No full textJustin Davis was born in 1987 in Canton, Georgia, and was raised in Tate, Georgia. He attended Pickens High School, Shorter University, and Reinhardt University, where he studied Piano Pedagogy and Music Education l. After briefly teaching music in Lithia Springs and Savannah, Davis returned to Pickens County and is currently the Music Specialist at Cloverleaf Elementary School, Cartersville, GA. He attends Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, where he’s involved in music ministry. No full textBorn in 1946, Clara Bates Wingfield grew up in the Louisville neighborhood in Marietta, Georgia. She attended Lemon Street Elementary School and Lemon Street High School. After graduation she attended Morris Brown College before taking a job as a telephone operator and later a service representative for Southern Bell and AT&T. She retired from Macy’s. Born in 1945, Chares Wingfield, Jr. grew up in the Fort Hill Homes housing project on Lemon Street in Marietta, Georgia. He attended Lemon Street Elementary School and Lemon Street High School. After high school Wingfield served in the U.S. Air Force and worked for General Motors for 38 years.
