Perbedaan Reaksi Pengumuman Stock Split Berdasarkan Ukuran dan Pertumbuhan Perusahaan
This study aims to prove the influence of company size and growth on the reaction of stock split announcements. This research focuses on companies that make stock split announcements and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used is secondary data. The population in this study is companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2018-2022. The sample in this study was taken using the purposive sampling method. The total sample used in this study was 39 samples from 778 populations. The data analysis technique uses the SPSS 26 program, with the Independent T- Test and the Mann - Whitney U Test. The observation period is 6 days, namely 3 days before and 3 days after the announcement of the stock split. The results of this study prove that there is no significant difference in abnormal return reaction between growing companies and non – growing companies or between large companies and small companies when a stock split occurs. Likewise, it can be seen in the reaction of trading volume activity that there is no significant difference between growing and non – growing companies as well as large and small companies
Pengalaman Perawat Intalasi Gawat Darurat dalam Melakukan Manajemen Nyeri pada Pasien Trauma Muskuloskeletal
Background: Pain management is a crucial aspect of nursing care in the Emergency
Department (ED), especially for patients with musculoskeletal trauma such as
fractures. Poorly managed pain can affect patient comfort and impact physiological,
psychological, and healing processes. ED nurses play a key role in effectively
managing pain. Their experience in pain management for musculoskeletal trauma
patients demonstrates their essential role in reducing pain through various
pharmacological and non-pharmacological approaches.
Objective: This study aims to explore the experiences of ED nurses in managing pain
in patients with musculoskeletal trauma.
Methods: This study employs a qualitative design with a phenomenological approach.
The participants consist of 5 ED nurses selected using purposive sampling based on
predetermined criteria. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 7
questions from an interview guide and analyzed using the Colaizzi method.
Results: The study identified four main themes: the role of ED nurses in caring for
fracture patients, pain management in fracture patients, barriers and challenges in
pain management, and solutions to improve pain management effectiveness.
Suggestions: ED nurses are expected to continuously enhance their knowledge and
skills in pain management through training, seminars, and updated literature.
Additionally, effective communication with patients and their families is essential to
support successful pain management.

Pengaruh profitabilitas dan likuditas terhadap penghindaran pajak
This research aims to determine the effect of profitability and liquidity on tax avoidance by focusing on plantation sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a research period of 2021-2023. The data used is secondary data. The population in this study are plantation sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method and 15 companies were obtained with a total of 45 samples. Hypothesis testing is carried out using multiple regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that profitability has an effect on tax avoidance and liquidity has no effect on tax avoidance
Gambaran Pijat Oksitoksin Oleh Suami Untuk Kelancaran Produksi ASI Ibu Post Partum di Rumah Sakit Palembang
Background: The still low rate of exclusive breastfeeding due to low milk production, the mother's emotional state related to the mother's oxytocin reflex can affect milk production by about 80% to 90%. Support from the husband, especially the husband, can influence the exclusive breastfeeding of the baby. Oxytocin massage is performed to stimulate the oxytocin reflex or letdown reflex and can be done with the help of the husband.
Objective: To understand the application of oxytocin massage practices by postpartum mothers' husbands at Charitas Hospital Palembang.
Method: Type of research is quantitative, with a cross-sectional research design. The observation tool used in this study is the oxytocin massage procedure sheet. The sample size was 30 people, and the sample used the Total Sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using an observation sheet after the postpartum mother's husband was given education on oxytocin massage. The univariate data analysis technique involves the distribution of frequency for each variable.
Results: The research results obtained data on the characteristics of the respondents, the majority of whom were in the age range of 21-35 years, which is 73.3%. The education level of the husbands in this study is mostly at the higher education level, either D3 or equivalent to a bachelor's degree, which is 66.7%. The majority of the husbands' occupations are in the private sector, specifically 56.7%. The husband's behavior in providing Oxytocin Massage to postpartum mothers in the Maria Charitas Hospital Palembang falls into the good category (76-100%), which is 100%.
Conclusion: The behavior of oxytocin massage on postpartum mothers by husbands post-education in the Maria Charitas Hospital Palembang is entirely in the good category.
Suggestion: The hospital staff conducted a public training for the patient's husband regarding oxytocin massage

