No full textTechnological changes continue to change from year to year and are constantly updated. One of the technological changes that became a trend in Indonesia during the Covid 19 pandemic was the change in payment methods using QRIS. This study uses the UTAUT theory, which aims to analyze the effect of the Social Influence on Use Behavior QRIS through Intention to Use as a mediating variable. The method used in this research is quantitative method. Data is collected through questionnaires distributed online using Google Form through social media platforms such as X, Instagram Story, and WhatsApp. The sampling technique used is a purposive sample where the population is individuals who have used QRIS. The sample in this study is Generation Z aged 17-28 years and has used QRIS. This study uses SmartPLS as a tool to test and process data. The results of hypothesis
testing can be said that the four hypotheses in this study are accepted. Intention to Use has an important role as a mediating variable. With social interaction and individual interest, it can make Generation Z adopt QRIS as a digital payment method. This research is expected to help other studies and become a reference and also useful for readers

No full textThis study was conducted with the aim of finding out whether there is an effect of work-life balance and employee engagement on turnover intention in generation Z private bank employees in the city of Palembang. The population in this study is generation Z private bank employees in the city of Palembang. The total sample used was 130 samples. Hypothesis testing was carried out by multiple regression analysis. The results of the study on work-life balance and employee engagement have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention.

No full textThis research aims to investigate the impact of net income and dividends on stock prices in the financial sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2018-2023. The data utilized in this study is secondary data, with the population consisting of financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique employed is purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 18 companies with a total of 105 observations. Hypothesis testing is conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that net income has an effect on stock prices, while dividends also positively influence stock prices

No full textThis study aims to find out the influence of financial literacy, perceived benefits and lifestyle on a cashless society. The data used is primary data from the questionnaire. The population of this research is people who have used electronic payment devices in the city of Palembang, and the sample used was 133 respondents using the solvin formula. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and descriptive statistics. The model feasibility test technique uses the F test and coefficient of determination. The hypothesis testing technique uses multiple linear regression analysis and the T test. The results of this research reveal that financial literacy and lifestyle influence a cashless society, while perceived benefits has no influence on a cashless society

No full textBackground : When there is a discrepancy in the enforcement of nursing diagnoses
based on the patient's clinical findings, it will have a negative impact on the patient,
which will result in worsening health conditions and financial losses, while for
nurses it will have an impact on malpractice law, therefore enforcement of the
correct diagnosis is important. In addition, the finding that there is still enforcement
of nursing diagnoses that are not in accordance with the SDKI is also the basis for
the formulation of the problem in this study.
Objective: The purpose of this study is to find out the picture of the suitability of
patient nursing diagnosis with priority 1 based on SDKI in the emergency room.
Methods: This study is an analytical descriptive design using a cross-sectional
approach, purposive sampling technique on 35 nursing diagnosis samples. Data
collection tools using observation sheets with data analysis using univariate
analysis. The variables measured were data clustering, the amount of diagnostic
validation data, risk factors/causes and priority of nursing diagnostic problems.
Results: The highest age of nurses was early adulthood 27 (77.14%), the most
education was D3 Nursing 25 (71.43%) nurses, the highest career path PK III was
31 (88.57%) nurses, all nurses had never participated in SDKI training, the number
of clustered nursing diagnosis data that was in accordance with SDKI was 32
(91.43%) samples, the number of nursing diagnosis validation data that was in
accordance with SDKI was 11 (31.43%) samples, the number of frequency of risk
factors/causes that were in accordance with SDKI was 26 (74.29%) samples, the
number of priority frequencies of nursing diagnosis problems that are in
accordance with SDKI is 25 (71.43%) samples.
Suggestion: Nurses maintain and improve the quality of nursing diagnosis
enforcement and its documentation. For the next researcher, they should use the
mix method

No full textBackground: Chronic Obstrive Pulmonary Disease (COFD) is a chronic respiratory disorder that causes sleep quality problems. COPD patients often feel difficulty sleeping due to several symptoms such as shortness of breath and coughing which can affect cognitive function, mental health and prognosis.
Objective: To find out the description of sleep quality in COFD patients in private hospital.
Methods: The type of this research was quantitative research through analytical descriptive design. The sample of this research was 59 respondents by using purposive sampling technique. Instrument of this study is PSQI questionnaire and the data analysis using univariate analysis.
Results: The most of respondents are late elderly 39.0%, 67.8% male, 27.1% housewife, 4.6% long suffering from COFD > 2 years. The majority of COFD patients with low sleep quality are 79.7%
Suggestions: for all respondents in this research, It is recommended to be more proactive in following the treatment and therapy provided by medical personnel. Apart from that, it is important for respondents to maintain a healthy lifestyle and avoid smoking, as well as carrying out physical activities that are adapted to the respondent's health condition

No full textThis study aims to determine the differences in abnormal returns and trading volume activity before and after the announcement of the victory of Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka by focusing on companies included in the LQ45 index. The data used in this study is secondary data. The population in this study are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling technique and has been determined to use companies in the LQ45 index. Hypothesis testing is done using the paired sample t-test or the Wilcoxon signed ranked test. The results of this study showed that there were no significant differences in abnormal returns and trading volume activity before and after the announcement of the victory of the Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka pair

No full textBackground: Diabetes Mellitus is a metabolic disorder characterized by high
blood sugar levels in the blood (Hyperglycemia) and is caused by insulin damage
and suboptimal insulin function causing disruption of blood supply to peripheral
tissues, causing complications of gangrene wounds. Gangrene wounds require
intensive care, so they require nursing experience and skills in treating wounds.
Purpose: This study aims to explore in depth the experiences of nurses in caring
for gangrenous wounds in patients with Diabetes Mellitus.
Method: Qualitative research with a phenomenological approach, participants
totaling 5 participants using purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out
using Colaizzi analysis.
Result: This study produced 6 themes, including, nurses' understanding of
diabetes mellitus, nurses' understanding of gangrene wounds, nurses'
understanding of the process of caring for gangrene wounds consisting of 5 sub
themes: assessment of gangrene wounds, gangrene wound care process, wound
care process basic wound preparation stage, gangrene wound care process
wound healing stage and Documentation of gangrene wounds. Nurses' feelings
when caring for gangrene wounds consist of 2 sub-themes, namely expressions of
positive feelings and expressions of negative feelings. Obstacles in the process of
caring for gangrene wounds, efforts to accelerate the healing process of gangrene
wounds

No full textBackground: Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder caused by increased blood glucose levels in the bloodstream or hyperglycemia, which is caused by abnormalities in insulin secretion or abnormalities in insulin work. Physical activity can also affect blood sugar levels, one of which is the physical activity of foot exercises which is recommended for people with diabetes mellitus.
Objective: To determine the effectiveness of foot exercise activities in reducing blood glucose levels in diabetes mellitus sufferers.
Method: The research design used a descriptive method with a nursing process approach with a case study design. This research was carried out by providing foot exercise physical activity intervention for 3 consecutive days.
Results: Based on the application of EBP, the results obtained from 3 patients who experienced a decrease in blood glucose levels before and after being given foot exercise therapy, there was an average decrease in P1 of 13.66mg/dL, P2 of 11.66mg/dL, and P3 of 13mg/dL every day.
Suggestion: It is hoped that the results of this research can provide insight to diabetes mellitus sufferers in efforts to manage diabetes mellitus with foot exercise physical activity and be able to apply it
