Ionic material Fm-3m space group: (Er,Mn)[MnD6]1.8[FeD6]0.2, Er2+ and Mn2+ are disordered on the tetrahedral sites while [MnD6]2- and [FeD6]2- ions occupy the octahedral sites. The peak at ~200 cm-1 is a crystal field excitation, not a phonon.
