No full textExisten unas condiciones de exigencia desde el marco legal en lo relacionado con los Sistemas de Gestión en general y en particular el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, de obligatorio cumplimiento. Los lineamientos básicos para estructurar el Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, se sustenta en la Ley 1562 de 2012 (por la cual se modifica el Sistema de Riesgos laborales y se dictan otras disposiciones en materia de salud ocupacional); en el Decreto 1072 de 2015 (por medio del cual se expide el Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Trabajo); y la Resolución 0312 de 2019 (por la cual se definen los Estándares Mínimos del Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo SG-SST)There are some mandatory conditions from the legal framework in relation to Management Systems in general and in particular the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, which must be complied with. The basic guidelines for structuring the Occupational Health and Safety Management System are based on Law 1562 of 2012 (by which the Occupational Risk System is modified and other provisions regarding occupational health are issued); in Decree 1072 of 2015 (through which the Single Regulatory Decree of the Labor Sector is issued); and Resolution 0312 of 2019 (by which the Minimum Standards of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System SG-SST are defined

No full textEste libro se deriva de la investigación La educación como acción vinculante en la transformación del conflicto armado y la construcción de paz en Colombia, realizada por la Universidad Católica de Manizales (UCM), aprobada bajo el Acuerdo 035 del 18 de diciembre de 2017 y adscrita a los grupos de investigación ALFA y EFE y a la Línea de Investigación Educación y Democracia. El proyecto de investigación buscó describir los sentidos de la educación y la democracia en la construcción de paz en Colombia para identificar las condiciones endógenas que han potenciado el desarrollo socioeducativo en un grupo de personas víctimas del conflicto armado, y comprender la construcción de las dinámicas territoriales y el papel del territorio como eje articulador de la educación, la democracia y la construcción de paz en la vereda El Congal, corregimiento de Florencia, municipio de Samaná (Caldas, Colombia).This book is derived from the research Education as a binding action in the transformation of the armed conflict and the construction of peace in Colombia, carried out by the Catholic University of Manizales (UCM), approved under Agreement 035 of December 18, 2017 and attached the ALFA and EFE research groups and the Education and Democracy Research Line. No full textLa Organización Mundial de la Salud declaró el síndrome de Burnout como un “factor de riesgo laboral por su capacidad para afectar la calidad de vida, salud mental e incluso hasta poner en riesgo la vida de la persona que lo padece” (4). Para De Arca y Castillo (16) en Colombia ha cobrado gran importancia en la última década y más ahora que los profesionales e inclusive los estudiantes universitarios se enfrentan a la pandemia. Por esta razón, esta investigación se enfocará en establecer la incidencia del Síndrome de burnout durante la pandemia Covid-19 en el personal asistencial de los servicios de urgencias, hospitalización, imágenes diagnósticas, laboratorio clínico y salud pública de la ESE Hospital San Marcos de ChinchináThe World Health Organization declared Burnout syndrome as an "occupational risk factor due to its ability to affect quality of life, mental health and even put the life of the person who suffers at risk" (4).
