    Rumors about COVID-19 on Weibo

    No full text
In order to systematically study the characteristics of the topological structure of the true and false news of COVID-19, we used the Weibo API to collect and construct a new data set with a time span from November 2019 to March 2022, including 4184 source posts and a total of 961,975 microblogs with their retweets and comments. The topology of the dissemination cascade owned by each source microblog is completely recorded, and the user profile of the author of each microblog is also collected. The false news comes from Weibo Community Management Center, an official service where users can report either a microblog that contains false information, and the true news comes from official accounts, the rumor-refuting microblogs provided by Weibo Community Management Center and China Internet Joint Rumor Debunking Platform. Our dataset contains 1407 pieces of true information and 768 pieces of misinformation about COVID-19. We encode the content of microblogs in the dataset using TF-IDF with top-5000 words. For more guidance on using the dataset, please refer to https://github.com/kkkkk001/KPG/tree/mai

Male and female genomes of millipede (Trigoniulus corallinus) and identification of sex chromosomes

    No full text
We sequenced and assembled two high-quality genomes of male and female rusty millipedes (Trigoniulus corallinus) and did whole genome resequencing on 10 males and 10 females to identify sex system of rusty millipede

Worldwide burden of, risk factors for, and trends in pancreatic cancer

    No full text
This data archive contains the data that supplement the manuscript in Gastroenterology titled “Worldwide burden of, risk factors for, and trends in pancreatic cancer”. The data consist of the data source for the prevalence of risk factors and trend analysis of pancreatic cancer, the incidence and mortality of pancreatic cancer by region, the trend analysis of pancreatic cancer by country, the correlation analysis of risk factors for pancreatic cancer by sex, and the average annual percent change (AAPC) of the incidence of pancreatic cancer in individuals younger than 40 years

Preoperative rectus femoris muscle ultrasound for identifying frailty and predicting postoperative recovery after cardiac surgery

    No full text
Data was collected for the research project relating to the potential use of the rectus femoris muscle ultrasound examination in identifying frailty and predicting postoperative recovery in elective cardiac surgery. Variables include patient demographics, physical performance, predicted risk of mortality (using logistic Euroscore), haematological laboratory measurements on haemoglobin and albumin concentrations before surgery, details of operation, surgical complications, length of ICU stay, postoperative length of hospital stay, days (alive and) at home within 30 days of surgery, and 30-day moratlity

Short-term reproducibility of ambulatory blood pressure measurements: a systematic review and meta-analysis of 35 observational studies

    No full text
This data archive contains the data used to produce the manuscript in Journal of Hypertension titled “Short-term reproducibility of ambulatory blood pressure measurements: a systematic review and meta-analysis of 35 observational studies”. The data consists of the search strategies for different databases, details of included studies for review, meta-analysis results of daytime/night-time/24-h blood pressure, percentage of nocturnal dipping, and proportion of nondippers between the first and second day of measurements
