The Annual Patient-Physician Global Communication Assessment, June 2011
The purpose of the study: to analyse Lithuanian residents opinion about peculiarities of communication between doctors and patients.
Major investigated questions: respondents were asked when was the last time they went to see a doctor. It respondents visited a doctor in the last 12 months, they were asked to indicate how long was the time period between registration to see a doctor and actual visit. It was analysed how long respondents had to wait at their last visit from the time appointed or from the time when they got to a health institution to the time a doctor got to them. It was questioned what was the main purpose for respondents last visit to a doctor. After question block was presented, respondents were asked for what complains, illnesses they visited a doctor the last time. Respondents were asked to evaluate a doctor whom they visited the last time. After question block was presented, peculiarities of doctor interaction with respondents (patients) at the time of their last visit was analysed. Respondents were asked if they think that a doctor can take care of their health. It was questioned how likely is that respondents would search for information about health using electronic tools. Respondents were asked if they are currently using medicines which were prescribed by a doctor to whom they visited the last time. Respondents, who uses prescribed medicines, were asked to indicate how often they use them exactly like doctor prescribed.

Post-Election Survey, January - February 2021
The purpose of the study: assess Lithuanian population political attitudes and tendencies of electoral behaviour in election of Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania in 2020.
Major investigated questions: the research aims to systematically look at the trends and factors of the electoral behavior in Lithuania. The survey included the international CSES Module V questionnaire, which consists of three main parts: 1) standard internationally widely used electoral behavior variables, such as party identification, left - right scale questions, like - dislike of parties and party leaders, etc .; 2) specific topics of the CSES Module V: populist attitudes and out-group attitudes; 3) standard socio-demographic characteristics of respondents. In addition, the survey questionnaire included variables relevant to Lithuania, compatible with 2012 and 2016 post-election survey variables (election campaign, media consumption variables, etc.), as well as items on public policy issues aligned with the 2020 manobalsas.lt questionnaire. In addition, the questionnaire took into account the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic and included specific questions on the origins and threats of COVID-19 and pandemic management.
Socio-demographic characteristics: gender, age, religion, nationality, education, duration of learning (studying), occupation, working position, nature of work of father and mother, respondent's and his/hers family's position in society, respondent's dwelling type, monthly expenditures on hobbies, description of financial situation of respondent's family, size of household, family's income per month, etc.
Post-election survey is a part of the "Lithuanian National Election Study" implemented in 2020 for third time in Lithuania by researchers of the Institute of International Relations and Political Science of Vilnius University together with partners
ISSP 2011: Health and Healthcare I, Lithuania, November - December 2011
The purpose of the study: to analyse Lithuanian residents attitude towards health care system, to indicate their opinion about accessibility of services and its quality, to assess peculiarities of residents lifestyle.
Major investigated questions: respondents were asked to assess their life these days and tell how happy or unhappy they are. Trust in Lithuania's educational and health care system was analysed. It was analysed if Lithuania's health care system needs changes. Respondents were asked if it is fair that people with higher incomes can afford better education for their children and better health care than people with lower incomes. When question block was presented, respondents assessed effectiveness of health care system of Lithuania, its possible changes in a few years, government's role in providing health care services and validity of people's usage of health care services. Respondents were asked if they would be willing to pay higher taxes to improve the level of health care for all people in Lithuania. It was analysed if the government should fund preventive medical checkups, treatment of HIV/AIDS, programmes to prevent obesity and organ transplants. It was questioned if people should have access to publicly funded health care even if they do not hold Lithuanian citizenship or their behaviour is damaging their health. Respondents were asked how many people in Lithuania do not have access to the health care service they need. When providing question block, respondents were asked for what reasons severe health problems may originate. Respondents opinion about alternative medicine was analysed. When providing statements group, respondents were asked to disclose their opinion about Lithuanian doctors and their work methods. Respondents physical and mental state in the last 4 weeks was analysed. Respondents were asked if in the last 12 months they visited or were visited by a doctor or an alternative health care practitioner. It was analysed if in the last 12 months respondents have been in hospital or a clinic longer that one day. When providing statements group about accessibility to health care services, respondents were asked if in the last 12 months they did not get the medical treatment they needed. It was questioned how possible it is that respondents being seriously ill, they would receive the best treatment available in Lithuania and treatment from the doctor of their choice. Respondents were asked to answer if they are satisfied with the health care system in Lithuania. Respondents satisfaction of the treatment received when they last visited the doctor, when they last visited an alternative health care practitioner and when they were in a hospital the last time was analysed. Spread of bad habits, peculiarities of physical activity and nourishment was analysed. At the end of the interview respondents were asked to evaluate their physical and mental health. Respondents were asked if they have a long-standing illness, a chronic condition or a disability. At the end of the research interviewed Lithuanian residents indicated their height and weight. They were asked what kind of health insurance they have.

ESS8, Methodological Tests Questionnaire Data, Lithuania, October - December 2017
This dataset contains data from the European Social Survey Wave 8 methodological test questionnaire conducted in Lithuania. The dataset was compiled by the survey organisation UAB Baltijos tyrimai and organised by the EVS National Coordinator in Lithuania and the Lithuanian HSM Data Archive (LiDA).
The methodological tests allow testing the reliability and validity of the questions in the main survey in a Multi-Trait Multi-Method (MTMM) manner: the "same" question is asked twice using slightly different instrumentation and delivery method (different scales and wording).
This dataset was created using version 2.0 of the integrated data file of countries participating in the ESS Round 8 (Lithuanian data) published in the ESS Data Archive on 2018-05-30. </p

Virtual Social Networks I, November 2010 - February 2011
The purpose of the study: to analyse Lithuanian residents attitude towards virtual social networks, behaviour and intensity of involvement in networks.
Major investigated questions: respondents were asked how often do they use the internet and visits electronic social networks. Respondents who do not visits electronic social networks were asked why they do not do that. Further, assurance of personal information safety, possibility to establish friendship in electronic social networks, etc. was assessed. Respondents were asked which electronic social network they visit the most, when did they registered on it and how many contacts they have. It was analysed how often respondents interact with their family members, friends (people they know), colleagues (co-workers) and other people in electronic social network. Respondents were questioned on which subjects they interact usually and why they visit electronic social networks. It was analysed what personal information respondents publish in electronic social networks.
