Assessment of the Level of Automation and Utilization of Enterprise Resource Planning System – A Case Study of Kenya Medical Training College
In the twenty-first century, Enterprise Resource Program (ERP) systems have become widely used as the preferred corporate management tools. They are essential in a number of roles, including project planning, administration, finance, human resources, and supply chain management. In order to better management and administration, academic institutions, including Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC), have begun to replace their outdated systems with ERP projects. This study attempted to evaluate the ERP system\u27s installation at KMTC by evaluating the extent of automation in its various departments in improving efficient service delivery. A sample of 115 respondents were chosen using proportionate stratified sampling as part of a descriptive survey research methodology. Statistical analysis reveals that that most of the respondent with less than 50% reported little extent of automation of ERP system. However, the finance department had a large extent of automation as compared to other departments with 51.3%. Additionally, the extent of use of ERP for various functions recorded less than 30% overall in all the operations carried out by the College. In light of these findings, the study proposes stakeholders in KMTC to develop comprehensive ERP implementation plans incorporating change readiness assessments and robust training programs to boost user acceptance and competency
An Analysis of Bank-Level Determinants of Electronic Payment Innovations in Nigerian Deposit Money Banks
This study investigates the bank-level determinants of electronic payment innovations of Deposit Money Banks (DMBs) in Nigeria. The research follows ex post facto design using a panel of fourteen DMBs from 2012 to 2021. The Difference-Generalized Method of Moment (D-GMM) was utilised in the analysis at 5% level of significance. The results reveal that Bank size, bank age, research and development, capital adequacy ratio, and asset quality consistently and significantly influence the adoption and usage of various payment channels such as ATM banking, mobile banking, internet banking, and POS banking. This implies that electronic payment innovations in Nigeria are influenced by bank size, bank age, research and development (R&D), capital adequacy ratio (CAR), and asset quality (AQ). It is recommended that DMBs prioritise investment in research and development to foster innovation. There is also the need to create a supportive regulatory environment and facilitates collaboration between banks and stakeholders

These reforms caused significant changes in the interpretation, application and interpretation of classical Islamic law. In many cases, the reforms so far deviate from the classical laws in these matters. This article attempts to examine and analyze these reforms based on whether they are compatible with Islamic legal sources
The Transformational Leadership of Academic Club Moderators in the Basic Education Department
This study is motivated by several reasons, including the findings of accreditation in the Basic Education Department. The department\u27s objective goes beyond attaining a partially implemented rating. Recognizing this gap, an accrediting body has underscored the im-portance of aligning short-term plans with the dynamic pulse of our evolving society. Consequently, there is a pressing need for a well-defined leadership program for the club moderators, ensuring its integration into the organization\u27s annual operational plan. Transformational leadership is a leadership style that has been proven to have a positive effect on organizational outcomes. Academic clubs are organizations formed and approved by the institution for students who share a common interest in a particular academic field This research comprehensively examines transformational leadership demonstrated by academic club moderators within the Basic Education Department. It scrutinizes the transformative attributes of the academic club moderators, centering on pivotal variables including Idealized In-fluence, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, and Individual Consideration. The study seeks to validate the transformational leadership style of club moderators by considering factors such as age, sex, club affiliation, and club status. Furthermore, it explores the significance of differences in the assessments provided by respondents based on the collated profiles. Through a thorough analysis of these elements, the research aims to offer valuable insights into the dynamics of leadership programs, the formulation of development plans for club membership, and the enhancement of student activities within academic clubs. By shedding light on the varying degrees of transformative influence exerted by moderators on club members, this study endeavors to enrich the understanding of leadership dynamics and facilitate the cultivation of effective leadership strategies within the academic context
