か月後に再度運動能力調査6種目を行って効果測定を行った.この結果,評点が有意に上昇した種目,有意に下降した種目,変化がなかった種目が2種目ずつに三分された.運動遊びが筋出力の調整とバランスに影響する2種目は成績が向上したと考える.一方,大きく強くジャンプしたり,全速力で走るなどの動きをしたりすることが影響する2種目は,園の施設の手狭さにより,成績が低下したと考える.The purpose of this study is to retest the effect of the exercise plays that we developed in our literature review,for verified by changing the nursery school. But this nursery school has some problem, this school is narrow than previous it, lack of instructor for physical education. We asked the school to continue the exercise plays, we devised and after three months again we performed six types of exercise capacity survey and measured the effects. The results in the present investigation suggest that this exercise improves adjustment and balance of muscle output. On the other hand, the performance of types of jumping and running is decline, the reason can be inferred from the narrowness of the school than previous it.departmental bulletin pape

    「思春期教室」の継続要因と専門職者・関係機関との連携のあり方

    【目的】本研究は、「思春期教室」が7年間(2012~2019)継続した要因を探り,専門職者(看護大学教員・保健師・養護教諭)と関係機関との連携のあり方について明らかにすることを目的とした. 【方法】研究対象:「思春期教室」を開催した小学校の養護教諭38名と思春期教室を依頼したA県B市健康福祉センターの保健師4名.調査内容と方法:思春期教室は、PDCAサイクル理論をもとに専門職者間の連絡会で計画・実施した.データは,思春期教室の開催毎の反省会,年度末の連絡会での評価,次年度計画について,質問紙法および養護教諭のインタビュ—,関係機関からの意見を聴取した. 【結果】思春期教室の〈Plan〉では,専門職者が密に連絡を図り,意見交換し指導内容と方法を共有した.〈Do〉では,専門職者が一体となり実施した.〈Check〉では思春期教室の終了後に反省会,評価を行った.〈Action〉では,思春期事業の取り組みや課題,要望などを検討し次年度の計画を立案した.このプロセスにおいて,保健師がコーディネーターとなり,講師や養護教諭との調整を図った.その結果,保健師は,思春期教室を開催する意義を認識し,養護教諭は思春期教室に対する満足度が高かった. 【考察】専門職者が連絡を取り合い意思疎通を図ったことは,効果的な健康教育を実施する上での切れ目ない連携となった.また,思春期教室の継続要因には,「連携にかかわる信念をもつことの重要性」,「連携を進めていく目的・意義の明確化」,「チーム作りのプロセスと実現性」,「連携継続のプロセスの展開に必要な管理的要素」,専門職者と関係機関との連携プロセスの重要性」が明らかになった.また,児童のためには,講師,保健師,養護教諭が共通の目的に向かい,企画・運営・振り返りというプロセスを踏み次回に結び付けたことは,お互いの信頼関係を生み,より良い思春期教室の実施につながることが示唆された.conference proceeding

    Effectiveness between taking notes with a notebook and without it in a college English class

    大学の英語の授業で和訳や板書をノートに書く学生と,ノートを使用せずに教科書に直接書き込みをする学生との間で,期末試験の点数に差が出るかどうか調査を行った.教科書に直接書き込みをする学生は,試験勉強の際に書き込みのために自分が和訳や板書の内容を理解しているかどうかを確認できないため,ノートを使用している学生よりも試験の点数が低いだろうと予測したが,どちらのグループも平均点はほぼ同じであった.これは学生がノートを使わない自分なりの学習スタイルで勉強する方法を確立していること,また,ノートを使用することで教員の話を聞き漏らしたり,かえって情報を整理しにくくなることで,ノートを使用しないほうが効率的に学習できることが要因ではないかと考えられる.The study was to compare how effective the two different learning styles in a college English class. Some students used a traditional method of taking notes on the notebook. On the other hand, some students employed a nontraditional way of learning by taking notes in the margins of their textbook.  The test results of the students who relied on taking notes in the textbook were predicted to be lower in the test scores than the results of those who took the notes in the notebook. This was because the non-traditional way of learning was considered to be less organized than the traditional method. However, the average test score of both groups of students was almost the same. The non-traditional students might develop their own way of learning styles. Using the notebook in the class could make it difficult for them to be effective and proficient in their learning experience.departmental bulletin pape
