Inelastic Neutron Scattering spectrum of Erbium manganese deuteride x=6.0, ErMn2D6.0, measured on the TOSCA instrument. Ionic material Fm-3m space group: (Er,Mn)[MnD6], Er2+ and Mn2+ are disordered on the tetrahedral sites and [MnD6]2- ions occupy the octahedral sites. The peak at ~200 cm-1 is a crystal field excitation, not a phonon.
