New business: Dr Humphrey proposed change to Faculty Senate Bylaws Article VI, section 2 Tenure and Promotion Committee to change the membership to not require faculty senate executive committee members; introduction of new Registrar Rob Wingfield who made a proposal to remove students from a class if they fail to attend the first week of class; an invitation will be extended to the VP of fiscal affairs to meeting with the FS at the September 2013 meeting
