Gaining customer loyalty is key to achieving repeated purchases that have ripple effects on sale revenue, market penetration, and profitability for firms. Can brand attachment guarantee customers’ loyalty? Based on the assumptions of the theory of customer equity, the study evaluated the interactions of brand attachment, customer loyalty, customer equity, and customer loyalty, focusing on Nigeria's telecommunication industry. A survey-based approach to research with 1,035 active subscribers of five telecommunication companies in Nigeria was examined. Regression analysis was used to test the four-way hypotheses formulated in the study. Overall, the result showed that brand attachment had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. However, the link between brand attachment and customer loyalty was explained through customer trust to suggest a full mediation effect. Further analysis revealed that customer trust explained significant variation in customer equity. The study concluded that customer trust is a critical factor in achieving the benefit of brand attachment and customer equity. The study recommended that the management of the telecommunication companies in Nigeria invest significant resources to secure their customers' trust and adhere to the dimension of value, brand, and relationship equity given their concomitant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty

Major studies of the portfolio’s diversification those considered REIT was carried out on the American real estate market. Therefore, this research project aims to extend the work to the European scale by forming a mixed pan-European REIT portfolio. The database is composed of monthly dividend-adjusted closing prices, over the past 11 years, from different stock indexes collected during eleven years of different European market indexes. Four hypothetic portfolios were constructed to test our hypothesis. Descriptive statistics and correlations were presented. Therefore, the results have shown that European REIT has reduced the risk of a mixed portfolio even if the risk reduction is very limited. The same is true for the portfolio’s return, which was slightly improved. The study showed that European REIT remains a factor of diversification that should not be overlooked in building an asset portfolio. These findings contribute to the existing portfolio theory arguing that using REITs in portfolio diversification helps investors dilute their risk and improve their returns. Our results also have practical implications. They can be useful to investors and financial analysts in their investment decisions by shedding light on this type of asset
Analysis-Diagnosis and Performance of a National System of Technological Innovation (NSTI): The Case of the Moroccan NSTI
At the current stage of development of the world economy, innovative development has become a priority in terms of the economic policy conducted by many countries. In the same perspective, Morocco has undertaken many reforms in order to develop its economy and strengthen its competitive potential in terms of exports. Since 2000, the country has initiated a process that aims at setting up a national ecosystem that favours the development of national scientific research in general and innovation and valorization of research results in particular. In order to consider the implementation of an efficient NSTI, the so-called “learning” approach would represent a very interesting avenue for the Moroccan NSTI. The NSTI is undeniably a complex system whose performance is highly dependent not only on the intrinsic quality of the subsystems that make it up but also on the quality of the interactions and exchanges that take place between all the subsystems. Before making proposals for the evolution of any NSTI, we must first diagnose its situation, its strengths and weaknesses. To do this, we have analyzed the different approaches related to the performance of NSTI. Then we have established a diagnostic analysis of the Moroccan NSTI in order to detect avenues of improvement

Hybrid Learning Aided Technology-Rich Instructional Tools - A Case Study: Community College of Qatar
Educational Institutions have an essential role in promoting the teaching and learning process, within universities, colleges, and communities. Due to the recent coronavirus COVID 19 pandemic, many educational institutions adopted hybrid learning (HL), which is a combination of classic and online learning. It integrates the advantages of both, and it is a fundamental factor to ensure continued learning. Technological innovations such as HL are changing the teaching process, and how students, lecturers, and administrators interact. Based on this, the Community College of Qatar (CCQ) focused on researching the structures and elements related to the adoption of HL. Thus, the goal of this research paper is to reveal the impact of HL on the learning process in CCQ, and the effective instructional technology (INST) tools required for a successful HL program.
