Get PDFBackground : Pulmonary Tuberculosis (Pulmonary TB) is an infectious disease
caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. There will be an increase in
the number of pulmonary TB patients I 2021 globally by 10,6 mllion cases from
2020 due to the disease transmission process being easy and requiring a long
treatment process so that it can have a psychological impact on patients and can
affect a person's self-concept. Pulmonary TB sufferers need to get good family
support in order to reduce the psychological burden so that a positive self-concept
can be created.
Objective : To analyze the relationship between family support and self-concept in
pulmonary TB patients at Siti Fatimah Regional Hospital, South Sumatra
Province.
Methods : This study uses quantitative methods with a descriptive correlation
design with a cross sectional approach. The population was all pulmonary TB
sufferers in the polyclinic. Using a purposive sampling technique, there were 59
respondents. Data collection tools used family support and self-concept
questionnaires with Kendall's Tau test analysis.
Result : The results of the study showed that the average age of respondents was
36 years, with the characteristics of male gender being dominated by 35 people
(59.3%), the length of follow-up treatment (>2 months) was 33 people (55.9%),
good family support as many as 36 people (61%), positive self-concept as many as
50 people (84.7%). Bivariate data analysis shows that there is a relationship
between family support and self-concept (p=0.002 <0.005).
Suggestion : Encourage families to increase support for pulmonary TB patients
because good family support can increase positive self-concept in pulmonary TB
patients

purposive sampling method and 111 companies were obtained with a total of 275
companies. Hypothesis testing is carried out using multiple regression analysis.
The results of this research show that foreign ownership profitability and leverage
have no effect on earnings management

The results of this research show that customer trust, customer reviews, and customer ratings have a positive and significant influence on online purchasing decisions for fashion products.

Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, bonus dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja manajerial pada perusahaan dagang di Palembang
Get PDFThis research aims to determine whether the variables of leadership style, bonuses and workload have an influence on managerial performance in trading companies in Palembang. The theories used in this research are motivation theory, path-goal theory and attribution theory. The data used is primary data. The population is trading companies in Palembang with a sample size of 80 data using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results obtained show that the leadership style variable influences managerial performance, while the bonus and workload variables do not influence managerial performance in trading companies in Palembang.

Get PDFThis research aims to find out and prove whether the variables perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant influence on user satisfaction with mobile banking at Bank Sumsel Babel. This research is quantitative research using primary data. The population in this research are customers who have used the Bank Sumsel Babel mobile banking application. The sample in this study amounted to 110 respondents using the purposive sampling method. The analysis method for hypothesis testing is carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The tool used in this research is SPSS version 25 as a data analysis tool. The research results obtained show that the variables perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant influence on user satisfaction with mobile banking at Bank Sumsel Babel.
