Informatics Lesson Plans. Area B. Lesson Plans and Tasks for Grade III Gymnasium Class
This dataset contains lesson plans and tasks for grade grade III gymnasium class in Area B (Algorithms and programming) from the teaching guide "Informatics Lesson Plans: Ideas and Scenarios for Grades 5–12".
Authors of lesson plans and tasks: Aušra Markevičiūtė.
Area B. The algorithms involved in the lesson plans and tasks for grade III gymnasium class demonstrate a methodical and clearly structured step towards the development of higher-level programming skills. The integration of algorithms into the curriculum helps pupils learn about one of the fundamental areas of computer science – algorithm efficiency. The lessons develop not only programming skills, but also informatical thinking, which includes understanding logical consistency, searching for solutions, and choosing data management strategies.