This study aims to determine the effect of the Implementation of Accounting Information Systems, Financial Literacy, E-Commerce on the Performance of UMKM in Palembang City. Penerapan Hipnosis Lima Jari untuk Menurunkan Ansietas pada Pasien Pre Operasi di RS Siloam Silampari Lubuklinggau
Background :Preoperative anxiety is a common issue that can affect both the physical and psychological condition of patients before undergoing surgery. One non-pharmacological intervention that can be applied to reduce anxiety is the five-finger hipnosis therapy.
Objective :Evaluating the effectiveness of five-finger hypnosis therapy in reducing anxiety levels in preoperative patients at Siloam Silampari Hospital, Lubuklinggau.
Methods : Using a case study approach with the application of evidence-based nursing practice in nursing care for three preoperative patients experiencing anxiety. Data were collected through nursing assessments and measured using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) to determine anxiety levels. The intervention was carried out over three days following standard operating procedures (SOP).
Result :The study results indicate that five-finger hypnosis therapy is effective in reducing anxiety levels in preoperative patients. The HARS scores gradually decreased, with all patients improving from severe anxiety to mild anxiety and eventually showing no clinically significant anxiety by the third day of the intervention. A more significant impact was observed after the second and third days of intervention, suggesting that this therapy is more effective when applied repeatedly and consistently.
Conclusion : The implementation of Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) in nursing care is highly effective in reducing anxiety levels in preoperative patients.
Suggestion :Nurses apply five-finger hypnosis therapy to reduce preoperative anxiety or implement other complementary therapies in accordance with Evidence-Based Practice in Nursing (EBPN)
ANALISA DESKRIPTIF PERSEPSI ANAK TERHADAP POLA ASUH YANG DIBERIKAN ORANG TUA
DESCRIPTIVE ANALYSIS OF CHILDREN'S PERCEPTIONS OF PARENTING PATTERNS
This study aims to explore children's perceptions of parenting provided by parents. The study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, with data collected through a parenting perception scale questionnaire. The respondents of this study were children aged 10-12 years, totaling 83 children. The results showed that democratic parenting is the most dominant parenting style perceived by children as having been done by parents. The second most widely used parenting style is permissive, characterized by a lack of parental control that inhibits children's discipline. The lowest perceived parenting style was authoritarian, characterized by restrictions on children's behavior and lack of emotional involvement.

Pengaruh Financial Distress dan Leverage Terhadap Konservatisme Akuntansni
This research aims to determine the effect of Financial distress and leverage on accounting conservatism by focusing on financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2023. The data used is secondary data. The population in the study were all financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method and 96 companies were obtained with a total of 288 samples. Hypothesis testing is carried out using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Financial distress has no effect on accounting conservatism and leverage has a positive effect on accounting conservatism
Pengaruh Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan terhadap Profitabilitas Perusahaan Kompas100 Periode 2020-2023
This study aims to analyze the influence of capital structure, company size, and sales growth on the profitability of companies that are members of the Kompas100 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020-2023 period. The data used in this study is sourced from secondary data. The study population includes all companies included in the Kompas100 index on the IDX during that time period. The research sample was selected using the purposive sampling method, resulting in 167 companies with a total of 440 observations. Hypothesis testing is carried out through multiple regression analysis. The results showed that company size and sales growth had a positive influence on profitability, while capital structure did not show a significant influence on profitability
Pengaruh Harga Emas, Suku Bunga, FDI, Indeks Dow Jones Terhadap IHSG Pada Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2014-2023
This study examines the effect of gold prices, the BI Rate, FDI, and the Dow Jones Index on the Jakarta Composite Index (IHSG) (2014–2023) using multiple linear regression on time series data. The BI Rate has a significant negative effect, and the Dow Jones Index has a significant positive effect on the IHSG, while gold prices and FDI show no significant impact. These results highlight the key roles of domestic and global factors—specifically, interest rates and international market dynamics—in influencing the IHSG. Variables with a significant effect are the BI Rate and the Dow Jones Index; those without are gold prices and FDI
